I love the view and the wildlife. I love my patio which I am cleaning up after the new fence project. My apartment is all that I need. I have great neighbors. Parking for Handicapped are placed near the apartment entrance.

The community is well taken care of. For an older place it is up to date. The landscaping is beautifully done. And well taken care of. It's almost like living in a resort. Lots of trees and lakes. The pools are kept up year around. Five stars all the way??.

I have lived in a townhouse here since 2019. I feel safe and I am going obsessed with my lake view . My townhouse is perfect for me. Roomy and clean. The maintenance team is top notch and the office personnel are friendly and professional.

Office staff, maintenance staff very helpful. Grounds, amenities kept up quite nicely. Location is definitely a huge plus. I love looking at all the wildlife and surrounding lakes. If you like kayaking it is allowed.

Feels like home peace, nice place to live at close to lake surrounded by trees and greens grass which provides excellent positive vibes and also the community is superb and the location is very close to do the grocery and easy access to basic needs you need.

The property is lovely and quaint. However, there are lots of great features by way of the amenities. Nice large patios. The cabinets and counter tops could use an update to the material used. The color with the black appliances does not highlight the kitchen. Too dark. But the Kitchen space is very functional.

It's like living at a vacation resort. The view of the lake brings about serenity and peace and happiness. My neighbors are wonderful. The services are exceptional. Whether it's pest control, trash pick up or a maintenance request someone is here ASAP.. I highly recommend Lake Carlton Arms. Its Clean, peaceful, well-kept up, friendly,I'm very relaxing. The view over the lake is magnificent.

I'm new twee, but so far, everything seems good. Staff has been very helpful, maintenance issues are addressed in a timely fashion. Office is open 7 days a week. Hopefully, this will continue throughout my stay here.

The community itself is upkept well, but the prices as are everywhere are rising. There are mandatory fees we have to pay that other complexes do not as well. However, overall a very nice community. Staff and help can use some Improvement

We are happy with the community. The current lawn service is not good. They do not cut the nature trail and blow grass clippings into the lake which make for an eye sore when trying to enjoy nature. We sometimes have issues with trash not being picked up. But a quick call gets that taken care of. Overall the community is great and we would recommend

My overall experience has been positive. I am not a fan of how hard the water is in the complex and how it smells or that my tub is a beige color (hard to clean because I can't see the calcium build up well to clean it best. Takes me twice as long). The staff have been lovely. It is sad that water is no longer included in the rent and that there isn't a better way to set up a day and time for maintenance to arrive but overall I like it here. I wish the washer and dryers weren't always hit or miss when it comes to hot water and when the heat when they are drying clothes but there are so many residents that I understand. I refer a lot of friends and family to move here. The trash area is better now than what it was before however, I wish they could be rinsed out regularly. I live upstairs if not I would do it but I do not have a hose.
