My experience was great up until December when I had really loud neighbors move in above me. I had to wait it out for 6 months, but they did finally get evicted and now I have some peace once again. Office and maintenance staff is great. Parking isn't a problem, and everyone else in my building is great as well.

The complex isn't awful. It's not luxury and yet the cost is comparable to a luxury apartment. The gate has not been closed in 2+ years, so gated community is not an appropriate description. It is quiet and quaint and the neighbors are not bad. Just have to be realistic.

Bennett Creek Apts. is where my home is I am very satisfied lo live here 7 year ago I recommend , the apt have a nice closet, bathroom so gorgeous new appliances the bed room are good size outside have place to walk

No complaints but one and that is the challenge of having walls that allow you to hear everything. Installation does not seem to be of good quality when it comes to sound. Other than that this is well secured community to live in. Neighbors are friendly those whom I have had the pleasure in speaking with. Management and staff are awesome. I really like my place I call home.

Bennett Creek has been a great place to stay. The amenities are amazing. The maintenance and office staff have been wonderful. All of the residents that I've interacted with have been very kind and considerate. I feel very safe here. With the location in more of a business area, it's not as loud and busy as many other residential areas. It's more of a quiet, serene escape from the busyness of life. It's like a resort vacation every day.

I have been living in this community for over 4 years and this is by far the worst apartment that I have lived in. These apartments have so much potential but it's hard to see that when the emergency maintenance service that used to be available is no longer available. It's makes it seems as if they don't care.

So far so good however the trash valet bin already had trash when we entered the apartment. And it is still there at the moment. On a side note the area is close to entertainment and the apartments are nice

Unsatisfactory in every aspect. No security. Over priced. No communication from the office. Gates never work, pool not upkept, spa tub never works Strange people always lingering in the parking lot . People smoking things that are not cigarettes in the breezeway that we can smell from the other buildings. That's just a few of the issues the list goes on.

Overall my experience has been very pleasant. I love the value and quality of my unit. The community is nice, everyone minds their business and are friendly. The staff has also did a great job with having community events to promote resident interaction. I live on the third floor so this could have a lot to do with what I'm about to say but pest has been minimal. Sometimes i see a roach here and There but once i call pest control the issue is resolved. The only thing i wish could be done to make the stay here better is complimentary renewal for certain things that have wear and tear from years of living in unit at the time of lease renewal.(ex: bathroom sink faucet, carpet cleaning,etc) Lastly, In the past maintenance and staff were slow to resolve issues but they've done a good job with turning around response time and will even leave a note if they entered the unit when you are not home. This was not done in the past. So I would 100% recommend new residents to consider Bennett creek as your new home.

Bennett Creek is an excellent apartment community. The staff and maintenance are great to work with and are very professional. The complex is in good shape including the amenities. The location is great and community is very convenient to the City of Jacksonville .

I Would not recommend this community. Walls are thin, gate doesn't work, inadequate parking in from of my building, the unit is infested with roaches even after pest control air conditioning unit is super loud to the point I cannot hear on the phone. Breezeway littered with cigarette butts and stains from valet trash, needs pressure washing.

I have lived here since the complex has opened and it's been a pretty pleasant complex to live in. Any maintenance issues are always handled quickly. The grounds and buildings are kept clean. The location is great with a few restaurants within walking distance and several others within a mile of the complex. There are parks nearby and very easy access to I-95 and JTB. Also The Markets at Town Center and The St. Johns Town Center are about 6 miles away.

Awesome community, very quiet and staff is amazing. They have a huge swimming pool and dog park along with a fully furnished club house . Always friendly and welcoming when ever we see them around . Highly recommend this place for families.

When I first moved in 6 years ago this was a really nice community. It has gone downhill since then. The security gate has working twice during this entire time. your neighbors can be as dirty as they like and it takes the office 4 weeks to address the issue.

I can't even put it in words. Not my best experience. The things that we have complained about have gone unnoticed. The gate hasn't been working for over 2 years. The neighbors smoke in the breezeway everyday with an ashtray full of cigarettes butts. The breezeways are filthy with trash juice and trash left behind. The dumpster is always crowded with trash blocking the stairs. The landscaping is horrible, we believe with the prices we are paying for this place it would at-least not have weeds growing up the sides of the buildings. Maintenance has been to our apartment at least 4-5 times in the last year and they have yet to fix our blinds to our patio. They have been wrong since we moved in. I could keep going on but I'd it really worth it?
