This is one of the best apartments i have ever see. It is giving us an opportunity to live with nature to increase our life span.It has beautiful landscapes and lakes plus trial. Wonderful place to play as there are big tennis courts,pickle ball courts and swimming pools ,EV charging point.

Very Beautiful community, with the lakes, wildlife, Amenities are Great with 4 pools, Basketball courts, 2 Gyms, tennis court. Any breakdowns are swiftly fixed, from a professional Maintenance crew. Rent is reasonable for the area.

My experience was great. I arrived early for my tour. They told me that I can wait five minutes. I told him I'll come back after I have some lunch. They were great with that experience. I love living here. I'm going on 6 years with my husband and now little girl. When someone is wrong maintenance is FAST. The place is clean. I can't complain at all. I honestly don't see myself renting anywhere else.

Love this place! It's safe for our son to play outside, at the park or play in the open fields. There are kids to play with for him. The bus stop is nice, covered and safe. Office and maintenance staff are amazing, quick and handle things with ease.

Very large older complex but well kept in a beautiful setting (many overlooking a lake) with meticulously kept grounds and mature landscaping. Staff very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Kitchens badly in need of updating.

Love the community, and most neighbors have been great. I have beautiful garden and birds nested two years in my birdhouse. I will miss all of this, but not the continuous noise from the upstairs neighbors. Noise that RS was not able to document, so I am being forced to leave. Hopefully, the office will believe the next tenants!

The experience has been changing not for the better in the past few years. More restrictions and less quality and convenience. The older people seem to be leaving. I loved the mixture of ages and people that once existed. Felt more like a community and less like a complex.

It's a tight fitted community with fairly good management. Townhomes and apartments of assorted shapes and sizes to fit your needs. The grounds are well kept and there are lots of trails to walk or open grass fields to frolic on. Four pools to swim, two exercise rooms and ball courts round out the activities. It's a fairly pleasant crew that runs the place and they respond to your needs. It's an older establishment so expect you will need repairs and the parking can be rather taxing at times. Other than that it's home to us for 4 years now.
