Pretty nice, quiet environment however downstairs neighbor has some domestic violence going on. I've called the police a few times. I also don't like that there is no recycling in this community. Everything goes in the trash.

I'm extremely happy with Pine Lake Apartments and how well the staff and maintenance folks respond to my needs. My only concern is after 6-1/2 years, my apartment is looking a little dingy and tired. Is there a provision for "sprucing" up my apartment?

It has been great living here. Management is great. We had alot if turnover but seems now we have a great team. Maintenance team is great and come right away to fix any issues. We are beginning to have some good community events

It is peaceful and quiet here. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is responsive. They were quick to replace my washing machine. The apartment is close to the new hospital. Grocery and pharmacy are close by as well.

Community is quiet and great! Service techs are very prompt and helpful. Never have a problem finding parking. Trash area is very accessible with no issues, Mail area is simple and clean. Big packages goto the office and easy to grab.

Front office terrible - constantly close on holidays, when family come. Lavell - Original maintenance terrible - answered every call, pointed out what was wrong- told us he would never change our appliances because if he fixed them only, he made a bigger bonus and he was retiring. The only worker who continually comes through is Manny. The jury is still out on Russ

Dogs pee and poop right by my door on grass area. There is a vast area where they can do their thing , yet owners allow them to go on grass by our apartments. The smell is bad. I contacted office, no response. It's particularly 2 owners in apt. --- and another owner by the name of ---- with a big dog. Also, they raise the rent absurdly by $300 at a pop. This IS NOT RIGHT. It's prompting me to leave as soon as I am able to. I was planning to be here the rest of my life, not anymore with this huge rent increase - $300. That's abuse. Other than that I love it here.

I have enjoyed living here .It was a big difference from having my own home , but my wonderful neighbors and the entire staff made the transition "painless". Both the office and maintenance personnel have have always given me excellent care.

As you know, multifamily living does come with some ambient noise by default. Still, we know your comfort is important to you and we are happy to address any concerns about excessive or after-hours noise. As we are a pet-friendly community we can expect some barking from time to time, especially from pups who may be new to the community and getting used to their surroundings. If you're able to identify which apartment the barker lives in, we can get in touch with the resident to see how we can help make the pup feel more comfortable. Finally, we want to mention that the pool and other amenities bring out excitement in our residents, particularly now that we are heading into the summer months. We would be glad to sit down with you and discuss your concerns in detail and perhaps we can come up with a solution that benefits everyone, keeping in mind that several hundred folks call Pine Lake "home". This community is well maintained, the maintenance people respond quickly to problems and normally have them fixed the same day by the end of the day. The amenities are well maintained. The properties are fairly high for rent but that seems to be the common thread wherever you go in the palm coast area. I would like to see the rent lowered, it's almost impossible to live anywhere by yourself unless you make 85k a year.

I love this community. Neighbors are nice, the grounds are beautiful and clean. Maintenance requests are handled super fast! The front office staff is super helpful and kind. Great dog park and playground for children. Great community!

Mostly good but there are a few reasons why I will not be renewing my lease. For one I have repeatedly told the office that my sprinklers haven't been working since I moved in and all I have is dead weeds and leaves to show for it. Second the landscapers do a horrible job and continue to blow dirt and debris through my front door and into the house. The most important reason why though is because the rent has become nearly impossible to pay. I had to find cheaper alternatives

Rent is too high and apartments are not updated. Kids running around the complex harassing residents and kicking doors and staff doesn't do anything about it. Some residents walk their dogs on the premises and do not pick up the dog poop. I've had a crazy neighbor insult me and call me all type of names

I'm very happy living at Pine Lake Apartments. Service calls are always responded to quickly and correctly completed. My only disappointment is that I have lived here 5-1/2 years and things are getting very old looking. Fresh paint would be soooo appreciated.

I would definitely not consider Pine Lakes a "Luxury" apartment complex. The countertops are not even granite, we have very trashy neighbors who I am almost positive sell drugs out of their apartment, drive drunk, and they fight and yell at each other nightly/regularly. (This has been reported all ready). The pond area, play set, and pool area are all very nice. Then car cleaning spot is also nice except the vacuum does not work. Over all, if they cleaned up the trash the rent some units out to it would be a nice apartment complex but still not Luxury.

The apartment complex is very nice, it has all the amenities that we would need. I would like to get a bit more respect and acknowledgment of current world issues from the office, it seems like a lot of the things that happen from the office come from corporate that they cannot budge on and it really negatively affects the way that the apartment renters feel. Raising rent in a time of inflation and pandemic by almost $200 a month seems absolutely absurd and something that should be actually illegal.I understand that these things do not come from the office directly but rather from the corporate company, however, this seems very unfair to the residents who are already struggling to pay rent as it is, and it should not be a policy of the company especially during these times. Otherwise I am very happy with the actual apartment complex as a whole and everything about it, the maintenance man are very professional and respectful and I really appreciate the flexibility that they have.

It's a nice and quiet place for some one like myself who is a senior retired tenant. The amenities are adequate and the office personnel are very courteous and helpful. The downside is since the property isn't gated, occasionally outsiders are using the amenities and the trash compactor during the weekend.

When I moved in was told my carpet would be replaced. That never happened nor did they shampoo them. I have shampoo them myself. I have out dated appliances. Management doesn't listen to issues unless you get lawyers involved. They raised the rent well over $100.00 a month with nothing to a how for it. They spend as little as possible to fix things.

To clarify your concern about carpets, we replace as necessary and at the very least shampoo in between residents, and we always offer a complimentary cleaning at renewal time. First of all the environment is peaceful and quiet. My neighbors are nice, the managers are very helpful and very pleasant. Whatever you need help with they do it with a smile. My apartment is nice, if something is wrong in the apartment you don't have to wait a long time for them to repair it. I must say I feel Safe here being that I am a senior.
