The management staff was very welcoming and great at communicating before, during, and after the move in. The property is situated in a great area with so many conveniences at the doorstep. It's facilities and community events are great.

Not a bad apartment- kinda pricey for what you get but be warned they will try and scam you when you leave by making up bs charges to keep your security deposit. If you move here take extensive pictures before and after!!

This community is amazing. The office staff was great! They quickly answered any questions or issues that we had throughout the whole moving process. Maintenance was quick to fix any problems we had including a broken dryer when we moved in!

This community is safe and central to everything needed (next to the town center, Publix and Target). The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and it feels like a community! I would also say that this is an ideal location for students at Florida Southern College looking to rent apartments as well.

Willowbrooke is simply an amazing place to call home! It's beautifully maintained and so peaceful, yet within walking distance of shopping, dining, and excellent entertainment! It's very safe, the staff are so kind and helpful, and the included amenities great for families and single people alike are next level awesome! The gym and pool are extremely impressive, the landscaping is gorgeous, and living here really is a delight. The affordability for the luxury is amazing! HIGHLY recommend experiencing coming home to Willowbrooke!

There are a lot of fun things to do around the apartment complex. The staff are very friendly and helpful the facilities are clean and well kept. The apartments are nicer than expected and the appliances are in good condition

We just moved in about a month and a half ago, but so far the experience has been fairly easy. The maintenance staff came within the first week to fix anything that wasn't working well at move in. They also have been coming timely for any recent requests.

Wonderfully shaded, well maintained community. We certainly enjoy the quietness and respect others show. The grounds are well-maintained and well lit at night for safety. Conveniently located next to Publix and other shopping areas

Willowbrooke is an older apartment complex in a great location near shopping and major roadways. While it is older, it has been well maintained, and the manager, Heather Clayton is very responsive, friendly, and professional. I especially love that it's animal friendly and located near a great walking trail!

The community is great with everything being so close and convenient. The community is close to my job being only 20 minutes away and close to my husbands job being less than 10 minutes away. I enjoy being in a central location between Tampa and Orlando.

It has been amazing moving into the Willowbrooke apartments. There are great amenities all residents can use and the location is fantastic. When I moved in, management was so quick to make sure that I was completely satisfied. It was so nice to have the staff here be so concerned about how I felt moving in.

Dirty on move in day. Dead bugs. Spider webs. Grime on cabinet handles. Barely functioning windows. Previous tenant's hair in drawers in bathroom/ food in drawers in kitchen. Smelled like cheap motel. Beyond disappointed for the price. Such a shame.

Great community or live in and wonderful staff. Especially Heather, the manager. The pool is nice and always well kept. The equipment room could use a little bit of work. But overall there really is nothing super major to complain about.

It's a beautiful place but I wish the property would solve my issues. It's a reoccurring issue that I am hoping is resolved soon! I love how beautiful everything looks on the outside but the apartments are older and they are showing signs of wear and tear.

I have generally had a positive experience with this community. Management and maintenance staff both seem to want to keep their tenants happy. Sometimes the solutions to maintenance issues are stop gaps, but if the problem persists, generally seem to come back and take care of the issue properly.

Willowbrooke is perfectly located. Down the street are Publix and Target. In front of Publix is Race Trac gas station. Across Harden Boulevard is Lakeside Village Mall, which has a state-of-the-art movie theater, and many restaurants to dine at. Chili's, Olive Garden, Abuelo's, Longhorn's, and Grillsmith's are among the restaurants you can enjoy. Wal Mart is only 10 minutes away, and the on ramp to Polk Parkway is only 5 minutes away, allowing you quick access to I-4 whether you're traveling to Tampa or Orlando.

The rent is ridiculous, the place is termite infested, Black mold and Asbestos found when i had air quality test done because Willowbrooke hired someone that was not qualified, yet Heather says all good no Mold ...i spoke to contactor ! So they would rather put our lives at risk then pay to have it properly taken care of ... go figure

Willowbrooke is a clean, updated apartment complex in a safe neighborhood. It is convenient to numerous restaurants (e.g., Burger 21, Longhorn Steakhouse) and shopping (e.g., Target). It is also easily accessible to the Polk Parkway. The application and move in process was very easy. The staff has been very responsive and quick to maintenance requests, which is refreshing. The apartments are well maintained and comfortable. The neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend this complex.

We love living in Willowbrooke Apartments. The office staff and maintenance staff are so professional and friendly. The location is great, we are near banks, grocery stores, Target, Starbucks and the movie theater.

The office staff as well as maintenance are extremely courteous, very prompt, and make you feel like one of the community. The grounds are kept immaculate and attractive. The grounds make me feel like I'm in my own backyard in a home. The community is quiet at night and everyone is respectful of each other's privacy. I would without any hesitation recommend Willabrook to any of my friends or family.

Love my apartment at Willowbrooke. The neighborhood is great and the staff are always very helpful. Any maintenance request that I have had has been handled right away. I would recommend Willowbrooke Lakeland to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I love coming home to this complex. It's very welcoming. The grounds are kept well. I feel safe and secure. I really love living here. We have only had a couple of maintenance issues and they were resolved within 24 hours.

Great apartments to live in. The community is great, lots of things to do, and maintenance is fast. Office management is very friendly and helpful. The apartments inside are very spacious and have everything you need to live comfortably. I highly recommend checking it out.
