So when we moved into our apartment everyone was so nice, we were treated with respect as we had a couple of things that needed to be replaced or repaired in which was taken care in record time my husband and I really love it here because we are close to our family and all the shopping and restaurants are so close by

The only problem I have is the rent is to high for a one bedroom for senior citizens. I do know there is competition out there. Truth spoken this place needs a lot of updates. For instance my tub is so old that you can see the metal as you scrub it still looks dirty. Other than that its quiet and management is great!

Pine Lakes Luxury Apartments is a peaceful location to reside in. The apartment complex is also close to schools, grocery stores, church, snd even the beach. Great care is applied to property maintenance as wrll!

Outstanding Community in ALL aspects! Management Team, Residents, Quality of Building Construction, Amenities, Perfect Location for all one would require; yet, remotely located in a peaceful area of Palm Coast, Florida. I have resided in a number of Communities - Florida - Boca Raton/Highland Beach - Harrington Park, NJ/West Nyack, NY, both as owner and as renter. Pine Lakes is head and shoulders above the fray!

This is a stupid requirement. There is no reason to require this much. You asked for a short survey, keep it short. Don't force people into typing for the sake of typing. Also, it sucks not having a pool. Maybe work on that.

Regarding the character requirement, the survey includes optional open-ended questions so residents can share as much or as little detail as they d like; typing is never mandatory, though we do welcome thoughtful input when someone has it. As for the pool, we completely understand the frustration. We d love to have it open too. Unfortunately, the amenities were destroyed in a fire and while we re incredibly grateful that no one was hurt and no apartment homes were impacted, the rebuild process does take time. In the meantime, the manager has already shared nearby options for swimming and fitness so residents don t go without those resources. We re looking forward to bringing those amenities back better than ever and appreciate your grace and patience as the reconstruction continues.

Peaceful comfortable community

Not on is jake ( the property manager) welcoming, professional and polite, he will always greet you with a smile. Rain or shine lol. He always goes above and beyond to throw community events to give everyone a warm community feel.

Friendly and quiet

Love this community! It’s quiet, friendly and close to all shopping spots. Staff are the best and always ready and willing to help. We even have monthly contests and happenings! I’m glad we found this gem!

Cozy, quiet, home.

[Incentivized Review] This community is a blessing in disguise for us. We moved in the beginning of March and we love the community, love the quietness and how the property is maintained. Any service requests we have had have been handled quickly and without issue. Cannot brag about where my family lives more.

Make sure you see the apartment before you move in. Make sure you ask specifically about the "amenities." Clubhouse pool had a fire in July 2025, still not open. No amenities yet rent is non negotiable.

Unfortunately, repairs following the July 2025 fire require city permits, inspections, and other approvals that can affect the construction timeline. The most important thing is that no one was hurt, and we appreciate everyone s patience while we work through these necessary steps. In the meantime, our manager has provided resources and nearby options for amenities and fitness so residents can still enjoy those conveniences during the repair period. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to restore everything as quickly and safely as possible.

Maintenance staff are very good....respond quickly, diagnose the problem and explain what happens next. Good communication There are some problems right now as a consequence of a fire in August-> pool and community building are just sitting there getting moldy and nasty. No progress in 2 months.

It's become home to me. I love the location and proximity to the stores, library, medical facilities, and trails. Jake does a great job as manager and Russ does a great job for maintenance. I have met many of my neighbors.

We have only been here for a few months but we have no complaints. Everyone we have met are friendly. The community is quiet. Just a little disappointed that many of the amenities are not available at this time due to the club house being hit by lightning.

I have been here going on 8 years and am completely satisfied with the staff here. The management and maintenance teams are efficient and prompt in addressing issues when they arise. The grounds are maintained on a regular basis and always look great. Maybe most of all, it is quiet and peaceful here. A very satisfied resident!

Living here has been such a wonderful experience! The community is always clean and beautifully maintained, and I feel very safe. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly cares about residents, always going above and beyond to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes life so much easier. The location is convenient, parking is easy, and the neighbors are respectful. Great apartment community with a caring staff. Everything is fixed on time and rent isn't as bad compared to other communities around. The homes are well laid out, so I feel comfortable in them. Parking is plentiful and I never have to fight a neighbor for a parking spot.
