The staff and value for rent at 360 H make it great choice for living in near the H St corridor and downtown. Apartments right on H St can be loud due to the streetcar and high amounts of traffic, but that is pretty much my only complaint.

    Great location, size of apartments are spacious for everything you need, diverse residents, attentive staff. Ease of access to public transportation and popular events like the farmers market, street festivals, and a variety of restaurants.

        I've always had great experiences with the maintenance team. They are always responsive and efficient in solving our issues, and sometimes they even go further and follow up to make sure no problems persist after our appointment.

          Next month will mark 4yrs at 360 H. I'm very please with my apartment and the staff here. It is the perfect location for dinning out and transportation. I couldn't ask for a better location. I have been very happy living here.

            It's been great, I've had no issues with the community or the staff. The front desk staff is very friendly and prompt when handling issues, the maintenance staff is quick and effective, and the overall community is peaceful and enjoyable.

              Lovely building and the management staff is really helpful and courteous! I like the location because it is surrounded by so many things to do and stores. My 1 bedroom is more than enough space for one person and the closet is HUGE!

                This is the first time we've ever lived in an apartment building and 360 H has exceeded our every expectation. 360 H is absolutely the best value of any of the other buildings we visited. While we love our apartment, the best part of our experience is the friendly and helpful staff.

                  Easy move-in, the building is great and location as well. The apartment is facing the courtyard which is quiet and really nice. The gym is small but has the basics. Im excited to be in this community and area.

                      The apartment is mostly fine. It's nice enough and the room is bigger than others nearby for the price. It is missing some amenities that other newer buildings offer but again, the price for the room size is hard to beat. From the interaction I've had with them, the staff are cool.

                        Great move-in process. Leasing staff was very helpful and friendly. Appreciate how secure the building is, and all of the common areas are very clean. Feels like a community rather than another apartment building in the city.

                          I've really enjoyed living 360 H Street! I toured a bunch of other apartments in the area, but fell it love with the space and community at 360 H Street. My apartment was super clean when I moved in and my neighbors are very quiet. I am facing H Street so I hear noise from the road, but that doesn't bother me. The front desk staff is so nice and helpful! I feel really safe and appreciate the 24 hour concierge desk.

                            The staff is absolutely amazing, and they are super helpful. The amenities are clean and well kept. Maintenance is always timely with fixing issues in your apartment. The location is perfect. There are always deals that the staff finds for us every month. I have been here for 4 years

                              Although I haven't really had a chance to meet my neighbors due to the pandemic, everyone in the building seems friendly and the people at the desk are always eager to assist. My unit also has a balcony which has been a huge positive during the last year. Only downside is that it faces the Giant food loading docks which can get pretty loud when the trucks are making early or late day deliveries.

                                The location is amazing. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the up and coming Union Market area, and the national mall. The front desk is attentive and any time I have had an issue with an appliance, they have come to fix it.

                                  I love it here. Great price for out unit (probs thanks to the pandemic). Helpful front desk staff and any issues with the apartment were quickly fixed. The location is fantastic as you can be door to door Union Station in less than 10 minutes. I would 100% renew my lease if I weren't moving across the country.

                                    I've really loved living at 360 H! This was my third apartment in DC within 3 years and after moving in I have stayed now for almost 4 years! The leasing office and staff are all so friendly and helpful and the neighborhood is such a great place to live. A little more residential than some of the busier areas of DC (which is nice if you're looking for a quieter and less crowded area) but still a lot of restaurants and bars and fun things to do right in walking distance.

                                      Great location. Very close to the wildly cool Union Market area. Next door to Cap Hill and Eastern Market. Two great grocery stores within 3 blocks. Pharmacy close. Lots of food and drink options. Dog park only 2 blocks away. Union Station 2 blocks away. Clean facility with very helpful and kind staff.

                                            Safe, quiet building. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful! Location is great: Union Station is a 10 minute walk away, the Capitol is about a mile away, and there are lots of restaurants and bars right down the street.

                                                Overall, I have been disappointed so far even though I have tried to be patient and understanding. I requested parking on December 21st and it took several days to get a garage opener. I was told while I wait for an opener I can just call the front desk when I arrive and the garage will be opened for me. Even though I paid on December 21st, I didn't receive the garage opener until December 26th. No one tested the opener, they gave me a non-functional opener. For SEVERAL days I have had to wait for residents who drive by to let me into the garage that I PAY to park in because no no is at the desk for over an hour and the garage opener is still being programmed. Although 24/7 concierge is advertised, this morning I waited 50 minutes at the gate with the car turned off waiting to be let into the garage with a garage opener that doesnt work. No one was at the desk. Most of the time, on various days that I go downstairs or wait for the garage to be opened there is no one at the desk. I have seen other residents standing at the desk looking for the front desk agent in the evenings. 24/7 conceirge should not be advertised as a service. The desk goes unattended for over an hour at a time on various days and I've only been here for one week. Overall, I have felt more like a visitor than a resident here and I hope the service gets better.

                                                  Staff works well to assist you with your needs. Rent is on the better end compared to other apartments in the area but still fairly steep. Pet friendly is always a bonus. Giant being connected to the building is also a plus.
