Great apartment! Office staff, maintenance people are very helpful. Beautiful grounds, pool, which is well maintained. Community center very accommodating. Plenty of parking. Looking forward to a great stay!

It's nice and quiet. Maintenance is handled quickly. The property is cleaned daily. Garbage is picked up routinely. The staff are very friendly and resolve any issues promptly. I enjoy staying here. The lighting is taken care of too.

Very good quality neighborhood, close to target, public ,walmart, and many restaurants,and fast food chains. The staff has always been very nice and attend to my concerns. I especially enjoy the trees, lakes and landscapes in willow brooke.

Experience has been wonderful. The staff, community and location are reasons I chose to live here. There are shipping stores close by and Publix & Target right next door which is very convenient. The area is great for jogging. Walking or taking your dog for a walk. Very quite and safe in this area I will highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Thank you !

Plenty of space between apartment buildings with lots of shade. Mature trees and great walking paths. Good neighborhood with shopping close by. Doctors offices, urgent care facilities and Polk Parkway within easy reach.

Have not been here long but appears to be a very nice community with great and convenient location. The grounds are beautiful and there are all the needed amenities. All major grocery and shopping close by.

Never had an issue that wasn't resolved quick. Staff and maintenance are great! Neighbors are quiet and friendly, lots of areas for kids and pets. Parking is never an issue and the facilities are well maintained.

Great staff, quiet neighborhood, and great neighbors. Pool area & tennis court always clean. I love being able to walk to the shopping centers. I love how close we are to the schools. I just enjoy living here.

It's quiet in the neighborhood. Everyone we've encountered with have been friendly. The complex is clean and close by to places for shopping and dining. The apartment is spacious and has high ceilings which is nice, you don't feel confined or cramped.

I have been happy to live here for almost 5 years. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! The grounds are beautiful, and everything is maintained well. It is convenient to shopping and getting around Lakeland or jumping on the parkway to travel out of town. Everything you need is right here!

Wonderful process. Fast and easy. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Beautiful and serene, full of nature. The residents/neighbors are very nice, as well. Overall, an amazing community to live in.

I love Willowbrooke and am very pleased I chose this apartment complex! Management is great and maintenance is extremely fast at completing requests. I could not have chosen a better complex for my first apartment.

I am very happy with the Willowbrooke apartments. I love the prime location directly across from Lakeside Village shopping center. I'm able to ride my bike to Target and Publix as well as chose from a wide range of dining options within walking distance. The community is pleasant and clean. Management is highly professional and responsive. I love the amenities; swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball court. The location is everything and my overall experience has been positive and worth while.

The property is very well maintained, the management staff is extremely professional and the property itself is very secure and I feel safe. The amenities are well maintained the community is very pet friendly and has plenty of pet stations. And close to shopping and groceries

Very easy move in process, staff was super helpful & happy to help. Community looks lovely! I am very excited that my dog is allowed to live there as well! Pool & gym are a must see! I would definitely recommend living here!

Honestly, it is a very peaceful place, a nice, long pedestrian walk route to take our dogs on walks and even us, to exercise a bit. Everyone I've encountered whilst walking has been very kind and polite, too, the staff, whenever I'd had the chance of greeting or talking to, have been super great! thanks!

I have been at this community sins June 2020. I have a great experience. It has a very beautiful neighborhood and very helpful staff. They have a responsible and knowledgable maintenance team. Clean recreational facilities.

Willowbrook is the most impressive complex I've ever lived in. All of the staff and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance requests are always filled in a timely manner. The yard and overall appearance is kept clean and maintained. And the monthly food trucks are an awesome bonus!

Really great place. Apartment is spacious. Landscaping and pests are managed super well, on top of it. Quiet area. Near so many shops and eateries. Lots of space to walk dogs or walk, bbq, tennis court, pool, bball court. Amazon packages are delivered lightning fast like same day everything. The rental unit is clean, a blank slate to move in.

I've recently moved back to my hometown after 30 years and I'm happy I chose this community. It's a very quiet, well kept, the staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, the neighbors are awesome and the mailman is awesome too

The office staff and maintenance staff has always handled any issue quickly and professionally. Heather the manager goes above any beyond to make sure this feels like home. She has shown she views Willowbrooke as a community and doesn't view the residents as anything other than family!

Absolutely love living here!! It's a safe community, haven't had any issues!! Very friendly staff an helpful! Very clean and nice apartment homes!! Linda was the best at making sure we got everything covered. We were moving from out of state and it was a big move but everyone in this community has helped make it a lot easier
