I have lived in Lca over 6 years and it's been great until this last 9 months bc other tenant don't want to follow LCA rules. I walk almost everyday I can't believe some of the garbage area and patio are so nasty it blows me away that the employee that drive around don't say anything.

We love the park like setting and watching the wildlife. When we request maintenance for something, they usually come the same day and it's taken care of without issues. Tammy and the front office staff are very helpful.

This community is wonderful! The property is beautiful and the apartments are well maintained. Staff is amazing and responds quickly to any issue. Maintenance is quick to resolve problems and very friendly and neat.

Lake Carlton Arms is the best place I've ever lived in. The ground Are kept immaculate. Staff is wonderful. I've lived here several years and I would highly recommend Living at Lake Carlton Arms. I've never heard anything bad about Lake Carlton Arms from anyone that's lived here.

I love Lake Carlton. It's well kept, quiet, and very safe. All office and maintenance staff are respectful and professional. The property always looks great and the neighbors are very kind too. My favorite thing about living at Lake Carlton is how relaxing it is.

Safe, clean, friendly, always answer to maintenance calls fast and issues are always solved. Excellent customer service. The complex is in a centric location, near airport, malls, best public school.

I love living here because of the clean and beautiful grounds, the floor plan I have is amazing, the lakeside view is so great to wake up to and look at, the maintenance team is always extremely fast, and I love the garden space on the giant patio.

Unfortunately it's too early to speak on what's it's like to live in this community however I will say that the receptionist is amazingly helpful and very welcoming. She single handily saves this place.

Maintenance and office staff are attentive. Grounds are always well kept. Neighbors are kind. Security is always on point. No loud noise at night nor parking issues. Gyms could be updated but current situation works.

Overall it has been great. They keep the community clean. The maintenance people come very quickly when we request a service and they solve it efficiently. The only negative thing is the value of the water service is not fixed depending on how many people live in the apartment. They pay the same in an apartment with two people as in an apartment with three or four people including children.

Management does not respect their residents. It is very difficult to receive an answer for any questions. Every employee will give you a different answer and make up a lie if they don't know. Consistently making changes that negatively affect their residents like suddenly forcing us to pay for extra for internet service even if we don't use it, or hiring the cheapest trash services that make the property in worse condition

So far I've enjoyed this complex. The staff here is very friendly and professional. Note I think the speed bumbs are Too High & eccessive. We Need an outdoor Drop box for Post office. Suggest it be installed on drove out, bolted to a cement pad, near security gate.

Love the property. Maintenance is great. Security needs work. When I called about a loud neighbor they told the neighbor I was the one to complain. Depending on who answers the phone in the office, often times you are told different answers. Some don't know property polices, like our lease we sign with property rules.

Overall good. My length of time in the community states that. Relativity quiet. With the exception of landscape day but that is to be expected. Garbage areas are not cluttered.Tenants in my building are quiet and friendly.

Staff and maintenance are always there for you when you need them. It's quite and friendly here. It feels like home here and the staff and grounds staff. The lawn and trees, plants are beautiful.

Maintenance staff is always quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I never seen any comparison to there responses, and of course there quality of work. The online maintenance requests are easy to submit.

Office staff is very professional! Upkeep of Grounds is impressive Moved here because of rent affordability and services included in rent but rent prices are quickly climbing and now paying separately for add ons which were the initial motivation . Still a lovely place to live in

Very welcoming and the grounds are beautiful. Loved that there were many floor plans to choose from. I was undecided on what I wanted so Sam showed me a variety. Super helpful. My only wish was that the kitchens were a tad bit updated. Atleast the cabinets. But the amount of space definitely makes up for that.

Community is very nice I was blessed with a corner unit 1st floor Lakeview, love it. I do miss my portable hot tub from my prev home and unhappy I can't put one here and they don't have one here but overall been a good experience

Great, very well taken care of all around! I love being a resident here. Great neighborhood and greater neighbors. I can always have confidence in calling the leasing office for any questions or concerns to be resolved.
