We just recently moved in but the community has been wonderful so far! The move in process was easy and smooth and the staff was very kind and helpful. We even got a welcome gift package to make us feel more welcomed and at home!

My experience has been very pleasant and enjoyable. I do great deal of work remotely for the university, and as such, have enjoyed working from my apartment at Willowbrook. The front office staff are consistently welcoming and efficient in ensuring my optimum enjoyment of my stay here at Willowbrook.

My experience out of this apartment has been really great. I love that the apartment smain as staff is really on top of things. That's one of the reasons why I want to move here and also for the management staff. The office staff is really nice and communicative and they also have events around the community. They try to make it a tight close knit community

Best experience living in an apartment community I have ever had. The staff are nice, maintenance is done quick and the rent is affordable. The community is quiet and everyone resident that I have met has been at least kind enough to say hello.

Just been living here for a week, everything going well so far. Still have a couple of maintenance points pending to be resolved. A closet hanger was broken when I arrived. So was a seal on the patio door.

Is not too bad for my first apartment in Florida, but are expensive and old. I think they need to update like everything. But is a good neighborhood and quiet. And you got everything near, that's the good thing.

The move in process was very easy and the apartment was clean. The apartment community is very well maintained and has great amenities. There is a nice community walking trail and is very peaceful and clean. WillowBrooke is a pet friendly community.

I enjoy living in this complex however the rent has become too high with the increase in the water . I will look into a new area or one that is not as costly and more reasonable rent with water for one person a reasonable amont

This place is the best place to rent in the history of renting! The community is super safe, very close to many restaurants and retail stores, and maintenance comes in and fixes your problem at lightning speed. They also have cute food truck and holiday gathering events which is a plus!

Enjoy the area and community. Very low key and relaxing. Love the trees and landscaping is well kept. The walking trail at the back ok the property is nice. Back road gives easy access to Target and the Publix which is being renovated. Office and maintenance staff is always helpful and friendly. They actually answer your calls.

Love it here at willowbrooke they take pride in cleanliness of the apartments and the grounds! I can only say great things about my experience this far! You cannot hear anything once you are inside your apartment which is amazing

Staff is professional and respectful. They provide excellent service and really take you threw the process step by step . They are fast to respond to emails or return calls which is important. They give proper notice of when something will be fixed and send a return email with the work order pertaining to your home .

Being apart of the WillowBrooke community has been lovely. All of the staff are friendly and have a great attitude when it comes to helping me and my family out. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are very neighborly. So far a great experience and would definitely recommend it for other families!

The office staff are wonderful! They were prepared when I arrived and greeted me with a warm welcome. The apartment was in pristine condition and everything was working properly. I highly recommend this community.

I recently moved in and the other residents were very welcoming and kind. The complex is quiet and gives a home like feel. Management has been great and very helpful! So close to shops and grocery stores!

Friendly staff. After move in a staff member did a walk through with me to make sure everything worked and up to standards. My u it didn't have a deyer in it but they made sure I got a dryer within a few days. Great looking community and a great location.

The leasing office team has been very helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Great location, close to everything in Lakeland and the Polk Parkway. The units offer very good value for the price (2 bed/bath).

Friendly staff that makes you feel already at home from first visit.Beautiful community with spacious apartment homes and yard space! Very clean and quiet. Close to shopping plazas and easy access to the interstate.It's a great place to make your home.

Was able to find exactly what we wanted through the use of and follow through with apartment management (who did a wonderful job). Effortless transition, would do it again and hope to experience Florida for a long time. So far every person we've met has welcomed us and treated us like a healthy community member. The commute between work and social events has been easy.

We just moved in but have had an incredible experience so far! Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming, and the very few (and very minor) maintenance notes we made on our initial walkthrough were addressed and corrected that very same day. We are incredibly happy with our new apartment.

Willowbrooke is a great choice if you're looking for apartment style living in the Lakeland area. When you look in the area the cost of living compared to the quality of what you get is well balanced where as other communities in the area that are comparable don't quite meet the same balance of quality and cost. The staff here all the way through is responsive and will help make sure your accommodations are met to the best of their abilities and in a timely manner!

We have been very happy with our choice of this apartment complex. We chose this complex by reviewing apartments online, as we were not local, and when I called to inquire, from my first call with Linda, I felt we had made the right choice. She was very professional, friendly and helpful through the entire process and our many phone calls. There were some issues with the apartment, that we noticed within the first few days of moving in, however, they responded very quickly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The apartment is very comfortable and the grounds and buildings are very well kept.

Move in was a bit rocky because we weren't approved until the day of. I felt like communication was lacking which made things hectic. However once we arrived, the process was really smooth and we haven't had any major issues. Everyone here is delightful and I'm excited to stay for the next year.
