As crowded as Ocala is this is a nice place to live. Well maintained, easy access, good security staff. Very pretty lay out , office staff is friendly. Two nice pools, a great gym. Pretty , well maintained lawns and a beautiful small lake with a fountain.

It's a nice place to live good maintenance fairly quiet and a decent amount of parking. Courteous and helpful staff. Pet friendly close to 200 where everything is. I have lived here just over a year so far

The community is very friendly. My neighbor came down immediately and asked if we needed help with moving in. So grateful for that. After looking at other communities, Carlton Arms was the best for me

Community is very clean and makes sure that residents are taken care of. Grounds are kept well and office staff is attentive to your needs. Apartments are nice and neighbors are nice as well. Easy access to about everything.

My experience has been amazing thus far. The community feels safe the staff is very kind. The community is very loving and kind to one another. The environment is clean and tidy. I love it out here I am a returning resident and came back after some years. Great community

I don't have time right now to leave a full detailed review, trying to just get this done and out of the way. My work order was completed, AC was fixed (seems like it works like it should at this time). Community and apartment are fine, no glaring issues.

I thoroughly enjoy it overall. Staff is kind and accommodating. I feel safe and it's clean and spacious here. Amenities are wonderful. The pool and outdoor areas are well maintained and the office is efficient.

I absolutely love this community. I love the staff. I love the way. The grounds are maintained. I love the spaciousness of my home and patio And I feel safe here. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and I love all the woods on the property so beautiful.

Living at this community has been a great experience overall. The location is very convenient, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and major roads, which makes everyday life simple. It's very quiet. Feels safe. Doesn't feel like an apartment. Has 2 pools. Having a balcony to sit on is a huge plus. Having my dog with me is the biggest thing for me. The apartment is a great size for what I need.

Not sure of exact move in date but been here about 10 years very friendly when I first moved in but in the last few years have had a lot of changes. Parking is the biggest issue Maintenance crew is wonderful. Very prompt and courteous. Tomas always greets you as you drive in.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the landscape is well taken care of. There are frequent community events at the clubhouse and two pools. I've never had an issue with any neighbors however if you get home after 5pm you probably won't have a parking spot for you in front of your own building.

Its nice, but some people who live here are very messy and careless with food and letting it accumulate outside for pets to get to. I feel like they could have invested in upgrading the apartments washer dryer.
