The community is pretty quiet, it's always clean, and the staff responds to repairs in a quick manner. While walking my dog I am always meeting and communicating with new and existing neighbors. Thanks for making our living well.

So happy with our apartment and the staff here. Plan on being here for a few years for sure. The staff all around is so kind and helpful. We have had two issues take place and the staff handled it immediately which was so appreciated ??

I became a resident in 2023. Since my arrival, I have enjoyed my stay. Great community, very inviting. Friendly, safe, and quite. Even though I work 85 percent of the day hours and can't participate in the events, I hear they are a warming fellowship of neighborly love.

The Staff, the security, the maintenance, and the wonderful constant communications from the main office. Every year we have a free Christmas Party with free food and entertainment, the office has coffee and doughnuts once a month and the monthly news letter place on our door every month keeps us informed of all the activities. WE LOVE the complex

Maintenance is done right away it's safe here everything is well kept the neighborhood I enjoy staying here but the rent goes up every year and it's pricing me out of here I can't afford it anymore too bad

Nice, clean and quiet community. They have good facilities like gym, pool, dog park and laundry. The main office staff and maintenance team is friendly and helpful. Main entrance security, night patrol and controlled access.

Great place to live

Title: Carlton Arms of Ocala: A Fantastic CommunityI absolutely love living at Carlton Arms of Ocala! The community here is amazing – everyone is friendly and welcoming, and there's a real sense of belonging..The employees at Carlton Arms are fantastic too. They're always willing to help out and make sure everything is running smoothly. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance team, they go above and beyond to take care of residents.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at Carlton Arms of Ocala. It's a wonderful community with great people and excellent employees. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home! There is however some things I would change; starting with more community activities ( I used to live at another community that at least had random gatherings and give outs) maybe is just me but I do enjoy those things. Also, maybe offer an update of appliances upon renewal

My move went very smooth from the apartment offer to the signing of the lease everyone was helpful. I love it here. The staff has always helped me out. Maintenance is always there even after hours which I called once since I've been here and they were at my door in less than 5 mins. They didn't have to fix anything it was on my part explaining how something works. It happens. They are always out there keeping the grass cut. There is always some kind of event. You are never alone. Pretty neat. I have 4 neighbors I don't hear any of them it's amazing. It's great!

I've had a great experience living in Carlton arms. there was times where I had some financial hardship in Laura Smith was very awesome and working with me and my son. I've never had any issues as far as vandalism stuff are very nice to work with. and RSS has very responsive
