Dont let your a/c go out in the summer. 3 days no air. I had to submit a complaint in writing to get it fixed. The gate never works or if it does its only for a few days and NONE of the maintenance or office staff live on-site.

It started off well, maintenance was prompt and efficient. The biggest issue I had was my neighbors were loud. Now, the garbage bins look and smell disgusting, the stairwells are dirty, all of these things lead to bugs surrounding the apartment door. I have an alarm system that maintenance would turn off once entering then leave without setting my alarm back...which completely defeats the purpose of my alarm system! They used to turn it back on. Like I said the first year was great here, now it's like I live in a place that is completely apathetic to the appearance of our surrounds nor take pride in the service provided. And let's not mention the gate I am paying for but it is always broken. I'm very disappointed.

The community is nice well kept. Their were a series of car break in but it stopped. They have a lot of pets here some strays or house cats loose. Maintenance is slow about fixing things, the gates stay broke and rent increases often. Some office staff are very attentive yet very overwhelmed at times. The walls are paper thin and if you live on the bottom expect the bear your neighbor walking, talking. The doors slam shut. Everyone stays to their self here. Other than that it's fine.

Community is clean for the most part, units are spacious, up to date, and rent is reasonable however maintenance could be better as far as response time, staff is usually friendly but the gate hardly ever works. Otherwise a good spot for cost of rent

I have lived in this facility for one year. I am relocating because of a job, but would otherwise remain in this apartment. The apartments are spacious, with a good amount of storage room. The facility is well-maintained, and offers numerous amenities. In general, the residents are quiet and respectful. There are a lot of families, so the kids can be noisy sometimes; however, I have never been woken up or significantly disturbed by the noise level. I have never felt unsafe or worried about my belongings being stolen or vandalized. There is always enough parking close to my building.

Its a very peaceful community most staff members are the very helpful and kind really like christina...i like the area that the apartment is in so far its been really good the gym the pool i love it all!! It is a decent apartment trust me u will love it..if u have an issue they are very attentive in fixing it i felt that a valued customer so far.

Staff is friendly and provides accurate information. The property is well maintained. Travel time and school time is not bad at all. Its near St John's Town center. Safety is key for me, my son and I feel safe is this apartment complex.

Good community to stay but price is bit expansive. Have to wait for deals. Space is hall is less. Well maintained fitness center, swimming pool and tennis court. Near to south point and downtown. Near to all grocery shops.

My wife and I spent one year at Bennett creek apartment, that is the best community ever, we had a very good time, it is very safe to be out at anytime at night with children, very good staff specially Britany and Cristina, Britany is so sweet my wife and I love to see gym, free coffee and snak, I love my hot chocolate right before gym, the only raison we are moving is because we are buying a house orther than that, our home would be Bennett creek apartment.

Maintenance issues do not get resolved they bandage the problem instead of repair. Rent goes up while maintenance on the property does not keep up with the amenities and leaves you wondering why you chose to live here

The office staff (namely Summer and Christina) are horrible. It surprises me that these individuals are hired in a field where they must constantly interact with humans, but are unprofessional, unfriendly and quick to catch an attitude. Christina victimizes herself and makes you feel as if YOU have done something to HER and made her JOB harder as a tenant.

Staff is prompt to respond to issues. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Community is very clean. Apartment was very clean and ready for us at move in. Only minor issues present upon move in. So far it's been a good experience.

This seems like a great community at first, but after living here for a year we have found many issues with the community. There is no security enforced. The main gate gets broken and stays broken. Also, the hot tub/pool fountain/grills/many amenities have also been broken for months and do not get repaired. The office staff is very kind and friendly but they do not work towards making the community better. The community is going downhill and the population is NOT desirable. There are many residents that bring in undesirable guests and they overtake the amenities. The rules of the community are not enforced. I would not recommend living here.

I absolutely love living here! It is a very quiet and clean complex! I don't have any issues with my neighbors or finding parking. Any maintenance issues get resolved fast! And the office staff is always friendly!

I've recently moved in to these apartments. I like it so far. It looks exactly like the pictures that are displayed on their website. It is very spacious. The only thing I don't really like is the doors being so closed together. Other than that, I don't have any major problems.

When I first visited I was impressed with the front office team. Very hospitable and made me put my mind at ease with the deposit amount and date on move in. I was very impressed with unit and the space I got for the 1st floor. The maintenance team are very friendly and they make you feel like family at this property.

Great location, good price. Had some issues with community clubhouse usage and some building issues (fixtures, water build up, trash). The maintenance staff keeps grounds looking good but I'm a runner and had an issue with stray cats. I may recommend to a low maintenance friend and I would live here again for the location and price.
