I'm still deciding on how I feel about the experience. I didn't realize how close the front doors are to the neighbors. You can hear everything. The parking is tricky. I love the layout of my apartment. The speed they handle maintenance requests.

The apartment are so/so could be better but certain request aren't 100% because of the funds of the property. They are on a tight budget with repairs. Having property management experience with hud it's very disappointing.

It served its purpose. Quality went down, horrible neighbors, police called all the time. Loud noise all night, stolen packages and th trash left around was horrible. Pest control minimal. I can't stay another year. It gets worse.

No Security No parking Lots of trash, broken vehicles. I was told we cannot park our personally owned Tractor(bobtail) yet we are allowing people to park trailers, jet ski, busted and broken vehicles, flat tires. I park correctly and in my spots, and I also am not the Dumbo that parked the Blue Semi Truck across 6 parking spots

Very affordable and very secluded as far as location. This community has been a safe space for me for the past 2 years. I appreciate my cousin for informing me about them because I was living on the North Side and I wasn't happy.

Great amenities and such a beautiful and well manicured property, however the valet trash service has recently become inconsistent To nearly non existent which during the summer months have a he hallway smelling horrible.

The apartment is more on affordable side. However they will not fix certain things without charging even though the appliances suck. The police are always in here and I mean always for one reason or another it's crazy. The front manager or owner is rude. The pool is closed in the times it should be open. They try to charge you for trash charges when the trash by the compactor be piled up a lot of the times. You can hear so much outside noise . I barely see pest control here . I know we live in Florida but alligators stay coming in the ponds . Don't get me wrong the apartments have some good things . But the bad out weighs the good.

The leasing agent Lisett was supper hands on and kept me updated every step of the way. She turned the tedious process of moving into a wonderful experience. The apartment is very big and spacious. It's very kid friendly as well.

I love everything about the residence since moving in everyone is honest and apartment is very spacious the balcony is big. Staff are always present it's also very family oriented. The amenities is what also won us over a tennis court pool poor table park & more.

I love living here the staff is great i love my neighbors so quiet and peaceful . I would definitely renew my contract. These are the best apartments ive ever lived in. Ive never had a issue here and if i have a maintenance issue they are quick to resolve it i would 100% recommend to live here.

Please don’t listen to the 5 star rating on this property most of these reviews are coming from people that work in the office they self or from people of residents that have stay here over the years the apartment complex are decent from the outside and along with the inside but they have roaches and some type of long little bugs like really bad the office staff is sometimes no help they have been having for months now that gates will be fixed but yet still not fixed the cars speed like crazy in the complex . The laundry room is always dirty. Random people tend to walk through the apartments . Cars was recently stolen and broken into . They take section 8 so yeah I wouldn’t recommend to lease at all

I have really appreciated this community. It's helped me have a home, it's centralized to doctors and businesses. Groceries are nearby. I didn't have maintenance issues for a long time. Honestly before this A/C issue I had no complaints. It's been a wonderful opportunity. I would love to have cheaper rent but I understand the economy is trash.

My experience at this community has been horrible. From the application process to the move in process. Some of the staff lack knowledge. The upkeep of these units are horrible. The units are dirty, inside and out.

I love the apartments they are really nice. But I hate the community. It's alot of loud women in the building that make it really hard for me to work from home. They're always loud yelling and arguing in the hallways. Then tried to fight me because I didn't say hello to them.

The apartments are quiet somewhat ..the maintenance crew try they best to get to work orders . They have roaches and bugs call silver bullets that tend to always be seen throughout my apartment . The gate have no worked for over 8years now and as a resident I have of this matter . They constantly send out notices to enter your home 1 day before entering your home . And when enter your home they only knock once before entering if you don’t answer . The walls at this complex is poor I can hear my down stairs neighbor and side neighbors conversations . The office manager doesn’t seem to always know anything of what he’s something “ that’s most of them inside of the office . Over all I would highly not recommend anyone to honestly to move or consider this property. They always have new management changes and I think it’s just unprofessional. The pool is always close . We can’t use the club house for anything . They limit the outside sitting at the pool . Just wouldn’t recommend at all .
