I have lived in the community for 5 years. The only reason I would move is for home ownership and to be closer to my parents. This is an amazing community. It's quiet and full of nature. I love seeing wildlife.

It is a well kept residents. The office staff and maintenance are quick to handle any issues. The community is mostly quiet and people are mostly friendly. I have enjoyed my time at Lake Carlton Arms.

After losing my home to hurricanes Helene and Milton last September, I found LCA. I've made it my home and am so happy here, neighbors are nice, the staff wonderful and I feel safe here. Thank you.

Everything looks great. The grounds are spotless, The amenities are very nice and employees very informative . I like that there is someone at the gate. Pools and heated and tennis courts look in good shape .

Ever since I moved into LCA, it has been a God send. I appreciate the staff here who are very professional. The maintenance of the grounds and the house keeping staff are very good and kind. I would recommend living here to anyone!

To date, no complaints except for this instance. We have enjoyed living here and we are renewing our lease for another year. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance team has been timely and thorough except in this instance.

The community is very quiet and affordable. You can tell management keeps up with the complex very well and does a great job at keeping everything together. I love how affordable the rent is and how they don't overlook esa pets. The process was fair and smooth.

I have been at Lake Carlton Arms for just about one year. It is a beautiful property with lots of natural beauty surrounding it. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance requests are handled in a prompt professional manner.

I have lived in this community since 2007 ( almost 18 years now) and have always been very satisfied with everything from the gate staff / the office staff / the maintenance staff and the grounds keeping staff. I find that the community is close to everything that I need - shopping/banking and restaurants etc

Very nice community, staff is also very nice and helpful. Love the townhouse that I'm living in. Lightning fast service when requested for any service request. Really recommend this community for anyone looking to rent a nice apartment or townhouse

Just moved in two months ago, still unpacking and every issue has been addressed professionally. All concerns have been addressed. From blinds to a leaky spigot. The community is beautifully maintained, very quiet and everyone is friendly.

Most well taken care of community I have ever seen. Crazy amount of amenities such as 4 pools, tennis courts, and canoes. Everyone we met at the leasing office were extremely kind and informative. The apartment themselves are top tier I mean you won't find that level of care in over 90% of other apartments in the greater Tampa metro.

It has been a wonderful almost 12 years!! The Staff is wonderful, the Maintenance that comes to fix my apartment are amazing, the grounds are well kept . The Security at the main entrance are very nice and I have enjoyed living here.

Lovely community. LCA staff work very hard to please everyone. Kept beautifully. Most people are very nice & a lovely place, on a lake, and near to everything that we need! Apartments are updated and we have a washer and dryer, dryer inside and no steps! Perfect for us older folks!

The ground is well kept and any service need are promptly answer. Everyone at the Office is very courteous. Our building has 4 apartments. We are facing a pond and you rarely see anyone walking. We are very satisfied.

Have been at LCA since 2012 My apartment settings is beautiful as it on Lake Thomas and faces the preserve. I have lovely neighbors that are very considerate and respectful of all neighbors. I enjoy the beautiful birds that frequent the Area. It's a perfect setting for an apartment.

Very well run and managed community and complex. Prices are affordable and rent increases are fair in the 4.5 years I've lived here, especially compared to other places around Florida. Maintainence/Service for issues is very quick and fixes the problem fast with professional staff

I was impressed by the security. The grounds looked amazing. The garden features of most apartments are a great feature. The washer-dryers in the unit are also great selling points. It is a shame that the waiting list is so long.

I love living here! In total, I have lived in this apartment community for 20 years (I transferred for another unit, in which I lived in that one for 10 years, as well. The property is kept beautifully, service requests are responded to quickly, and the staff is excellent. Keep up the good work!
