It's probably not a place I plan on renewing my lease with. The appliances seem a little dated and have required a lot of maintenance work. Additionally, the overall atmosphere is lacking and not something I particularly enjoy.

It was a budget stretch for me, but it was totally worth it. The building has a much better sense of community than any where else I've lived in DC. The staff is so personable and I actually know a few neighbors and their dogs (despite being an introvert.) I plan to renew my lease as long as feasible while I'm in DC.

It has been a great time at this apartment. The size and location for the price can't be beat. All the staff are friendly, the property is clean, and I don't hear the noise of a busy city. Highly recommend!

We were initially satisfied with 360 H St when we moved into the community in early 2018. As other residents have noted, the building is conveniently located close to both public transportation and a grocery store. The maintenance team is responsive and friendly, and the front desk manager is always willing to assist. However, since the departure of the previous building manager, customer service has gone downhill. Emails go unanswered and concerns are unaddressed. In addition, the surrounding neighborhood has had an exponential increase in violent crime, possibly related to the 15+ marijuana shops operating along H St. For these reasons, we will not be renewing our lease in 2023.

I've loved living at 360 H St! The common areas are always kept clean and well maintained, and staff is wonderful here. The only complaint I have is the stark increase in rent this past year. Hopefully prices stabilize as I would love to continue to live here.

The apartment facilities are clean and well-maintained. The concierge team is fantastic and helpful. Keys are needed to access buildings thus very safe. Lastly, the grocery store is conveniently located just under the building.

I like the apartment a lot, neighbors and staff are very friendly, great location, and good quality apartment overall. The only issues I have are 1) the blinds can be annoying and difficult to deal with, and 2) the water could be hotter longer. Overall, though, love the apartment.

Spacious apartment and balcony. In unit washer/dryer. Very convenient location. There's a private entrance to the grocery store (Giant) and is walking distance from the Whole Foods. Very close to public transit (X2, Union Station, etc.) Can be a bit noisy if facing H street.

I have been very happy living at 360 H Street. The management and staff are excellent, the building is kept clean and nice, and my apartment is very comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, transportation, etc.

We love it!!!! We have only lived here for about six months but so far everything has been awesome and we could not be happier. We especially like the view, and how quiet our corner apartment is!!!!!!

The move-in process was rocky because the apartment we signed for was different than the one that was sold to us, however the staff was very accommodating and worked with us to resolve the issue that day. Aside from this, I have not had any other problems thus far living here.

The location is great and the staff are really courteous and helpful. There are some annoying rules (like you can't have a spare key), but the staff help with solutions and overall it's a really nice building

The staff are really wonderful. They just go above and beyond to know you & make your life easier. The smaller building feel is really nice, when so many other buildings in the area are just massive and feel so chaotic. 360H is very well run & the value is great.

Love it so far! Great location, clean and safe. Staff very helpful and maintenance issues have been solved very quickly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to friends. I've only been here for a few months, but it feels like home!

I've enjoyed living at 360 H though find the rental costs much too high. The building management and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and I greatly appreciate their many efforts to host community events on occasion!

I've enjoyed living here! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. I appreciate the location, close to groceries and bookstores. I would suggest re-carpeting the hallway floors because of some stains. Otherwise, no complaints.

I love the building and the staff here is always friendly, especially the front desk staff. My only issues I've ever had was not receiving a rent credit for referring my friend to live here, apparently they did not mark me as the correct type of referral?

Kind and competent staff on all levels. Move in was easy. Neighbors are friendly. Great location above the Giant, close to a Whole Foods. REI, Cyclebar, Orange Theory, and a few yoga studios are nearby. Can't complain about anything.

Its been amazing overakk. Amenities are good and always clean. Neighbors and staff are friendly and I feel safe in the building. Also having a supermarket down stairs is the greatest thing ever. Its been amazing.

Apartment staff has always been so sweet and engaging with the community. They are constantly encouraging us to connect and scheduling fun experiences. Also, maintenance is always taken care of on the first request if any issues arise. I've had no issues with this complex and don't foresee any!

I've really loved living at 360 H St. The staff and residents have been very friendly, helpful, and adhered to changing guidance. I really like that I live on top of a grocery store and that the location of the property is in a lively area.
