It's been a good overall experience. It's very quiet and I love the location. The proximity to Publix, Target, and Lakeside Village is amazing. There's also easy access to the Polk Parkway and I 4. The neighbors are very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend Willowbroke Apartments to any future tenants.

Overall my experience has been great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the pricing is fair. However the Apartments itself need to have updated appliances and a better deep clean before move in. When moving in , my apartment was not cleaned and the windows were EXTREMELY dirty with grime on the inside. The location is great and the grounds are kept up nicely. It is just the interior that needs to be updated. Lighting in the apartment would be extremely helpful as well!

Great experience! Everything it's clean and organized. The management is amazing. They always care about the community. This is one of the best place to live in Lakeland. A good location and you are close to everything. Love to live here.

Great community to live in. The move-in process was smooth and the leasing team was more then enough help and they made the process a lot more enjoyable. It's a nice quiet area with nothing too crazy going on and in perfect distance of everything.

Terrible. The apartment I got was in a poor condition. I didn't expect new but I also didn't expect how damaged the cupboards/drawers/walls were either. I be4lieve I was conned into taking this based on the model.

WillowBrooke apartments is a nice clean quiet safe environment. The office staff and Maintence crew are very nice and always willing to help whenever need be and is very attentive. I've lived here since Jan 2024 and I am pleased so far.

It is a well kept community. Service request are handled promptly. The complex is well maintained and commute to shopping is great. Pool is always well maintained. Quiet complex. Overall I enjoy living here

The community is safe clean and friendly. I know my neighbors and feel comfortable to go on walks and use the apartment amenities whenever I want. The poll and gym are always clean. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always done in a timely manner.

The staff was/is super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed working with the staff. They answered all my question and concerns. Moving in was very easy. Had no issues getting my keys and signing my lease. Everyone was helpful.

Going on 4 years living at WillowBrooke. Not planning on moving anytime soon. Great place to live. Close to Publix, Starbucks and Publix. I4 is close by. Office staff are friendly and very helpful....

It was awesome until the last 3 months when my roof started leaking. They claimed the FOUR repair tickets I sent were fixed and each time they were not. Also, my dryer went out and it took three trips to fix that. Glad I am out of here soon.

It has been a great experience experience so far. The only things is the school's around the area nit providing transportation which has nothing to do with willowbrooke. They have been great and I don't have any complaints

The community has been excellent and the maintenance staff are competent and friendly. I enjoy the spacious rooms and the flooring is an improvement over my previous apartment complex. Talking with the office team is easy to do and I often wave or have a discussion when they drive by the apartment. Overall, I think this is a great place to live.

Willowbrooke is a Nice place and is a great community! very friendly people and the staff are kind and helpful. also has nice views and is in a good location for shopping and outdoor activities. the pool and workout areas are very nice as well.

Neighbors and other tenants at this property are nice, quiet and courteous. All the facilities are clean and in full functioning. Mail boxes are very old and hard to open and close. Need to upgrade them.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I've had a lot of anxiety about this move and everyone has helped put me more at ease. It's a beautiful complex, our apartment has a great view and the unit lets in a lot of natural light. The complex seems very peaceful and safe so far. There is ample cabinet/storage space, ample counter space in the kitchen, and lots of closet space in every room. I feel comfortable with my decision to go with WillowBrooke and am grateful for the experience provided thus far.

Very quiet & safe neighborhood. Maintenance Crew is very responsive even on weekends. Surrounding neighborhood is safe and nice to walk my dog. Nearby to so many stores/ restaurants in mid Lakeland. Love it!

Great location to live!! I love how close and convenient everything is from here. However, the office staff can be a little difficult to communicate with. Even after several attempts via email, text, phone call, and face-to-face visits to the office, it almost seemed like our concerns were brushed off. I'm not the type to call Corporate offices, but for the situation we were in we had no choice but to call the corporate office to assist us. Other than the issues we had to take to Corporate, I really enjoy this apartment complex and it's location.

Great place to stay and a great community. Staff goes above and beyond, location can't be beat especially for the price, and it's very clean and well kept. We continue to be very happy with our decision to move to Willowbrooke.

Quiet community. Nice apartment. Good value. I've only been here a few days, but I don't hear noises from adjacent units. The apartment is well laid out. The living room and bathroom are both bigger than my former residence.

Many people in Lakeland have lived in this community at one point in time. Once I mentioned to anyone about moving in, I heard nothing but great reviews and have not been disappointed. Moving in just recently and as a single mom, I feel safe and the kids love it.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is ideal. We do enjoy the balcony and the spaces is great! We do have some issues with the cleaning, our toilets were dirty and looked slightly used upon move in and the floors have paint stains on them and some of the kitchen drawers definitely need replaced. But overall not bad.

Over the last year I've lived here, the community has had its rocky moments. Any problem that arose though was dealt with pretty quickly by the staff. All of my work orders have been completed in good time. I haven't used the amenities enough to have an opinion on them but I see people at the pool all the time.
