The apartments are older with cabinets and other woodwork requiring updating. Appliances are dated as well. My vehicle was burglarized over night but the area is relatively quiet. Although I have noticed that non-residents utilize the trash compactor at night which means traffic from outsiders frequent the complex. The exercise room is small but the pool area appears nice. There are newer complexes in the Lakeland area that are competitively priced.

This community is very family and people oriented the entire staff is wonderful they take their time with you. Even if you just want to sit and ust get away for a minute. They allow you to just have coffee and vent

It's a great quite community with a great location. All the amenities and the cleanliness of the units and the community are wonderful. The free flow parking is convenient. The pet stations show their acceptance to animals.

Friendly staff, beautiful property, spacious and wonderful apartments! A lot of stress was taken away with the friendly and communicative staff. Easy move in process and they definitely make you feel welcome. The apartments are spacious, updated (even the non-upgraded ones), well taken care of, quiet and secure. I'm so happy to call this home!!

The staff did an excellent job at helping us knowing we had a limited amount of time to get into an apartment. I love how clean the community is. They really take time to keep up appearances and fill maintenance requests quickly too. I love that it's right by Target, Publix, and Lakeside Village. The walking trail is perfect for a stroll with my daughter. It's definitely the nicest place we have ever lived. I'm used to hearing my neighbors and in the three weeks we have lived here I've only heard the water running through the plumbing and sometimes I can hear people in the breezeway through the door if I'm in the living room.

This complex has been great to leave in. The office staff and maintenance are very professional kind and quick in response to all our needs and request. We originally moved into a 2 bedroom and then to the 3 bedroom. When my husband got sick anytime I needed something to happen to make him comfortable the maintenance staff have always been quick to fix any issue or new request. This is a wonderful complex to live in.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. My husband and I are in our mid-20's and decided to save money and rent a smaller unit 1b/1b. We are happy we did because their smaller units really are not that small at all. They have more than enough space and the layout is well thought our in our place. We have higher ceilings, I would recommend that upgrade to anyone looking if it is available. The office staff is friendly, fast, and loves to help. They went above and beyond for us when we needier during our moving in. It is quiet. I feel very safe as a young women to walk my dog or be out at any time of the day. The grounds are clean and constantly be upgraded/up-kept. My husband and I visited EVERY apartment complex in Lakeland and believe we made the perfect choice. I would encourage anyone thinking about living here to do so. I do not have one single complaint (and I tend to be picky ;)

When complex was bought out a few years back, the appreciation for the tenants became non-existent and the annual rent rate increases are outrageous. The office manager has no people skills. Apparently they like a lot of turnover, because they don't do anything to retain tenants.

Kathleen was so welcoming and made our decision to move here a no brainer. The community is so quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home right when we moved in. Our dog also had a quick liking to the place since their are so many trees and squirrels.

Great place to live, staff is professional and always address any concerns you might have. The location is excellent; the grounds are well kept; family friendly, and affordable for the area. Close to shopping, gas stations, and restaurants. Easy access to the 570 toll road and interstate 4; imbedded around nice homes; walking distance to Publix, Target, Town Center, and more. Schools are close by.

The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. The pool area is adequately equipped with beautiful umbrellas and comfortable lawn chaises and reminds me of pools at resorts. There is also a nice electric grilling area in the pool vicinity and charcoal grills on the grounds.

We are first time apartment rentals. We recently sold our home in a nice neighborhood and are renting this lovely apartment for a14 month lease until our new home is built. We were very uncertain about apartment renting at first , however ; after moving in at willow Brooke we have found it to be relaxing and more quiet than our house was. We absolutely love it here. We have considered extending our stay here and take our time on building.

Great apartments, nice environment with everything so close to you. However, every year the rent increase with seemingly no reason. Which is a sad fact for an single individual living alone. Otherwise great place.

Just moved in last week, with my girlfriend and our dog. The community is well kept and the staff very friendly. The apartment is very quiet given all of the stores, resturants and bars near us and is conveniently located next to all of these attractions.

I really like the maintenance staff and front office girls! But the property manager can be rude at times. Business should not be done that way with management. As much as the rent costs, respect would be a nice thing to have from the property manager. Other than that, all is well with the property. Give the maintenance guys a raise they really do an exceptional job!

The neighborhood & Community is quiet with friendly neighbors. The landscape gives one the feeling of living in the country with large shade trees & beautiful well maintained plants, but it is within walking distance to the mall, Publix & Target! Management is helpful & friendly.
