Love living here. Quiet, peaceful upkeep of community is amazing. Needs improvement on amenities as the inside of apartments are outdated. Kitchen and bathroom needs remodeling. Need new carpet and windows but for the price.

Walt and Mary Rae are EXCELLENT at what they do and also on a personal level. On today's world and these times it's so unusual, refreshing, and a JOY to deal with people like Walt and Mary Rae. Their interaction is full of kindness, patience, empathy, and understanding, with great listening skills. If I owned a company I would hire them both. They are truly an asset to Lake Carlton Arms and to those they come across!

The community is great. There are some things that have to be straightened out. There are some things that have to be watched again profession is not sometimes obtainable, but this can't continue and not being able to protect yourself. Should be the number one priority of the property,

Maintenance responds quickly to your needs.The maintenance man fixed my plumbing the next day after I put out a service request. The shower is running a lot better. The man was very kind and quick about fixing what I needed. Love this complex.

Great place, I've loved my apartment since the minute I moved in. Maintenance is fast and friendly, and the place is really clean. And the location is very convenient as well, schools nearby, grocery store, restaurants, and Hospital within a couple of miles.

Very beautiful lake views great amenities! Ithey have guest suites and the pools are always clean. I always like walking around the neighborhood. It's very nice and quiet. Never had a problem with anybody. It's just a great place to live.!!!!

The water is shut off often and with little notice at inopportune times. Maintenance usually has a day or two of turnaround. Otherwise, the property is quiet and offers a nice space to live with a peaceful view of one of many lakes.

Love it here and staff are very helpful and friendly and it very quiet apartment is very clean and renovated the heated pools are also nice love to sit on balcony and watch all the wildlife lived tears tears ago and just had to come back

The community is well maintained & generally peaceful. However, it is very outdated & the upcharge of $75 for the "upgrades" such as white appliances & a kitchen backsplash is ridiculous. These are common in most apartment homes in 2025. I would also beg LCA to pls update the lobby carpets to a solid color and not that peacock pattern, and paint the inside doors a color that is not white so that the marks and dirt is not so obvious.

It started off with some difficulties with our application and our deposit. The staff corrected the issues with both the deposit. We are so grateful the office corrected the issue. We enjoyed living here! The property is so beautiful.

Maintenance is usually extremely fast though not always well done. The last time they visited there was tape left on our kitchen light and they peeled the paint away from one of our vents when replacing it. The time before that when they reinsulated the building there were bits of insulation all over our bathroom after they left.

Best apartment community you will ever find! Well maintained, quiet, safe, and affordable! Neighbors are friendly, facilities like laundry are easily accessable and many diverse recreational areas for sports, dog park, etc. Also this is a very pet friendly community, and the lakes and wild birds are eye candy!
