Carlton Arms has been great. The only problem is some of their units are older and have more issues than some of the newer units within the complex. They're always professional and prompt with repairs

I have been at Carlton Arms since 2021, I was looking for a family oriented community where I would feel safe. Where there would be friendly people. I have found that at Carlton Arms. Their staff are very friendly people, if ever I have any issues, I know I can call or go to the office and they will help in any way they can

It is being a comfortable and nice experience the few days I have been living here. I moved into this community since the very beggining of this month, but I can tell it is a peaceful and nice place. The service staff is really competent, nice and respectful. It is awesome living here

I love this community. Very serene and quiet. The fountain gives such a calming feel. Everyone is genuinely nice. A very secure neighborhood with little noise concerns. The rent is a bit high for the outdated apartments but I don't imagine living anywhere else.

Carlton Arms is a great place to live, they keep the facilities clean and in good condition. Maintenance is very helpful and prompt anytime that I have had an issue they fix it within 24 hours. The rent is reasonable considering other places in the area and how expensive everything else is.

This is just positive criticism, the company spends thousands of dollars upgrading the outside (ie, grass, trees and bushes.) They need to spend a little time upgrading the inside, (cabinets, bathroom cabinets)

While we do invest in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our residents, we also recognize the importance of updating interiors. Full renovations, including cabinet upgrades, are being completed in select apartments upon a residents move out, during turnover. Due to the time and disruption involved, as well as the mess renovation can create, cabinet upgrades cannot be completed in occupied apartments. However, if you're interested in a newly renovated unit, we do have some upgraded two-bedroom apartments available and would be happy to share more details with you. Entire staff always prompt and courteous. I have been a resident for over 20 years. The staff responds quickly to any and all services needed. They try to create a sense of community with cook outs, Christmas dinner, pool parties. Organize food trucks.

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The location is excellent and the property is well maintained. The townhouse I looked at was priced very reasonably. If you want a safe, quiet place to live in Ocala, this is the place to rent.

I moved in almost a year ago and have had absolutely no problems. The entire staff is extremely efficient and pleasant. The community as a whole is a very nice place to be. I would highly recommend taking a tour if you are thinking of moving.

I love this community. The staff is friendly and courteous this includes both office and maintenance staff. The residents are also friendly. It is a quiet well-kept and well-run community and I feel safe walking around anywhere. I like the security personnel at the gate also.

It's affordable and well taken care of. The security and staff is very pleasant. When I need something fixed, they're always there. The next day is quiet here and there's beautiful scenic trees all around. Their kid and pet friendly.
