My Husband and I love this place!!

Willowbrooke truly is the best place to rent in Lakeland. Our apartment is so comfortable, so clean when we moved in. I never see my neighbors and I never hear them which is awesome. Pest Control, Maintenance is never an issue here. If you do have a problem it will be taken care of within 24 hours. Pool, ground and other amenities are well maintained. I am very happy here. As long as we are renting apartments we will rent here at Willowbrooke.<br> I only have one complaint and that is a lady in the office who does the leasing is UNBELIEVABLY rude. Watch out for her. You will know her when you meet her, but the Manager and the Assistant Manager are wonderful. Don't let the lady who does the leasing give you a bad impression, because she will act like you are disturbing her or wasting her time. If you are young she will make you feel like you are just young and probably will not qualify so she doesn't really want to spend much time on you. <br><br>NO PARKING PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER!<br>VERY SAFE NEIGBORHOOD<br>

Great place

I've just finished my year lease. The place is great, and the staff has been great to me. I work a swing shift, and the maintaince crew has scheduled around my crazy schedule so that if something needed to be fixed (the sink, and one other thing I can't remember) it wouldn't interrupt my sleep schedule. They've had a personal slot in the front office that went through about 4 girls in the last year, maybe that's what the complaints mentioned about the staff was refering to. The Property manager has went above and beyond to help me, and the leasing agent that set me up was nothing but friendly and helpful. There's some minor complaints about the apt., nothing worth mentioning. As a bonus, my neighbors are quiet... and thus great to live by. -- adding -- Left in 10/2008 after a little of 3 years. I still think the property mgr is great, but they've yet to replace the other office staff w/ anyone you'd be happy w/-- too bad, b/c they had a great girl to begin w/. I had no problems though, what so ever. (btw, this site won't let me update the years I was there :( )

There is good and bad

The apartments are nice, but to me not for the money. In my apartment the carpet loose, the fridge was leaking, and my door knobs fell off. The location is in a wonderful spot, tons of trees and quiet. The office staff is not the best, they are rude and if you are not their friends, then they don't care about you. Sometimes they go back on their word.

Nice Place

This is a very nice place to live, the management is sometimes rude but not always, but the grounds is well kept and everything is beautiful. The pool could use a little more cleaning during the summer.

Very nice apartments

I am very happy with Willowbrooke. The apartment is one of the nicest, cleanest that I have rented since I have moved to Florida. If there are maintenance issues they are prioritized and repaired quickly.

Great complex!

Can´t beat the location. Great management & maintenance staff. Beautifully kept property, very well-maintained. I have referred several freinds & family members. You won´t find a nicer complex in the Lakeland area. Trust me - I looked!
