Terrible. Signed my lease about two weeks ago, put a request in to have my front door fixed, was told someone would be there the beginning of the week. They came and fixed my leaking sink but thats its! It going on a week now and no call back or responses!

I am currently very upset with the office and maintenance staff. I have an open work order now for over 5 weeks for our dryer. No one talks to the other, so it just goes on and on. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes today twice by Jose and hung up on by Maurleen another. Maurleen said we would be getting a new washer and dryer on Thursday after waiting 5 weeks. Today she acted like we never had that conversation. I really regret signing a new lease just this month. Our new neighbors have a kennel for their dogs who bark at everything that moves.

I recently renewed my lease here and have been very happy. I initially had issues with a faulty A/C. They ended up replacing the entire A/C with a new unit. Maintenance is great. It's pretty quiet and I feel safe here. Would definitely recommend.

I moved into my apartment four months ago. I have no complaints. The office staff is very courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff very responsive and has worked very hard to fix a couple of problems I have had. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Everything woud be great and fine if theu could fix my AC. I have been fighting with them to fix my Ac for a month now. I do my part by telling them that ita not working and all theu do is tey and clean it. Thats not working but they are not fixing the problem.

They treat their long time residents not well. Raise rent at odds amounts year after year. The only reasoning for it is they state that they are bettering the community. Many new residents are getting lower rents for same housing yet long term residents keep getting theirs raised. The new management is very unfriendly too. No longer a welcoming feeling......

Interesting it was nice place. Inside nice apt up.I saw it raccoon to smell foods on the dumpster during late night. Oh okay. Good smell inside apt.It was good laundry inside apartment.good nice grass outside.not bad gate experience.okay

This place is a complete mess. The management is neglectful and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. DON'T MOVE HERE. Ever since the new manager Leslie started working here, this place has turned to $h!t. They will laugh in your face if you try to file a complaint and they won't do anything to help you. Our AC has been broken more often than not. It took them TWO YEARS to finally fix it, and only after we had an electrical fire and brought the management above this place into it. They are extremely rude. They'll claim they fixed something but nothing gets better. The water heaters are below the AC, which is a safety hazard. We've overheard a resident talking about how he sells pills in this complex. The average electric bill for a small, two bedroom apartment is $250-$300. Their "upgraded" apartments are just the same as the regular ones, only they have some "wallpaper for counters" glued (poorly) on them. The washer barely gets your clothes clean and the dryer makes a really loud noise when it's done that makes you jump every time. It's a rip off. This is honestly the worst place I've ever lived in.

Poor management staff/pest issues/electrical issues/plumbing issues/mold issues/vagrant issues. Overall, I would not recommend this complex to anyone I know as I, myself have been extremely disappointed with the service. The "bait and switch" online advertising utilized for the inside of the units for rent.

I've been at The Reserve for about three years now and haven't had any problems. Any small issues with appliances were fixed the same day. The grounds are always kept up nicely. In fact, I think landscapers come twice a week. The office staff is friendly enough, and can usually take care of any issues I have.

I for the most part really love it here everyone is nice and quite. I have just had a major problem with a wasp nest that the office staff and maintenance won't take care of my dog and fiance have both been stung and I've contacted the office 3 times now

we just moved here a week ago. so far everything has been okay. i have a few additional maintenance requests which i plan to notify the front desk about in the morning, and will be glad once they are taken care of. overall, i like living here a lot

At the beginning I was very upset! When I moved in I was told that water/sewage/trash and pest control were included- well, I found out, when I saw on my first rent statement(which always seems to arrive late),they are included,FOR ADDITIONAL FEES!!!! Also I was told that cable was included, not the case! I even asked the girl,"so I can take the cable from out of the wall and plug right in to T.V.,right?" She replied "Yes!" LIES!(she new that was a big deciding factor of me moving in)! Now, when I moved in there was a time-crunch of when I could do it and had to worry about a daily "time-sensitive rent increase, by a 3day to a week time period! Thats not looking out for the resindents, thats being crooked,price-gouging, deal-closing crooks! And, I,m sure is based on commissions! They also slopped my place together so quick that they painted right over dirt,dust,cobwebs,bugs/roaches,didnt replace any old fixtures, painted over caving in drywall and I still havent heard anything about my sagging ceiling I've brought 4 different occasions! Yes they did slap some paint up and laid new carpet,but its still just a painted TURD! I do have to tell you though, Since my recent financial struggles, they have been working with me as much as they can. I,m sure over the last 6 months, the extra $125 monthly late fees have been in consideration! Not-to-say that they could pad-lock my door at anytime! Overall, The new management has increased my happiness of my tenure here. Always be concise and precise, regarding any problems that you need to communicate, and always do a follow up with the office. Keep the lines of communications open at all times, Be aware of you surroundings. And cooperate with our local law enforcement.

Lived at The Reserve for almost 2 years and just recently moved out due to the fact that we needed to be closer to our childs school, if it wasnt for that we would have stayed 100%. The office staff are so nice and the maintenance guys are so sweet, always waving and saying hello. If you have an issue with the apartment they are very prompt to getting there as quick as they can and fixing the problem. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone and hope to be able to move back in the future!

This is a very clean place to live. The apartments are well taken care of with up-to-date appliances;Landscape is well kept. The staff are all very courteous and attentive. The maintenance staff are always responsive and helpful. I would refer friends and family to live here.

I was satisfied how promptly the maintenance arrived. He was very courteous and tentative as I explained the issue of the refrigerator door not closing. Then he was shown how it was needed to be fixed. Then he fixed it. I was completely satisfied how quickly he arrived and how quickly he realized it was a simple problem to fix fast. Thank you.

I have lived here for a year and a half and I honestly love it. Maintenance response times are quick. Maintenance men are respectful. Having the tennis courts, gym, and pools are amazing. I've even seen sea otters in the ponds before. The only negative is I believe there could be a few more visitors spots, for when people come over or even when residents have rental vehicles. I feel safe when walking with my daughter outside even at dusk. I don't ever have any problems with my neighbors and never hear them. They have done a lot of upgrades outside lately and always keep the property clean.

Nice place to live I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new apartment. I really like it. Nice neighbors, convenient to work and stores. The noise is minimal nothing loud. The pools are clean which is important. As well as the landscape.

I've only been a resident for a few weeks, but I am highly impressed with the response time of the staff and maintenance regarding my move-in concerns. Every issue was addressed and fixed in an efficient and timely manner. Now I can just enjoy being a resident!

Apartment Kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabintestwas is in bad conditios, also the wall outlets are loose and looks like they will fall out.You can tell that they just paint a lot of things in bad conditions so they can look better but that do not fix the problem. overall everything else in the apartment is in good condition.

I lived here years ago and I moved back here in 2013. Aside from an issue with my AC that has been resolved, I absolutely love this place. The staff is very friendly, they've put a lot of work into the property and it looks great. I recommend it here.

I would not recommend this property to anybody. The leasing agents don't know what they are doing. Patty Woden was very unprofessional and rude. We've been told so many different things by her and nothing turned out to be true. My boyfriend and I applied for the apartment online and got approved. When we stopped by the office the next day Patty told us that we were not approved and need a guarantor. We asked her if we could do co-signer she said no. Then they asked us to put refundable $200 deposit down while we try to find guarantor. The next day we called the office and said that guarantor would not work and have been told by another lady Ann that we could do a co-signer. So it took us another day to get a co-signer and Ann said they will contact us the same day or she will call us the next morning. Nobody ever called and the next morning we called the office, Ann wasn't even there. I finally decided that it was enough and we should just look for another place. So we called them the next day and asked to give us deposit back and archive all our information. Well Patty said they are not going to give us deposit back because it's been more than 24 hours. We've never been told that. Plus she for some reason had to keep our information on file. Overall this was the worst experience ever and I will never come back to the property. By the way apartments look very small and outdated. While we were in the office I've heard about 5 people complained with maintenance issues and the leasing agents cared less.

Staff is friendly, aims to please,and provides those little extras. But, in our case, our apartment has had multiple problems that were pre-existing before we ever moved in, that seem to keep coming up as time goes by. The walk-thru gate at the 142nd entrance has a broken latch, and the gate for the back pool does not latch on its own to keep small children away from the pool.
