    Lived in the apartment for three years. Friendly staff, amenities are maintained, apartment appliances are new, nice gym, roof and courtyard. Close to Union Station & bus lines and in a good neighborhood filled with restaurants and bars.

      So far, so good! Maintenance has been prompt, receiving packages has been easy, and the front desk attendants are great. There has never been an issue with uncleanliness in any of the areas. I am sitting in the clubroom right now, and there are more than a few lights that are burnt out, so I would address that issue. All that notwithstanding, I do not think I would agree to live in the community if it were not for the price deduction. I find that the location is a bit off the beaten path (i.e. far from nightlife/restaurants on H Street and far from downtown as well). Given the current price, it's a great deal, and I am happy with my decision. Elevators are the only consistently shaky aspect. They are often inoperable and unreliable. It would be great if the door next to the offices that leads to the stairway were accessible to tenants, so that we may use the stairs in situations when the elevators are not working.

        I have enjoyed my time at 360 H Street since moving in on August 15. The building staff are courteous and friendly, and the common spaces and unit are pristine. I found the process of applying for the apartment to be unnecessarily confusing and characterized by a lack of communication on the part of the office staff. This was unacceptable.

          everyone is extremely nice and always positive when i come into and out of complex. I feel very safe and at home with 360 H. We are welcomed by name which makes us feel that the staff is interested in knowing their residents. I would recommend 360!
