The amount of issues with the property does not equate to the amount of fees charged. New management does not always mean better. The gates never close, so there is no sense of security. The new company that is used to landscape always leaves trash and debris in the breezeway. Some neighbors don't adhere to the terms for smoking so smelling weed and cigarettes is a constant nuisance.

The first week moving here 2020 I've had a neighbor bang on my door accusing me of sticking her door shut then another neighbor put unbagged trash in my bin and both left a note reading welcome to the neighbor hood but don't try me in red marker. (Lol) It's safe to say that I felt unsafe and fearful especially when being a single mom to a new born. I've a few of the same things happens through out the two years of renting here and the office staff has done little to nothing to help prevent this from happening or intervening. The police wanted me to call the office the office wanted me to call the cops. Th staff are short on workers and that is there response for why this didn't happen or did happen. They can be very unorganized with move ins and renewals. When coming to first collect the keys with my uhaul and movers they told me my move in was scheduled for another day when they promised that date. The apartments and pool are pretty decent though and the pond is beautiful. You can have a pleasant experience if you create a pleasant experiences ,are around pleasant neighbors and you are persistent with what you need to have done. Best of luck ????

The common areas are always filthy. The appliances never seem to work. The office staff does not care about the property,. It takes maintence months to tend to basic issues. The trash does not get collected regularly.

Great area to live close to stores right off of 95 easy to get in and out of the complex. Just when you move in make sure that there are working lights and stuff working and if you do need to change your light bulb you have to pay for them or if you can fine them at the store do that so

Our experience up to this year has not been satisfactory. We stayed as it was very close to our work. However, this year, management has changed over and for the first time it has been a most pleasant and very satisfactory experience. They are very attentive to maintenance issues and have hired very competent staff. We are very hopeful with the new management in place.

I like the location of the complex for being a singer at my granddaughter's school for the proximity to my son's house and for the tranquility of the complex near shops without the hustle and bustle of easy access to main roads

The apartments here are very spacious. I was able to find a reasonably priced apartment with washer and dryer included in the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet. My kids can go outside and play with the other children. People walk around with their animals and for exercise. The maintenance comes out fast. They have 24 hour line you can call for emergencies and they actually answer or call you back within 5 minutes of leaving the message. The grounds are kept very clean and regularly have landscaping out.

Overall, Area is decent. Front office could handle maintenance issues better and need to work on their communication skills. Self service car wash and vacuum needs immediate attention. The gate does not work. This is not a gated community. Please fix the gate. Residents pay a fee for a gate card and the gate doesn't even work.

Really confortable and beautiful apartment, never have an issue before this.. The people is very kind and peaceful.. The only thing is that to enter to the common areas is limited and the keys that they gave me doesn't work, also, the laundry machines doesn't work most of the time and you have to be waiting a lot the wash your clothes.. besides that, everything is ok.. We're really enjoying this community. Thank you!

It has been a nice but different experience, of what we have before, just got in Jacksonville and is our first living experience, noise neighbors and kind of dirty only issues with the bugs inside the apartment, but it has been a nice place overall, the staff is amazing when you need it and we will stay for another year here for sure.

My area is quite and clean. It is close to the highway, and other convenient needs such as Gate, RaceTrac, and Bono's. Schools are also convenient. They have open areas for the kids to play football. It's a nice scene and comfortable.

The neighborhood is quite and sits off the road. The staff is friendly along with the guys who pick up our garbage every day form our binds outside our. door. We are close to stores and shopping malls

This community is full of very nice people and staff. The problem lies within maintenance and how work orders are unprofessionally handled. I understand there's only one person working, and that's where the problem lies. I could wait one year without the problem solved and nothing will be done in response.

Very poor responses from management, pest and roaches infest my unit and nothing has been done, even had a scheduled cleaning from Massey that never happened and I was never told why noone came. Overall highly would not recommend

When I first move in the apartment complex was awesome. It continued to be torn down . Community grounds are dirty and amenities are broken and outdated. Just seems management is doing as little as possible to maintain the complex.

I love living here and thankfully I haven't had any issues. Granted the property has gone through two managers, I am glad we have Linda. Everything happens for a reason and she has literally cleaned this place up for the better. Curb appeal is outstanding, the breezeways and buildings are consistently pressure washed, valet liners are always switched out limiting pest issues, and trash is never backed up. My view is more beautiful now the waterfall is up and running. It is the small things that count when you are living in a community. I love how the grounds are consistently maintained so a big thank you to Bennett Creeks grounds keeper. I don't think they get enough credit within our community or at any community when it is due. They are a huge part of why our community looks the way it looks. A huge shout out to maintenance because these guys are on it and they do a great job. You can tell they love resolving issues and making residents happy. Very respectful. They speak and wave to you when driving by and that goes a long ways. Overall, thank you Linda for stepping up, sticking around when we can be a huge pain LOL and showing the community you care. I appreciate how compassionate you are about managing this community here at Bennett Creek. Thank you for always being understanding and your willingness to listen. It is not often you find a manager who listens to their residents to listen, they normally listen to respond and to shut us down. So thank you! Keep up the outstanding job!

Sometimes maintenance issues are not handled in a timely manner they need to hire more staff. Overall the community is kept clean and the staff is friendly. There are no food trucks that come regularly like other community's.

At first I was understanding being that it's a new property manager but too many things going on at Bennett Creek that has gone down hill and not seeing any positive changes. Look around and this place is nothing compared to what it used to be! Don't even feel safe having my kids out to walk around the property or even breezeway smelling of Marijuana and suspicious people walking around at all times of the night, Gun shots, car's getting broken into, neighbor's fighting. Discrimination towards the Latinos/Spanish by your staff!! RIDICULOUS!!

Leasing office is unprofessional. When I moved in, it was infested with spiders and roaches. I spent almost 3 days cleaning and still have so much more cleaning to do. The fridge was disgusting. They moved me in a week after the original move in date and my walls were not painted when I was told they were.

I'm happy in this place. The could be better adding more things but one important one is adding recycling bins program for the trash and emphasis people not using common areas to smoke is annoying smelling smoke and the people with pets, come on!

The garbage collection system is a mess. In my unit the stairs are always full of trash They allow tenants to keep ashtrays full of cigars on the stairs, so it's a lot of cigars everywhere. Oil, chicken bones and dog poop everywhere on the stairs.

My experience has been excellent. Bennett Creek Apts. offers friendly, courteous, professional staff. The complex is well maintained, always clean, so I am pleased to have guests to visit. The amenities program is greater than any offered in the City. They have provided a wonderful, warm home environment.
