Living at Lake Carlton Arms has transformed our daily life. We wake to stunning lake views from our spacious apartment, enjoy kayaking on private spring-fed waters, and unwind at one of four pools. The 24/7 maintenance team is incredibly responsive, and we love spotting wildlife on walks through the 500 acres of lush grounds. It's our peaceful paradise.

I am very happy with Lake Carlton Arms. We moved here when we sold our home during the pandemic. The plan was to eventually buy again, but not sure I'll even do that now. I love the maintenance free lifestyle and the team- maintenance, office and all of them- are courteous, professional and prompt. Baring some major changes in the rent or any of these, this may just be home base to and through retirement now.

Quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and efficiently. Grounds are kept immaculate. Pools are fantastic - love the heating in winter. Prices are reasonable in consideration of FL prices.

We are happy here and have always had positive experiences dealing with office and maintenance staff. The complex is remarkably well maintained, clean and safe. Every issue is handled quickly and perfectly. Grounds are kept neat and trees are regularly trimmed.

When we first moved in it was great, but now the drive from the apartment to work is taking its toll. If the distance was a factor the apartment would be better. Plus since I work night shift at a hospital I don't really get to enjoy event the apartment community throws.

The community is nice. Everything that was offered upon moving in changed the following year. Water use to be included in rent now the community is charged by what they think each apartment uses per month. You use to be able to drive down the streets bike and skateboard free now they riding the bikes in the middle of the road and walking in the middle of the roads not moving and they see you coming like you in they way. Sidewalks are actually in the community.

Great friendly community with beautiful views to wake up too. Laundry facilities are clean and well taken care of and easy to use. Staff is always outgoing, friendly and efficient. Pets are welcome with lots of walking space.

The maintenance service, as well as the people in the office, is exceptional. Mrs. Raquel is amazing when it comes to listening to any request, but even more incredible when helping to resolve it. You never have to leave the community as everything you would like is here. Multiple pools, gyms, tennis and basketball courts. Friendly and inviting, not to mention they have clubhouses where you can host birthday parties and events.

This place is beautifully kept, Maintenance is topnotch. Great neighbors, we all look out or each other. Fire station is right next door for emergencies and the Hospital and shops are just down the street.

We first arrived at LCA in 2017. My wife and I were totally sold on My CA from the beginning. We had no idea how long we would be here, but we're in no rush to look elsewhere. After 7 years my wife and I are still in no rush to move. LCA has proven time and again to meet and exceed our needs and desires. We look forward to extending our time at LCA come time to renewing our lease. My wife and I are still totally sold on LCA.
