Very quiet place to live been here for a while the ladies in the office are amazing and very caring and sweet been here for two years or so and had not had an issue at all maintenance is fast to answer the tickets

Nice place to live, safe and professional staff. Neighbors are courteous and respectful, very quiet at night. Well maintained lawns and bushes. Great Christmas and summer celebrations with food and entertainment.

I love Carlton Arms. It's in a great location for employment, schools, fuel stations, grocers, and it has a pool, basketball court, gym, pet park, car vacuums, and wonderful staff. My favorite thing about Carlton Arms is that it's forested and there is lots of shade in the summer.

It's great living at Carlton arms of Ocala. Staff is great and helpful. Apartment was in great condition when I moved in. There is always maintenance on duty. Pools are great. Events I've attended are always great and kid friendly which my 8 year old son loves.

I love living here. I really wish they would do more upkeep on the units while residing here without charging you for things that needed fixing prior to move in. For new blinds they charged me $30 and didn't even cut them even.

While we do complete necessary repairs, we aren t able to perform upgrades to occupied units, as the process can be disruptive and uncomfortable for residents. Regarding the blinds, replacement charges are applied when items are damaged or need to be renewed due to resident use, but we re always happy to clarify any charge if you have questions. I've really enjoyed the community in the last year I've lived here. All maintenance issues have been resolved immediately. They have a different food truck serve the community once a week and other community events that give you a few things to do close to home.

These apartments are affordable compared to others in town. They have food truck thursdays, and prompt maintenance. My biggest complaints are as follows: 1. Some buildings have "shared" balconies, mostly for 1BR/1BD apartments. Meaning you have no privacy if you want to sit outside and relax. It's even worse if you're not a smoker and you're neighbors are. Because if they are heavy smokers, the smell will seep into your living room even with the doors closed. 2. The trash valet service is nice, but having the trash cans from four apartments grouped together, can lead to weird smells at times, sometimes very strong. 3. The in-unit washer and dryer units are small. Really small. You'll be washing clothes everyday, driving up your energy costs.

Good place with decent rent. Staff and maintenance will fix stuff quickly. I do think the appliances are dated and need to be replaced. Also the apartments are not that efficient (at least mine) with electricity. I would think they would want to service air handlers to increase longevity but have never seen them do it (to be fair I've never contacted them but in doing a survey I realized it's never been done)

I shouldn't have to fight so hard to get things taken care of at this property. Part of the increased rent fees are because maintenance is included, but they act like I'm asking them to bend over backwards. Nothing is ever easy here.

Nothing too terrible. There's an occasional loud noise issue but overall it's been pretty good. Every issue has been addressed in a timely manner. My husband and I have been very happy living. No major complaints.

I just moved in on the February. So far, everything has been wonderful, starting with the staff. Thanks to Karissa and Annette, who made my experience a pleasant and trouble-free one. Annette in particular, God bless her always, she works with incredible passion and dedication. The security and maintenance people are wonderful. In short, I didn't make a mistake renting at the Carlton Arms.

We have lived here since 2004. That was not a option on the list. I don't know what else to write. Inside needs to be updated. Pools are nice. The dog park needs to be update hope you all have a good day.

We think it's an excellent value for everything you get. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The pools and entire property are well-maintained and cared for. Pets are welcome for a fee, which is especially important to us since we can bring our furry little baby along.
