I had a positive experience at 360 H street NE. I always been very fond of the property. I drive pass it often and believe that its prime location. The staff there are helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Close to Union Station and a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. Apartments on the H Street side are noisy but ones away from that side of the street don't typically get too loud. Gym is small but clean and rarely used by neighbors.

I just moved in and the process was very easy and smooth. Patrick and Ryan were always accessible and a great help in getting me the things I needed. The community so far seems great, and I anticipate continuing to have a great experience at 360H.

I'm not sure what you mean by "this community". Do you mean the community? I haven't engaged with that community. With the 360 h street community, I also haven't engaged. I just moved to DC. I'm looking for an apartment. h street corridor seems safe enough, but there's rough pockets, if that's what youre wondering.

Great mixture of location , value for quality of your living space and welcoming energy displayed here. I don't have to go far for food or entertainment and the building community spaces are very resourceful.

This is a wonderful apartment community? secure location, well-maintained, and reasonably affordable apartments for the area. The staff is helpful and courteous. Also, the convenience of the grocery store downstairs is an added bonus.

The community is pleasant and safe, located conveniently with accessible amenities inside the building and nearby in the community. While proximity to a hospital and train station mean that noise is sometimes a concern, overall that is a pretty minor issue. The staff are reasonably responsive and helpful.

Apartment itself is generally fine but the carpets in the hallways are always in serious need of cleaning. In addition, the terrace on the second floor is often in need of maintenance and or new furniture.

Units are really nice and in great shape. Maintenance is fast. Staff friendly. They just have a hard time enforcing rules that keep the building safe and clean. Someone was assaulted and had their car stolen while in the secure garage for residents only. Someone or something keeps urinating on the third floor right outside the elevators. There's a constant smell of weed and cigarettes in the hallway. Carpet is really stained and gross looking. Staff just sends an email about the problems but that doesn't stop it.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly Nikia and the staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend 360 H ST NE for your next apartment home.

360 H Street provided a spacious option for an apartment close to Capitol Hill. It was the most affordable, spacious option I could find at the time of move-in. I'm happy with my living situation and renewed my lease. Access to the Giant underneath the building is very convenient, and the building is quiet (even with it's proximity to a busy H street).

360 H is a fantastic building. Large well laid out floor plans, some with massive balconies. H St is loud but the sound insulation mitigates that. Convenient location near two grocery stores and X2 bus with metro a 10 minute walk away.

The paid parking area is not safe from theft or assault. Grills and roof furniture have been broken for years. Building hasn't communicated a plan to improve things. Cleaning and maintenance staff are great and take high degrees of ownership for their work. Management not so much.

The building's location is great! I love that we're right on H Street and that we share the building with the Giant - really, it's super convenient to get to anything you need. (Plus, you're only a few steps from Union Station!) The facilities are a little dated, but the staff, neighbors, and community make up for that tenfold. Everyone is super great to be around and help the apartment feel like a home.

Other residents are nice enough. Concierge and front office are pretty good. Not enough interaction opportunities with neighbors. Maybe there are too many people with dogs. Sometimes there's a mess in hallways or elevator

I have lived here for four and a half years. Overall, I think this is a great place to live as a professional in the DMV. The location & proximity to downtown DC, Union Station, and other important items is unrivaled.

Great location and service. I have suggested the property to others, as the property was suggested to me. Maintenance team is friendly and I can access the supermarket next door. Trash locations are convenient.
