Great community, everything up to date/brand new. Clean neighborhood, pretty quiet and calm. Great amenities like heated pool, laundromat and gym. Pretty secluded and secure for safety. Overall great.

I have been here since 2017. The staff have been great. The grounds have been up & down due to the landscaping. Hopefully it will get better. Not complaining. Wood chips around the unit have not been done in two years. Hopefully it will be done this year.

The grounds are beautiful but there is a huge ant problem. They allow dangerous dog breeds. The maintenance and front gate personnel are very good. Fix the back gate that has been out of order forever.

I like it here but lately it's not to clean. People do not pick up after their dogs. When I first came here it was so much cleaner. Also around the pond in some area it's messy. I hope it will get back to the way it was before.

I have enjoyed my time so much at Carlton Arms Ocala! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! My specific apartment is well maintained and very spacious with plenty of storage and room for my things! My neighbors are also awesome and it's very quiet and family oriented!

I have enjoyed living here. The atmosphere is safe and welcoming environment. The staff are helpful when you have an issue. There is an on-site area that I have found to be convenient to vacuum my vehicle out at anytime at no cost.

This place by far has been the best place I've ever lived. The staff are so kind and friendly, they all feel like neighbors. My own neighbors have become friends. I feel safe and supported, the value is incredible. I can honestly say I feel like I live in a home.

We have been living at Carlton Arms of Ocala for 4 years. In that time we have had a few neighbors, some better than others. Overall our experience has been pleasant with very few minor gripes. We feel safe in this community and have plenty of amenities and options to keep us occupied. Would recommend.

The staff and neighbors are cordial. Inside the apartments need to be upgraded tremendously. New cabinets, new flooring, bathroom, fixtures, blinds, washer, and dryer.. also patio. I have seen several coyotes in my backyard day and night

Living here has been a breeze the community itself is amazing everyone here from the staff to the neighbors are friendly they help where they can, the maintenance is very fast never went 24-48 hours with any issues i've had here, this was my first apartment and i'm happy i chose to stay here.

Over all very happy. Great staff . Back gate reopen would be great. Also maybe keep up on how many cars per apartment. Some are taking way too many parking spots 3 plus cars for a 1 bedroom apartment. Some of these cars hardly ever move

Beautiful place to live. I live on the forest side. My backyard is very calming. I love the trees. I'm very happy to have been here for the last five years. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Maintenance is great when I need it, but that's not often. All of the staff here is helpful and really nice.

Carlton Arms is a quiet and affordable place to live, the office staff are very helpful and always have the answers you need, the apartments are very well kept and offer the biggest bang for your buck when renting in the area. Service requests are completed very quickly and correctly, even on a major holiday when my air went out they were quick to respond and had me back up and running within an hour.

I have found Carlton Arms to be quiet, clean and friendly. I enjoy both pools and the laundry room is always clean. Staff is respectful with the understanding that this is my home. I highly recommend to anyone I soeak to about apartment living.

Very nice, peaceful community. We love visiting the pools and gym. Their events like the Christmas party are lots of fun! Maintenance requests are handled timely and effectively. Highly recommend Carlton Arms!

The staff is friendly and the location has great security. Apartments are spacious and well maintained. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was having a window in the bathroom. Besides that everything about the apartment was great.
