Staff and 360 community makes the apartment living experience feel more like "home" and that we are be looked after with care. The staff is super quick in their response time and follow up. I also, appreciate the front desk staff and their customer service.

Great staff and maintenance. Spacious and units have big windows. Not far from the metro station, which is convenient. Hope it is less pricey but overall good apartment. No pool, but I do not use it anyways.

I have really enjoyed living at 360 H Street. My apartment is huge compared to other comparable apartments in the area. The overall community has been great as well -- things are always clean and fixed in a timely manner.

Great overall service. Staff are attentive and the apartments well maintained. The residents are nice and the courtyard area, gym, and common areas are easy to use. I like that it's smaller than surrounding buildings, which cuts down on foot traffic and overall noise.

It is a wonderful place to live. 360 H is right by everything I could possibly need, has a Giant right downstairs, and is very receptive when I have packages waiting. I will always recommend this building to family and friends!

360 is a nice, small-ish, quiet apartment community. It is always kept clean and residents are respectful of each other and the common areas. Front desk and maintenance staff are always a pleasure to work with!

The apartment building is nice and clean, accessible to any public transportation and near Washington DC tourist area, restaurant and groceries ( Giant grocery). Apartment management are friendly and easy to talk, maintenance will attain any problem within 24 hours.

Nice, low-key community, friendly staff, neighbors are pleasant and we rarely have any issues with noise (walls seem to be well insulated), convenient location (having the Giant downstairs is incredible), great rooftop and courtyard, and units are larger than what you'd get for the same price at some of the newer and flashier buildings in the are - overall I would recommend!

It is a good place. It is expensive but affordable for the area. I would like it to have a bit more of a luxury feel but it is in always adequate. The staff are largely the best part of this place. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I do wish they would shampoo the hallway floors more often.

It's been great. No issues with my experience. We really enjoy the amenities including the parking, roof top deck, gym and convent location to super market. We would definitely recommend this community to our friends.

360 H Street is an excellent place to live. As a young professional, I have found the building has great perks such as in-building entry to Giant (grocery store), coffee station in the lobby, friendly staff, and incredibly responsive maintenance team. My neighbors are all courteous and my unit is in great shape. Between the six windows in my apartment, large closet, spacious floorplan, and in-unit laundry, I highly recommend 360H!

I love it here. Clean, modern and comfortable apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as well. Above a grocery store, 2 blocks from a dog park, and minutes away from great bars and restaurants.

Awesome service from everyone love the cleanliness and appearance and uptake if the building. Please lower the rent a little. The noise of ge traffic is loud but if you decrease the rent a little I will gladly stay for a long time

360 H street is great! Clean community in a convenient and fun location. You're right near Union Station, on top of Giant, down the street from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, and close to all of the restaurants and bars U Street has to offer.

Great new apartment with updated amenities, hardwood floors, and a big balcony. The move in process was easy and fast and the staff has been very helpful so far. The location is also great, with a grocery store on the first floor and at the north end of H St.

Great location. Great staff. Pet friendly. Management organizes events every month. Love living here. The building also offers car wash onsite through a company which is pretty convenient. But even more convenient is the fact that the building sits on a Giant supermarket.

The 360h staff were all knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful. The rent options were very good, and I appreciated all the honest information about the amenities and surrounding neighborhood. I would highly recommend 360h to anyone looking for a great apartment home.

The staff is friendly: they always have our packages and are always willing to check the holding area thoroughly to help you find your things. The ammeneties are nice and always usable, with ample exercise equipment and a nice liunge area. Not to mention that our neighbors are nice and usually quiet

Great apt, spacious and nice open floor plan. Great staff, very friendly. Location is amazing, can walk to everything you need. Front desk staff used to be away from the desk often but that seems to be improving. Overall very satisfied.

Great location, great community. The apartments themselves are looking a little tired (paint and flooring), but spacious and lots of great light. Really I think the benefit of this property is the location.

Nice small community on busy H street. Apartments are very quiet and you don't hear your neighbors except through front door. Excellent location and grocery store on ground floor is amazing perk. Done.

I have dealt with many noise issues, mainly related to the gym, which I share a wall with. Every day I hear the weights slamming, which is just unacceptable considering I pay full price rent, equal to what other tenants pay, who don't have to listen to that all day. I will also say that management does not respond to tenant complaints/concerns they way I would expect them to in a building that charges 2600 for a one bed plus den. I am happy to pay this price, if the experience is worth it.

360 H Street it great. Problems are fixed quickly and the staff is very nice. The building is quiet and the indoor tunnel to the Giant grocery store is amazing! We also enjoy the grills on the roof and we have never had to wait to use one. I would recommend this building.

It's good but I can get a better deal. The rent increases are too much along with another $250 a month in utilities and insurance. I would like to stay but I have scouted better deals elsewhere and most likely moving.

I have a one bedroom and a dog and it's absolutely perfect for us. The apartment has an open floor plan which I love and is great for cooking and entertaining. The building itself is quiet, the neighbors are respectful in regards to not being noisy and all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is also wonderful, there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores and beauty amenities all close by. I especially love this building because it has access to the Giant without having to go outside. It's also only a few blocks from Union station which makes getting around a breeze and the free street car can pick you up right on the corner and take you to the busier areas of H Street. I'm so happy I moved here, I wish I had looked into this apartment building and area sooner!
