I have lived in this apartment complex since they opened up in 2012, and LOVE IT!! The entire complex from the apartments, to the pool, gym, clubhouse, bathrooms, parking lots, etc is extremely clean, well kept and beautiful! The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and if anything ever goes wrong someone is there to fix it right away (which was a rarity that something went wrong, but it does happen anywhere). The staff are so nice, and helpful and the leasing manager is the best!! There is so much stuff offered for free, such as classes and parties for children and families during holidays etc. The movie room is amazing to watch sports or have a fun night with the girls watching a movie! I honestly have not a single complaint about living here. I feel safe every single day, I have never had an issue with other people living there, in fact everyone I've come across is very nice. I would recommend this place to my family, friends and anyone looking for an affordable place to live with the best of everything. You will not be dissappointed I promise. Plus the pool makes you feel like you are on vacation every day! Enjoy the place, I certainly have!

Reading some of these reviews makes me feel like I am living in a completely different apartment complex. My husband and I have been living at Bennett Creek since 2012 and absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious, beautiful and absolutely great to get to at the end of your day. The staff is amazing and the manager is absolutely wonderful. They are extremely courteous and respectful and are always prompt to address any issues that may arise. Like any complex there are always issues that come up, but they have always been very prompt to fix them. They have BEAUTIFUL amenities and the amount of extras that they have are awesome (movie nights, pool side yoga, personal trainer, etc.). I would totally recommend this place to anyone =)

Bennett Creek is a very new apartment complex with a fresh look. I've been here over a year and have never had any problems. The resort style pool is always a plus to show off to my friends an family. The kitchen set up is plush with a nice counter/bar with a stainless steel sink. The master bedroom has a great bathroom set up with a huge walk in shower that any bachelor would kill for. Staffing is always warm and welcoming.Along with the hidden area bennett creek resides in, it's pretty much close to all the major highways making it easy to travel to all the landmarks such as the beach, St. Johns town center, an even other sides of town. I give BC a 5/5 and recommend anybody looking for a safe home to move here!

I have recently moved into Bennett Creek Apartments and could not ask for a more place to live. The management team is wonderful. The property itself is kept in excellent condition. I have not had any issues with noise or unruly neighbors. I would recommend this place for anyone looking.

If you want live in apartment were manager time is unprofessional welcome. In swimming pool you can see people smoke some bad stuff, and now one don t do anything about. And manager just say sorry.

One of the best apartments in Jacksonville. Summer was very helpful from the beginning. They have the best interest for the tenants. The only thing is the parking and how people park. That is every where though. If i ever move back to Jacksonville this will be my first choice. Almost everyone at the office is nice and the maintenance crew is very friendly.

We cannot wait until our lease is up. When we moved to this complex 15 months ago we were attracted to the idea of living in a brand new apartment and the grounds were (and still are) nicely kept. First of all, soon after we moved in we found out that sound proofing was virtually nonexistent. Its not even a matter of neighbors being overly loud, but you shouldn't be able to tell when they are in the bathroom and what they are doing in the bathroom. You can pretty much hear everything through these CHEAP walls. Secondly, we thought we were moving to a gated community. In the past 15 months the gates have probably been operational for a total of 3 months. Also, they keep bins outside your front door for the purpose of front door trash pickup. This would be a great if it weren't for the fact that people seem to think they are public trash bins to toss their soda cans and fast food into which leaves a mess. And good luck finding a parking space in front of your building after 5:30 p.m. There is definitely not a lot of available parking for our building. Lastly, we have had a problem with roaches. Yes, roaches. On the plus side, the grounds are generally well kept and the gym facility is nice. Aside from those 2 things I certainly would not recommend this place.

I love this community! The clubhouse and amenities are wonderful! The club house is open until 10pm each night and anyone can have use of it or rent it out for private parties as well. There is also a small movie room, you can use (I have not used this as yet) and a coffee bar! OMG, I love the FREE coffee! It s great! The pool area is beautiful and the gym is very nice! The gates at the front don t work ever and that is a small complaint, otherwise I love the valet trash pick-up and love the fact that my children can play outside safely! There are certainly a few loud people or people that don t follow the rules in the community, but that goes for any place you live ..always a few bad apples. One thing I truly dislike is the auto-close on the front door it makes the doors slam all the time, so I can definitely hear when my neighbors come and go. Overall though, the unit is beautiful, grounds are beautiful & staff is responsive! Highly recommended!

Do not be fooled by the 5 rating! That was definitely written by management! Talk to someone who actually lives there and you will get a 2 rating at best. Looks can definitely be deceiving!

Bennett Creek Apartments LOOK great, however, looks can be deceiving. If you like peace and quiet, don't even consider this place. The soundproofing in these apartments is non-existent. I once heard a message left in the apartment above me on the answering machine clear as day. I could always tell exactly where every one in the apartment above me was because I heard every single footstep they took. Be careful when you take a stroll because dog poop is everywhere! Trash in the parking lot is common. If you're lucky, you'll get decent, considerate neighbors in direct proximity to your apartment, but if you don't, good luck. The gates in this "gated community" have never worked since I've lived here.The amenities are nice, but it ends there.

Bennett Creek displays a small beautiful community at first sight. Unfortunately it's all looks. I feel lucky enough that I had a top floor corner unit and my specific neighbors happen to be good people that for the most part are not too rowdy. As soon as we moved in we would find a few things daily that would give away the fact that this place was poorly built. ( examples: purple stains on the carpet, on top of all the cabinets there was at least an inch high of sawdust, bit crack on the showers and tiled bathroom floors, the glass on the shower door cut crooked so it doesn't close all the way - keep in mind it was brand new never lived in) and numerous other little things. Our apartment itself is nice. After a few months they tried to fill up the complex by accepting "affordable housing" Basically people get the same apartment you live in and work hard to pay for for dirt cheap! There's a lot of kids running around my building trying to open my door screaming in the breezeways- cant even walk my dog without them stopping me constantly- and we don't even have any kids living in our building. The parking is always pretty full. The office staff is incompetent and they could care less about keeping a nice place as long as the units are full. They are super rude. The gates never work. We have lived here 15 months. I would not recommend unless you are section 8... Also gates to pool don't work. Hot tub only works when it wants. Club house is not worth renting out for parties. They accuse your guests of stealing and nit pick any little noise you are making! Not the safest area. Maintenance takes awhile to fix anything.

What's not to love? Beautiful complex, beautiful apartments, tile on the first floor (except bedrooms), great appliances, always have plenty of super hot water, air conditioner works amazingly well, HE washer and dryer, great parking, quiet neighborhood but not too quiet, friendly neighbors, beautiful pool area, free fitness classes, valet trash service so you don't have to take bags to the compactor every day, great location. Easy access to Hart Bridge Expressway/95.
