Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Need more lighting around the ponds or a fountain... makes the property more appealing. Benches and picnic tables for guests around the bbq areas. I like this community, just a few upgrades is nice to have.

I am a new tenant to this apartment complex, i love the location and access to stores and nearby restaurants and facilities. The staff is very friendly and attentive to tenants interest. I would certainly recommend this place to friends. jjj

This complex is well maintained and in a nice, quiet area with easy access to shopping centers that can meet all your basic needs. The staff members are pleasant and responsive to requests. If I were choosing apartments again for the first time, I would still choose to live here.

there is a friendly atmosphere people are friendly and the staff I always professional we are very pleased that cats and dogs are permitted if only everyone would clean up the dog s mess. apts are very dated but supposedly changes are coming soon

Very friendly staff, well maintained, peaceful atmosphere. There has not been a time that I have had to wait a day for maintenance to come, simply amazing how quick they are to respond and very courteous!

This is a wonderful place to live! The staff makes you feel like family. Any maintenance issues are normally taken care of the same day by a friendly professional maintenance crew. The property is conveniently located with easy access to shopping, schools, hospital, Polk Parkway and I4.

My experience has been great so far. The management staff is awesome! My apartment could use some updates to cabinets.. I know that some have been updated. Updates are probably planned for this apartment soon. The amenities are great - love the workout center & pool!

Beautiful community and convenient to local shopping areas and stores, such as Target and Lakeside Village. Also close to the Polk Parkway. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Traffic flow is good and well-planned. The community pool and fitness room is lovely.

I've loved living at WillowBrooke for several reasons. The location is ideal, the apartment feels homey, and the office staff is great! They are extremely competent, friendly, and when needed, repairs are addressed immediately. Five stars!

Great neighbors, very friendly office staff that will help you with any requests for service. Great location for shopping and movies, plenty of eateries to choose from. Grocery store is around the corner.

I have lived here for two years and I love it. The neighborhood is well maintained and the staff have always been very quick and responsive.The gym, laundry room, and pool are always clean and up to date. I can walk to Target, Publix, and Lakeside Village.

Very happy with the office staff and the maintenance staff is second to none. The outdoor areas are clean and the lawns are well manicured. They do need to monitor the parking situation, people without a permit are always parking in the handicap spots..

The community is landscaped in such a way that it feels like a resort. The office staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The pool area is well maintained and easily accessible. One unexpected bonus is the nature of the construction; sound simply does not travel between units (walls, floors). This was a big concern going in and it is a source of great relief that our apartment will be conducive to rest and relaxation.

A great place to live! Service ca)ls are quickly done properly. All of the Maintenance men act as though you're the only call they have that day. Ladies in office are always prompt in everthing their asked. Very friendly staff.,Can't say enough nice things about everyone

I moved from another state and found the staff very friendly and helpful with the whole process. The complex is clean and very close to many things such as banks, groceries, walking paths, and shopping. The traffic hasn't been bad which was one concern I had.

Great area, very friendly, safe, always updating the area. Love the atmosphere. Office staff is always polite and prompt and willing to help. Enjoy using the pool when I can. I have lived here for many years and never had any problems.

I have been very satisfied with Willowbrooke. I loved her approximately 8 years ago and I was happy to return. This property is very well maintained and quite. My grandkids love to visit. The staff has been wonderful and pleasant with everything.

The staff of Willowbrooke Apartments are absolutely fantastic! They are professional, friendly, courteous and depdendable. If there is an issue, the maintenance staff is prompt and gets the problem resolved.

it has been an overall good experience there so far. only problem i have is that there are no ceiling fans in the apartment. other than that it is in a great location and people seem to be pretty nice around the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to anyone moving to this area.

Great location and great staff. Maintenance and office team is always very nice, quick and ready to help. Pool and gym are always clean and tennis and basketball court just got remodeled. We are very happy living here! Great location with outside mall and grocerie stores walking distance.

This apartment complex is superior to others because of the outstanding leadership and caring nature of the Office Management. They attend to all issues immediately and find resolutions. They take pride in being there for their tenants.

Happy with follow up on all requests in timely manner, courteous and efficient . Staff responds to calls promptly. Office staff friendly, helpful, and very professional. Landscapers maintain very clean and neat upkeep of lawn , ponds and parking areas.

Thank you for letting me share my experience here at WillowBrooke Apts in Lakeland the landscape is always kept So with that being said it's a pleasure to sit outside and just enjoy. Then we have a staff here that each one is very special. Neighbors are pleasant to engage with.Then we have Shopping right across from us what woman doesn't love that.Tampa isn't far the beaches as well. So thanks for having me here WillowBrooke .

I have very polite and wonderful neighbors. The lawn is always kept and I love the natural scenery of the area. The loop is the perfect distance for a quick walk and I love having a beautiful pool. I also enjoy the lending library. And Yvonne is a great neighbor. Love having her keep an eye on our complex and having her as a resident.

Since the day we went to the office looking for an apartment, Willowbrooke has felt like home! Everyone is so nice and friendly and willing to help or answer any questions. Fast, friendly, and reliable service. Also, the pool area is always kept clean
