I really like the location and how convenient it is to get to local businesses. I really love the amenities and how convenient they are. It feels good to be able to use the gym at anytime. I really like how close I am to the pool and the management office.

would prefer not to answer at this time. My previous was great in the building over. This one has been a complete nightmare . Staff seemed eager to be helpful however, no resolution has happened. I keep getting answers like, "we don't know when they will come" or "everything is working fine"' when it's not and my light bill is now much higher. Once again, I would appreciate a resolution.

Its been a lot of ups and downs are amenities are not being able to be utilized when we would like them to be but I do like the fact we have different activities in the office and the weekly food trucks. I do wish we had more activities and that they were more accessible to peoples work hours as well as the amenities because everything closes before people can even really use them.

Excellent rapport with management and maintenance teams!!! The grounds are well maintained. The sound attenuation between apartment units is less than desirable as walking, moving furniture around, and loud talking can be heard. Unfortunately children constantly running ing the unit above me is annoying. Otherwise we love living in this community.

Everything has been good with the exception of our extremely noisy upstairs neighbors. The staff has been great and very professional as well as courteous. We've met some really cool neighbors and formed a few friendships with them as well. We absolutely love the pool! We can't wait until it's back up and running. I love how management sets up various activities ( i.e.food trucks, workshops, etc.). Overall, our experience has been mostly positive

The office staff so helpful and kind that's from my first visit to the office .The community is very clean . I requested the office to add more handicap parking and I have signed the paperwork long time ago but didn't hear anything back

Great secluded apartment community. The staff is friendly & always willing to help assist. Staff completes monthly pressure washing in corridors, plus trash concierge service is provided which is a plus. Apartment homes are spacious with balconies or solariums. A safe friendly environment.

Too early to tell. Please give me some more time and resend the survey. Right now, I do see garbage that seems to be thrown out of someone's car window on to the ground. I also noticed speeding on the grounds where the signs read 15 MPH. I hope I am going to enjoy living there.

Nice community , spacious floor plans , community is convenient to where you need to go , office staff and maintenance are very nice and understanding when you voice your concerns, they get the work order done within that day or the next moring .

I have only lived here a short time and I like it a lot. Everyone is friendly. The staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff were great. They responded to my request and had everything done quickly. The neighborhood is quite.

Overall its a decent complex. The staff are friendly and helpful. Biggest complaint would be how thin the walls are. Be prepared to hear every sound from your next-door neighbor if you're sleeping in the back room for the 3 bedroom units.

Bennett Creek Apartments have been my home. I absolutely love everything about this community and is so happy to be a part of it. The grounds are clean and safe, the staff is very professional and friendly, the units are so beautiful and spacious, and the community as a whole cohabitates very well. This community is affordable and worth living here. I do not plan on moving. My son and I love it here. There's many in the area but none like Bennett Creek. I relocated here from up north earlier this year and I'm so happy I did.

Went I start living in these complex everything was excellent there were quite neighborhood the persons were respectful, you walk at night with no problems now you come at night and is a people smoking, drinking in the parking.

Please do thorough research before considering moving here! The community appearance is very misleading. Looks good but lots of crime!! The gate hasn't worked in an extended amount of time but still advertised as an amenity.

0/10 would not recommend. These apartments are the hidden ------. They suck you in the outside appearance the grounds are well kept but once you're in the buckle up and get ready for the roller coaster. Staffs favorite statement is " I don't know

The community was okay when I first moved here, but a lot has changed in a negative way. The pest has always been horrible. Pest control has only been to my apartment twice, but I was told pest control comes every Friday when I first signed my lease. Would NOT recommend.

This community is amazing all area clearly and the recreational areas are nice the staff are very friendly and the security for the family this apartment are biggest and comfortable the main gate is safe and the tennis area is amazing

Is an excelllent community, safe, peaceful, all your mantenance order are done ASAP. I never have any problem with nobody at the community, people are very kind. I don't know to much the new staff but the old staff Mrs. Sheryl was awesome all the Time.

The community is a nice community overall the property is well kept. Things would add value is using the the gates as a form of security and the entry ways match the rest of the property. It is an amazing property, that's why I'm surprised it's not standard to thoroughly clean the doorways. If the standard pressure washing doesn't work.
