My apartment is really nice, I enjoy living here. If there are any issues at my apartment they are immediately and promptly resolved. My apartment is in an area the idea for me and the complex is in an area surrounded by department stores and grocery stores, that is convenient for me

Love living here. Grounds are pretty, have ducks, turtles and variety of birds around the pond I overlook. Love that the complex far away from road and trees are all around this quiet complex. Pool and deck are always clean

Great community, maintenance is quick to fix any problems you might have. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. The community is safe, quiet, and friendly. They take serious the safety and comfort of their residents and quickly address any problems that sometimes arise in the community.

The management of the apartment complex is very courteous and promptly responds to maintenance issues. The units themselves, although well maintained, are starting to show their age. The environment is very pleasent, nonetheless, since it is very quiet and surrounded by many trees.

Tammy is just the nicest rental agent. The apartments are so quiet and friendly. They inform you of everything ahead of time. I like the location a lot . I can't wait to continue to live here. I like that my floors are wood.

WillowBrooke offers a quiet, convenient location with spacious units and good parking. Maintenance is generally responsive, though some buildings show age, but the trees make it so cozy and beautiful. Overall solid value for Lakeland renters.

Brandon in the front office has been the best from the time I showed up to inquire till I being here 3 months and need help with a fax. They are so kind. Q is an awesome maintenance person. She fixes everything with professionalism and kindness. Have not met or came across not 1 rude staff or neighbors for that much. By far best choice I ever made was to move here!

I have enjoyed living here. Apartments and common areas are very well kept. Centrally located and lots of areas for walking and shopping. Nice place for families or singles. Would highly recommend renting here.

Good Experience so far. Nice place, quiet setting, and lots of room for walking. Also has a nice pool and weight room and place to play tennis, racket ball, pickle ball etc. I would like a little more up to date basketball court though. Needs a 3-point arc :)

Willowbrooke is fantastic in every way from the office managers to maintenance people. Reminds us of vacation at home at times. Also normally quiet peaceful community with a great pool and walking area.

Beautiful area, love being close to everything and I do think it's a fair price for rent. I do think the office staff could be a little more cohesive as I needed to move out by a certain date and they had to change the apartment multiple times because of this.

So far so good. It's a beautiful property, grounds and maintenance does a good job with upkeep, and my interactions with the office have been professional. The only negative is the outdated gym with old and broken equipment.

The community has been great and maintenance repairs have been completed well, prior to this issue. I think the problem lies in the fact that they had to call a 3rd party vendor for this repair and they did a poor job.

After living at my previous apartment complex where you had to beg for them to fix anything. Constantly changing property managers, no responses from corporate. WillowBrooke has been a breath of fresh air. The management team are so kind and personable! The maintenance team is great. Happy to be here!! I've already told all my previous neighbors how wonderful it is here!

This area is close to schools, medical facilities, shopping of all kinds, restaurants, work, churches and I-4 is just off the parkway. Walls in apartment seem to block out noises from other renters. Maintenance crews are fast and efficient.
