Don't do it!!!
I was over joyed the day I signed my lease. The happiness lasted less than a month. The day I moved in, I discovered the carpets have not even been vacuumed. I immediatly began having ant and spider problems which persisted after pest control supposedly came and sprayed. To make matters worse, the problems actually grew after the place was sprayed. You would think for the price of the apartments, the staff attitude would not simply be, well you signed the lease...anyone thinking about moving in here, dont do it, you will be sorry. There are rude people living in here, they speed repeatedly through the parking lot, the police are here constantly, music is repeatedly thumping all hours of the day and night and the parking lot is even worse. My building alone has a car that looks as if it were party to a drive by and another car has been parked right in front of the door and has yet to be moved...at all. This has been at least a month now. I thought I was happy the day I moved in...I will be estatic the day I move out.

ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT I WISH IT HAD MORE PLAY AREAS FOR THE CHILDREN. A PLAYGROUND IS DEFINATELY NEEDED!!!

They do put the rent money back in to the place and are well staffed and friendly. Respond to your needs promptly.

It´s a great place to live.
The apartments are beautiful and spacious. It has basketball courts, two pools a gym and other amenities. It also has garbage pickup right off your back porch and basic cable. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
