It's Better then all the "other" community's in the area. It's clean well taken care of. Some problem's are people are Lazy about their trash! Where they walk their Dog's. The position of the Call Box at Main Gate {150th Aveune} is much to low. Let's Not Forget A Handicapped Gate In The Middle OF The Complex. We the People Who Have Waited Year's For A Gate Are Till Waiting???

    I really have no major complaints about the place would like to see the fountains working on the water especially in the summer and some of those extra fees billing,pest control ect.. need to be dropped. I love the location close to everything but not to close like some of those new places that over look a walmart. The office and maint. staff are great but I do miss cody and carey, I have been here a few years know and very much recommend the place!!

      I have only lived here for a little over a week but so far I am very satisfied with the community. It seems to be sound proof in my apartment and the maintenance staff is very good. I know there will be problems with every apartment but they have been very minor and when addressed the problem is solved immediately.

        Just moved in. Great place so far! The staff here has been super friendly and theyve handle any issues Ive had in a timely fashion. The location is great and close to a lot of places I shop at less than five miles. Its also a twenty minute drive to the beach so thats a big plus.

          Management and Maintenance staff addressed my work order requests with speed and professionalism. I have been treated as a valued customer throughout the move-in process and beyond. This is a good place to live for couples or singles with or without a dog.

            Good Apartment complex. Dog friendly, but no one picks up after themselves. Fences and gates need repair. Cozy and quiet housing. Needs better and more street lights. Tennis court needs update. Too many speed bumps. Exit gate should be for exit only.

We are very pet friendly and welcome responsible dog owners.We understand that sometimes people don't pick up after their pets and we handle each situation as we become aware of it. There are two dog parks on property with pet stations and we will be adding multiple stations in the grass areas throughout this coming year. Hopefully this, along with reminder notices will help. Last year we resurfaced and updated all three tennis courts on the community, I encourage you to visit them and you will see the changes made. Also last year we began updating the exterior fencing, because of the size of our community we are working in sections to complete this. The north half was already completed and we are contracted out to start the back side (US 19) later this month. We also strategically added over 70 exterior building lights last year so if there are areas that are of concern I would like to discuss this along with any other comments you may have further in person so I may be able to address them for you.               Did not know what to expect from one of the oldest apartment complexes in my area, I gave The Reserve a try... No disappointment whatsoever! The #1 thing I love about my place is the peace and quiet... Sometimes I forget I live in an apartment..

                It fits the need. My only complaints would include my neighbors, they don't seem to get that someone lives underneath them as they stomp around. The other complaint would be the lack of parking for visitors. The 4 -6 spots available for visitors are most times taken up by residents even though there are plenty of resident spots available.

                  I appreciate the honest feedback. Because this is an anonymous posting I am unable to address the specific concerns with your neighbors however please feel free to call me or stop by the office to discuss this further. Sometimes people are unaware that their daily actions may disturb their surrounding neighbors and we would be happy to talk with them. In regards to the parking, we have put over 100 visitor spaces throughout the community, sometimes a space may not be available directly in front of your building however there are multiple spaces in the surrounding area with an overflow area that has over 10 spaces. The parking program was put in place to allow our residents the benefit of prime parking at each building.                   Great experience so far! Nice, quiet neighbors. Very helpful staff. Only drawback can be visitor parking - which is scarce, and the gates seem to be open occasionally. Overall, I'm happy with my choice!

Some times it is due to mechanical malfunction, someone hitting them, or by the fire department opening them with a master key however we usually have them back in operation within 24 business hours if possible.                     My experience is neutral. Reason for this I do not feel welcomed here due to the fact that the only time im acknowledged is when I go to pay the rent, when they are on the carts on the grounds they pass you like they dont know you, that's not friendly at all.

                      Terrible apartment complex. I have lived in my share of apts, this one was by far the worst. Gates that never worked, dirty swimming pools, garbage and dog poop all over the grounds. My apt was flooded 3 times by an upstairs neighbor, The apt staff was terrible about it, the cupboard fell of the ceiling it was so wet. Inside the bottom cupboard a big whole full of water rotted all the way through, maintenance put a board on top of it. Mold everywhere. The apt manager was very aware of this and does nothing to fix any of the resident problems he just makes excuses. My bathtub was so nasty you could not even take a bath in it, Two years with a broken refrigerator . So moldy in the apts the paint peels of the walls. Don't forget the wild animals either, raccoons opossum and feral cats everywhere. I wish Carrie would not have lied about the fountains. When Carrie showed me the apt I asked her why the fountain in the pond was not working, she said they ordered the part it would in about 2 weeks from now. I move in a month goes by I ask about the fountain again and was told it was not going to fixed no part was ever ordered. I could go on and on so much wrong with The Reserve and the staff and MANAGER ! so glad to not be stuck their anymore. HEATHER

                        Affordable and the living quarters are relatively nice. Most of the staff is nice. Most of the neighborhood seems to keep to themselves. Decent amenities and direct access to US19 and Ulmerton Road are nice. Neighbors can be very loud at all hours of the day and night (including 12am - 5:30am). People from outside the community hop the fences or just walk right in the front access gates (None of the gates have locks). Maintenance staff seems a bit lazy and eager to quickly finish a job and get out.

                          So far very pleasant the only issue is in the morning being woken up by the neighbors dogs barking. While it inst often, just being disturbed during my sleep is a little annoying. I really like the staff here and always feel comfortable talking to them or asking and asking questions. I wish the mail box area was better leveled as since I have a disability walking during thew night can be difficult. The view from my front door is wonderful as it makes me really admire the location and I feel very at ease here.

                                  This is the second time we have lived in the reserve. once in 2010 & then in 2013 when we moved back to clearwater. Not the best looking apartments, but they are very clean, quiet and all the staff and neighbors are very nice, maintanince is timely and everything is well kept. The rent is very reasonable and we are nothing but happy living here! We recommend the reserve to anybody looking for a affordable and nice place to live, close to beaches and shops, that is very dog friendly too!!

                                          Location is great. Staff is okay until new management took over. Constant struggle and over drafting accounts. Gates are always broken. Excessive flooding when it rains. Neighbors are loud, across the fence (4ft security fence...) are constant drug deals and someone got stabbed to death the other day. Water is always off due to maintenance and roads are constantly blocked off. Tow truck is ridiculous, towed my company vehicle as I parked in my spot due to renters taking up all the visitor spots. Must repeatedly follow up to get issues resolved. Ponds look great but smell like mold. Overall apartments are cheap and not worth the money or stress to deal with this place.

                                                These apts suck, i mean they seriously complained about my daughter using sidewalk chalk to play hopscotch. Said i needed to get rid of it in 2 days. Really? My ac went out last year and my electric bill was like 330. after a few months,they finally fixed it and my bill went down to half. Its just rediculous. Its suppose to be a gated community,yet the gates are always broken, and the bums are coming in to bathe in the pools. Im over it. Once my lease is up, im out of here. Also i had to transfer apts bc the neighbor had german roaches infestation and they starting coming to my apt bc we were attached to them. So over this place, and the granite counters, are not real granite, its like wallpaper on the counters. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The gates on our community are monitored daily to ensure they are in proper working order.
