I do not wish to leave any comments about Willowbrooke Apartments at 1100 Oakbridge Parkway, located in Lakeland, Florida 33803. I can say that the Property Manager Heather in the front office is nice.

The apartments are spacious and the staff are very friendly and keep us informed. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and our neighbors are friendly and quiet at night. The complex is well kept and has great trees for shade.

Willowbrooke is a beautiful community nestled in residential neighborhood and convenient to stores, Polk Parkway and I4. The apartments are quiet and relaxing. When I'm in my apartment I cannot hear my neighbors. The landscaping is beautiful and I enjoy sitting outside on my patio watching the beautiful sunsets. The office staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The maintenance staff is friendly and caring and responds to maintenance requests quickly. It's very homey here and I love my neighbors. I cannot say enough good things about Willowbrooke!!

At first everything was great, but communication with the staff isn't great after a few months. You will barley get a response from an email, if ever. I also addressed issues with holes in baseboards and windows where bugs were crawling into my apartment, that have yet to be filled in. Not even addressed.

Great staff...very clean apartment...fitness center and nice pool on-site. When moving in, I noted a few small mechanical issues (i.e. stuck drawer)...these were addressed and fixed immediately. Very close to good shopping and upscale restaurants. My wife found this place and I really like it. A big plus is they allow dogs!

WillowBrooke is a beautiful community! Both the interior apartments and exterior grounds are very well maintained. The staff is wonderful to work with. It's also a great value for the quality. And it is conveniently located to shopping and dining. So far, we are very pleased with the overall experience.

Spacious updated apartment homes. Very quiet and safe. Walls seem soundproof. No parking issues, can always find a spot. Very pretty grounds. I love my water view. I highly recommend this property to anyone-couples, families or others

Wonderful place. Love the area, and all staff is very nice. Heather is so sweet and always be there to help us in anything we needs. The Complex is near shops, restaurants and Parkway. I am in love with my neighbors they are so sweet and I really love the place and the people work here. Thanks Heather for everything!

Office staff very helpful with the application and move in process. Location is perfect. Close to shopping and dinning. Plenty of parking. Nice club house facilities and pool. Well maintained landscaping and grounds.

The community is very quiet and the area around the apartment complex is a great place to go for walks. The shopping nearby makes living here very convenient. The leasing staff is very professional and polite. Many of the staff live in the apartments.

The community has been great for the last year. Lost of friendly people and plenty of dogs if you enjoy that. The apartment itself has a few pieces that are falling apart and the windows are a bit dates according to the staff but very nice overall and close to a lot of different shopping and dining experiences

This apartment compex is the best one I have ever moved into. The process to move in was seemless and it makes it feel like home that mich sooner. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are almost perfect.

For a older community the property and units are well maintained. The model is excellent but the actual units fall a little short of your expectation. The clubhouse and other amenities are great. Adequate parking and noise level between the apartments is very low.

Quiet, great amenities, close to shopping, child friendly. The pool is very clean and well maintained along with the grounds, it's a first for me to see grounds that are maintained almost daily. Very welcoming!

Every morning I walked my dogs and Place is nice and clean, the most important part is quiet and nice. The management is amazing. Our experience here is very important is home, love the sunset every single day. Thank you

This is the Quietest, Safest and Peaceful Community I have ever lived before! The community and apartments are great with Nice Trees around, well maintained grounds, nice walking and bike trails, convenience with grocery shopping (Both Publix and Target are right behind)and plenty of dining, Movie (Cobbs Theatres) and shopping options (Kohls, Belk etc.,) are right across this beautiful community! What makes this place even great is the people that works at the leasing office. All ladies (Heather, Kathleen and Pam) are so nice that makes our move in as smooth as possible and if any small issues they made sure it has been taken care of within 24 hr window or even before! I Made a good choice in going for this place instead of other apartment communities in Lakeland! If you need a clean, quiet and peaceful neighborhood , don't think twice just go for WILLOWBROOKE - THE PEACEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD EVER!

Nice community. Great staff that will go out of their way to help the residents. Very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and way is going on in the count community. Nice landscaping and very close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate grounds and safe neighborhood. Close to just about everything. Lovely ponds/lakes throughout the community. I hate that this survey requires 200characters because it's already taken me more than two minutes to complete. Not the apartment's fault. But I really do love living here.

I love living at the Willowbrooke apartments. The Willowbrooke staff makes you feel like you're apart of their family. The apartment complex is very clean and quite. It's in a great locations for entertainment.

Moving into Willowbrooke was a breeze. Not only were the facilities well maintained and up to date, but the staff was second to none. The prices are very reasonable but taking into account what is included in that price, it is well worth it. In addition, the location of this apartment is perfect for shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and commuting to major cities.

This community has been great so far! The staff has been so helpful and we love the amenities. The pool is great and clean, and I love the walking/running trails surrounding the community as well. Our apartment is just enough space since we are newlyweds & we love having our pup with us as well! Its a good, update space for a decent price!

Complex is very nice. I love my apartment. Staff keeps me very up to date on anything happening in the community. Also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this complex. The grounds are very clean.
