The building complex is very nice, the pool area is clean, the bathrooms in the recreation area are clean, it has good gyms, eh? But it has some things to improve, for example the parks are full on weekends and sometimes I have to park in another building.

Beautiful community, quick response from maintenance for any issues, beautiful trail on site, easy trash pick up, LCA always taking care of things. I've had a new fence and they've come to pressure wash the patio.

I've lived in Lake Carlton Arms North for over 15 years. These apartments may be older than most, but they're built well and have great sound proofing. I love that the property is always clean and the grounds are always maintained. The lakes are beautiful to walk around for relaxation or exercise. The pools are well kept and my neighbors are wonderful. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Rent is high for what you get and pay. Increases every year. Rent prices continually change based on what size unit and are never equal. Prices are not accurate compared to other places and not right.

I absolutely love my apartment! The view of the lake is just breathtaking. Yolanda, my leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. She was so patient and always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. Thanks to her, my leasing experience was smooth and enjoyable!

This is a great place to live. The community is clean, quiet and neighborly. If you're loud, rude and self centered then this place is not for you. Neighbors should be mindful and respectful of each other. This place is pretty close to as good as it's going to get.

Maintenance people are fairly quick and reliable Office staff always pleasant Laundry always busy but sometimes because people leave clothes too long and machines are sometimes abused with overload of inconsideration for abusing it treating as if they owned them I wish we owned one in our own units!! I have lived here one year in March. The staff has been patient answering my questions and attending to any maintenance concerns. The amenities are amazing. The community feels like a family . It has been a pleasure to live in such a peaceful and quiet community.

Overall pretty good, went in to view a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and did just that. The leasing specialist that helped me didn't talk too much, most things that i was told i had to ask. For being a first time buyer it made it a little harder. Overall very nice place and area though.

Stated is a great community. I don't really have any issues with my home. My only concern is the speed at which people travel on Lake Carlton Drive even though the speed limit is posted is 15, I see cars moving at or above 20 miles an hour all the time. Sometimes crossing the road to get to my covered parking with my six-year-old is actually dangerous.

So far, it has been great, all personnel at the office and other areas has been amazing. All facilities and common areas are always clean and extremely well maintained. I've been in the complex for more than 15yrs and I have been very happy. Thanks Lake Carlton Arms...

I continue to have a great experience at Lake Carlton arms and the whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff was very professional and are just great people to take care of my property as a rental. Super quiet, neighbors are nice, the fitness centers are a little small, but they get the job done, we've visited 2 of the 4 pools in the community and never had an issue. The staff is AMAZING, we've had to visit the office a few times since we moved in. Each time we've visited the office our question or concern has been addressed or explained sufficiently.

Great Community, Beautiful Lakes, and Quiet. I wish they would give us NEW slightly bigger trash cans WITH LIDS. The animals get to the food inside and and the rain accumulates inside. I'm tire of cleaning this

I have lived at LCA since 2015. I have lived in one bedroom, a townhouse & now a 2 bedroom. My experience with all 3 have been awesome. I can honestly say any problems I have ever had were quickly taken care of by the friendly & helpful staff.
