This was a smooth process. The office worked with me, I was moving from a different country, but they made my transition smooth. When moving from a different country you have a lot more steps that need to be done, but can't be done exactly the way the system needs it. The staff worked around this system, understanding my background.

Nice community. Good people. I've gotten to meet several of my neighbors and all are friendly. The lake and birds are fantastic. I've used the pool on numerous occasion and the workout facilty even more. They seem to try to make the place enjoyable

When I was a little girl, I lived here with my family & always loved it-- I have very fond memories of playing by the lakes with my bratz fishing pole, spending all summer in the pools, birthdays in the club houses, and befriending the front guard everyday on my way home from school. Now, in my late 20s, I've moved back to start my own family. My brother also lives here, and we cannot speak on it enough how safe & welcoming Lake Carrolton is, and how consistent- still, even after over a decade has passed, it still has that homey feel to it.

I like their office hours. Someone is always available. They are quick to respond and it is a pretty safe area. I have been here three years. The parking is safe. I haven't had any real issues. I wish they had more doggy stands.

The community is clean, quiet, and well kept. I couldn't imagine myself living anywhere else. The lake views are gorgeous, the pools/and pool area are always clean; the entire staff, from office, clubhouse, maintenance, are amazing. such a beautiful, kind, happy, clean environment to live. It feels like you are on vacation/at a resort everyday! Thank you

Lake Carlton Apartments offer a beautiful scenic atmosphere. For nature lovers, it's paradise. The only concern I find is residents do not always pick up behind their pets. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to live.

This is a great community with relatively cheap rent. However I don't recommend anyone working second shift move to this community because management will ignore any request to not be disturbed during the day.

I love it here. Security is the best, maintenance response is almost immediate. Pools are kept clean, clubhouse use is wonderful. Guest suites available. It's great for kids, seniors and activities. I would recommend this community.

Great place to live , courts, pools , large lake with about use a boat or canoe, fishing, awesome Christmas party every year, food truck events, if you enjoy wildlife there's plenty of that here too, staff and maintenance are top notch

Great community, any issues are addressed in a very efficient manner. The tech package provides great internet service with minimal downtime and great speeds. I think the laundry facilities could use an upgrade but function fine otherwise.

Internet is always going down and had three leaks from the AC. The lobby had dead roaches for almost 2 months and spider webs on the light fixture and I reported to front office three times a long with garbage cans dirty with bugs. The front office against for ID to report an issue is something I don't like or understand.

Awesome place to live?however everything is very old. The buildings need new bath tubs desperately and new windows. Very quiet community. Landscape in front of complex is maintained better than the back of complex.

I am not positive about the date. This is the fifth apartment complex I've lived in, and it's the best. I love the community. I have a patio. My neighbors have always been great. I will miss them. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The office staff has always been helpful and kind. I even had computer help from one of the staff!! Maintenance is Jimmy John's fast and always fixes the problem. I don't have to keep calling to get the same problem fixed like other apartments. I know I will not find another place to live like Lake Carlton Arms. Thanks you so much.

This is a great community. The maintenance crew is amazing and the lawn is well kepted. This community is quiet and caring community. I recommend this community to a family or any older settled person.

I'm new to the community. So far it's been great! Nice neighbors, Outside is always kept clean. It's Quiet, we have super fast maintenance response.There are only 2 Fitness centers and they are small for such a huge community, 3 or more people and the room is crowded & uncomfortable. I hope they are looking towards building a 3rd more spacious workout gym. But, So far, it's great been great.
