Hello, im writing this because my friend recently moved in and their experience hasnt been good. they have been very bias with them and quite nasty if you ask me, the lady in the office is short spoken and rude. they have problems with the payment process online and she was soooooo short and rude over the phone. They've seen roaches in the unit before moving anything in, and also informed matinenance, nothing was done so i spoke with a few neighbors and they noticed the same, washer doesn't work and hasn't since they moved in. The light fixture in the kitchen is broken and hanging on by a screw and looks as if it will fall on your head. Also they're always sending threatening letters of things of no importance such as cigarette butts, and I say bias because no-one has proof and it seems as if they go by hersay after doing my own research they can find sooo much better. My question would be why are Bennett creek and it's management team treating my friend in such an unethical manor as well as bullying them into terminating their lease agreement I'd rather them just tell my friend (the resident) "we don't want you here." As a disclosure; all these things where brought to management's attention on multiple occasions.

The apartments amenities are just for show your access is limited! Evening staff is rude and community sidewalks and breeze ways are dirty. The community gate has not worked since I moved in and recently started closing at night.

Comfortable place to live. Very friendly and effective management staff. Common activities are encouraged. A few concerns include the occasional malfunctioning of the community gates and occasional lack of cleaning of the common areas.

Manager Julie did nothing to make this a place to renew. She is unprofessional and talks behind the residents backs. They have carpet people come before 9am waking those that sleep in or are off work. Never give enough notice when entering apartment and when they say they are entering they never do as they say. Property started to look low poverty level and manager needs to be replaced the whole office staff are rude!

Horrible staff Julie and Christina do not listen and do not take responsibility for their actions I have been disrespected by Christina just for asking for rent amount and Julie refused to do anything about it. Corporate was not helpful at all. Ready to get out of this apartment

The community is very beautiful and clean but the office staff does not respond to complaints on time, they never agree, they answer the complaints after more than a month has passed. and this is a problem for the community.

We were desperate for an apartment and called the representative who we spoke to a few months ago. She gave us multiple options, one was perfect for our situation. When we went to sign for it and pay we thought we we're getting the one we spoke about and agreed upon. Turns out we we're getting an absolutely different apartment and for a different cost. When I spoke to them about it, I got the run around and they told me that they never said that, that they never had one for that price. So we unfortunately had to pay more for something we hadn't agreed upon, but we had to get something so we settled. Overall the apartment is very nice, pretty quiet. One neighbor definitely smokes weed which is very strong. Generally it is good, but a few bad experiences.

The exterior looks great but the breezeways and sidewalks are nasty and disgusting. When you ask the office staff to resolve an issue, they appear to polite and attentive but the issues are not resolved satisfactorily.

don't sign the lease until everything is fixed, because nothing will once you do sign. Look elsewhere honestly, we rushed into it and now we just got to deal with it. If they were actually keeping up with the maintenance they would look way better. Gates are open at all times....probably should be removed

The community is very quiet I love the fun activities that the office host got the kids. It gives you the opportunity to mingle with the other families in the community that you may never run by just coming from and to home. I was reluctant after reading some reviews but so far no issues.

The community has been fine, but the maintenance at our building leaves something to be desired. There is water leaking out into the parking lot from our building, and it's been there for over a month now. I don't know why it hasn't been fixed yet, but it is pretty gross.

Clean, peaceful. Highly recommended place to live. Friendly community. Area is very safe. Apartments are away from main streets which is safe for kids to play. Amazing pool, Gym and tennis court. This community offers a lot of activities. Very nice place to call home.

It has gradually gotten worse and worse. The staff is terrible (except for a lady whose name i believe is Christina). They do not respond promptly to requests, and anything that goes wrong with the apartment is your fault.

After the first couple months everything started going downhill. The lack of care and communication in the front office is tough to deal with. The maintenance team does what they can (sometimes) with what they have. They don't fix things the first time, rather they put "bandaids" on the issue that will resurface a week later. Being "blamed" for something I very obviously didn't/couldn't do, and then openly lying to my face in front of other employees and residents is so childish and a terrible look. Gate keys don't work, security gate hasn't been operative for more than half the amount of time I've lived here. The pool will just randomly be closed for an undisclosed amount of time. Bug infestations that I've never seen before in the 30+ years of living in older homes in Florida. This building can't be more than 10-15 years old. These are just a few reasons I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The community is gorgeous and maintained well. The office staff is very polite. There are always activities happening for the residents. The community is very quiet. The floor plans are very spacious and beautiful inside. The amenities are beautiful and well kept.

Over all great experience. Unhappy with the way the trash collection is handled. Breezeways are not kept clean. Office staff is amazing and always friendly. Location is great and close to shopping, schools, movies etc.

Recently moved into the Bennett Creek Apartments. Moving in was smooth and as planned. Office staffs were cooperative and helpful. So far, we are settling down well to the new place. However, we found that the Gym is locked in the evening, although the sign says "open 24/7". Hopefully, the management will look into the matter & take corrective action.

Takes forever to get work orders fulfilled. So far it's been 2 weeks... still waiting. Also there is dog poop all over the property. There is no place provided even if you do pick up your poop besides one dog bin in the dog park. So people just leave the poop. And that adds up to so much poop!! You can't look at the grass and not see at least 5 piles of poop.

Bennett Creek has been a great place to live- maintenance has always been accommodating, facilities are always clean, the staff are always working hard around the grounds to ensure a beautiful landscape, and the office is great about announcing when they need to enter the apartment for standard smoke alarm checks, pest control, etc.

I have had a very good experience moving here! The staff have been very friendly and the amenities/apartment buildings are kept up well. It's centrally located within minutes to the beach, shopping, and downtown. I would definitely recommend them.
