This is a safe and quiet community. Staff is courteous, professional yet friendly. My neighbors are friendly yet respectful. I love living at Carlton Arms of Ocala. I made the right selection for my needs to move here in 2023.

Excellent office staff and maintenance staff. Very courteous, attentive, and helpful. Maintenance staff is very quick to resolve issues, as is the office staff. The amenities (laundromat, pool, playground, car cleaning area), security, maintenance and office staff are top notch!!

I love love this community! Nice neighborhood I feel so safe here. I would highly recommend this community to everyone. I am so happy here. The office staff are very helpful and courteous. The apartment was clean and is so nice

Carlton Arms is the nicest and safest apartments in Ocala Fl that are affordable. Everyone on the staff including the people the work outside are extremely nice and helpful. My favorite thing is the 24/7 security, it makes it feel safe and dont have to worry about packages being stolen.

Carlton Arms is my home. I am referring co workers to look into rentals. Check out the website and take a tour. It was my first choice and best decision I made in 2025. I am looking forward to joining some of the events coming up. The December holiday party was a highlight for me.

Most importantly, as a single mother...I feel safe here! Located perfectly for my 2 sons between the high school and college. The environment is clean, upkept, and peaceful. We love our community ??

If you rent a three bedroom 2 1/2 bath, expect your electric bill to be close to $300 every single month also expect a wait in traffic for people to be signed in that are visiting since they only have one gate because the back gate is broken and has been for close to a year.

The back gate is not broken, it was intentionally closed due to repeated misuse, and this update has been communicated through the resident portal. Directing all entry through the main gate helps us better monitor access to the community and our amenities. We understand that entrance traffic can sometimes occur during busier times, but it is typically brief, and we appreciate your patience as we prioritize the safety and security of the community. We also understand concerns about monthly utility costs. Electric bills can vary depending on individual usage, seasonal temperatures, and personal preferences for heating and cooling. Because electricity service and billing are managed by the utility provider, residents with questions about their bill or energy usage are encouraged to contact their electric company directly for more detailed information and assistance. This is a very nice and safe area, and it's easy to pay rent but I do have a complaint regarding the website. Before when paying from my bank there wasn't a service charge, but now there is, it's way too high for something that worked better before this "convenience".

This is a beautiful property all staff is very nice and orders are completed to walk are very pretty and the convenience of 2 pools is very nice if you have pets maintenance is very mindful of them and very friendly towards them

Carlton Arms is a wonderful place to live. They truly care about the residents, the keep the property well maintained. Every-time I have entered a work order they go above and beyond. The staff in the office Caitlin, Blaine, Karyssa Anna Rachel are so fantastic.

Great place to live. Lots of trees and green areas. Carlton Arms of Ocala is very close to grocery stores and shipping.The pool is nice, clean and relaxing. Maintenance is quick and clean. Only real gripe is the guard gate in regard to day pass vehicles as they can jam up the residents getting in as the guard is getting their tag and info. Its needed but there are two lanes into Carlton Arms but one is blocked off.

For a gated complex, people don't feel safe. It was a nice place to walk on a nice night. Now, not so much. People drive with their loud music at the speed of lightning. No regard for safety or adhering to speed bumps.

Very quiet , well kept and well maintained community. I've been here since 2018 and have had NO complaints. Staff and maintenance here are top notch. There's a playground, basketball and picketball court. Two clubhouses with pools. And laundry room for apts that don't have washer/ dryer
