The community is quiet and my neighbors are very nice and aware. The maintenance staff is informative and the community is upheld nicely, with frequent maintenance on the grounds. They preserve the ground as well, and honor the wildlife on the property.

Quiet community and also very affordable. Its not to far from any store you might need. It's about 30 min from a beach and 30 min from city life. The apartment complex itself has everything you need.

Mixed. When the ac breaks at nighttime they don't come until morning to take a look and that's unacceptable in Florida summer heat. Some staff at the front desk who are picking up the phone are incredibly rude for no reason at all. There are polite ones too but more than once have I talked to somebody who were very disrespectful

I love you here very quiet. The grounds are kept really clean. The request for service is very fast friendly staff just a lovely community. I will recommend this place to anyone the rent is reasonable and you can access stores. They are very close.

Community well maintained for age. Interiors need to be updated. Staff very helpful in general. Need more community activities. Bathroom appliances need to be updated. Bathrooms are not handicap accessible.

Overall, the experience of living at LCA has been a positive one. The minimal issues I've had have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The grounds are very nice and maintained extremely well. I will be renewing when the time comes.

I loved my townhouse, but with the decline in maintenance services its not as pleasant as it was. I was very happy and excited at a time. I wish we had a better parking system that would be able to put you in front of your home.

Very quiet. Staff always professional and personable. Unable to take advantage of activities since I have no means of transportation. No means of disposing of large boxes and/or discarded furniture since dumpster was removed in 2024.

Quiet well kept buildings. A little dated are the apartments but you'll not find a better deal to live in Lutz. I enjoy living here and plan on staying here for some time. Management and ALL the staff are wonderful people. Trust me, living here is well worth the dated apartments

Staff is always responded to issues promptly. The grounds are kept clean Man. I just love the views here. It's close and convenient to the expressway. It's close to shopping in wilderness. If the windows were more sealed to keep out the sound, it'd be perfect

I like all the nature surrounding us. Deer in my backyard. It's quiet here. The buildings are old but not run down. My apartment is a nice size for the money. Only things I dont like are the stairs up to my apartment and the garbage being under the outdoor stairs

Living here is like living at a resort. Beautiful landscaping, wildlife, and lakes. Well - maintained pools. Maintenance request usually handled within twenty- four hours. Excellent security at front entrance.

One of the best communities my family has ever resided. Tammy and the staff are absolutely phenomenal. The landscaping is pristine and maintenance is great! Out next move won't happen until we buy a house. We aren't going anywhere any time soon! Love it here!

Grounds are very well maintained with lots of green space making everything more attractive. Maintenance response is excellent. I love living on the lake and seeing all the wildlife. Traffic light at entrance makes road access much easier.

The nature here is beautiful. It is an older place, but that is nicely reflected in the rent price and you cannot put a price on how lovely it is to take a walk around this community or sit on your patio enjoying all the nature and wildlife around you.

Simply put, it's the best! All aspects are top shelf. The grounds are immaculate, the apartment is very nice and the location is GREAT. I could not be happier with a rental community. The value in s great and the the office staff is always friendly and attentive.

The grounds are beautiful and there's a 24-hour guard at front so I feel safe. Maintenance is quick and has always completed any needed repairs without issue. There's also basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts and other outdoor features if you're so inclined. On the downside, the apartment interiors really need an update, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the tub surround are super outdated and dingy.

This is a great place to live it's quiet and clean. I've never had any problems with the property. The maintenance staff are very good; any issues it's quickly resolved. The property is well kept, the upkeep of the buildings are great too.

I have so enjoyed living at LCA. It is maintained beautifully. When I need something repaired and submit a work order maintenance is very prompt to come and make the repairs and always do it efficiently and are always very polite and helpful. I have been very ill for the last few years and the office has been so helpful to take care of me. Living here feels like family to me as I live alone. Everyone in the office and the maintenance staff are always so friendly and courteous.

The waitlist to get in is there for a reason. We love living at LCA! The grounds are stunning and well maintained, maintenance is fast and courteous, and the office team is always hosting events to bring the community together. When we moved in, the apartment had 0 issues, was clean, and felt like home. We're coming up on 1 year and ready for more :)

This community is very family oriented, everyone is very nice and Respectful. Everyone collaborates and works together on community events all participate. Very quiet community, very safe. I love it there. Repairs are done very quickly, all the amenities are very well kept. The cleanliness of lake Carlton arms is one of the best I've seen. Super friendly staff! All stores are accessible and Convenient. Close to veterans highway 589 for added transportation ease!

An incredible community, excellent customer service, beautiful lakes and views. I highly recommend it. You feel safe and comfortable living here. The schools are rated 10+. The price is affordable. The maintenance department is available 24/7. I love it!
