I love the facilities, especially my apartment. Being in Palm Coast is important to me and Pine Lakes Luxury Apartments allows me to do so. I am also very happy with the new management as they seem genuinely concerned with me as a resident. The maintenance crew is great: the two or three small issues I have had were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Pine Lakes Luxury Apartments.

I've made some new friends while living here over the past two years. I enjoyed using the pool and taking walks along the paths in the community. I'm not pleased with the noise in my apartment from neighbors. I find that I need more room so I'm moving on.

So far so good. It is always clean and quiet here. Those are the most important things to me. I don't use the amenities here that often. But I can tell they are very well maintained. The maintain stuffs here are kinda overwhelming though. Sometimes they are behind the schedule. Overall it is a very nice place to live.

I love the view of the pond from my window. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the pool and gym. I do wish I had wood floors instead of carpet (I'm on the second floor). It feels like safe community. There are roaches more often than desired, but staff is accommodating to having pest employees come to spray.

Management and maintenance is awesome. If I have an issue they resolve the issue quickly. They always have a smile, I feel the warmth whenever I step foot into the office. Property always looks beautiful.

Pine Lakes is a beautiful complex. They keep the lawn looking very nice, paint the exteriors, seems they are always maintaining the lawn. Problems though with getting back to you for small problems in your apt & regardless of how small, a mtn person should come when a situation needs attention & the garbage disposal sometimes over the weekend. All in all, it's very well kept.

The whole community is quite. Everyone respects one another space and you can count on the office to be friendly and understanding. Love that there is now a basketball court without losing our tennis court.

It was ok. The appliances are outdated, for being called a luxury apartment. There's not much lighting in the parking lot at night, the walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors coughing or sneezing, as well as playing music at 2am. I wouldn't suggest this apartment complex to anyone.

My husband and I love living here. It's beautifully maintained, peaceful, everyone is friendly, and the staff is fantastic. We were happy to sign another year lease when it came up. We feel safe here and enjoy the amenities.

On the whole very satisfied. Maintenance crew is excellent. Current office staff are great! Night lighting has improved. Swimming pool is currently delightful. My apartment faces a busy road so it is very noisy. Perhaps more shrubbery to absorb the noise? Don't use lanai because of noise

It has been a great place to be living in a quiet and clean place the people are nice and i feel very safe the staff are very helpful and kind.It is very convenient to my job too.Iwill be very proud to recommend my friends and family to live there.

So far everything has been great, maintenance is here within a reasonable time frame. All of the amenities are wonderful I really love the yoga studio. The staff is extremely sweet and overall I enjoy living here.

I have found the apartment complex to be quite Pleasant. Staff are approachable and very responsive to requests made of them. Most other tenants are also Pleasant and very friendly. The complex appears to encourage a degree of individuality to each tenant with regard to a parents of the front of their apartment as a result the complex appears much more appealing aesthetically than many others I have lived in, because each tenant takes much more Pride in the appearance of their own apartment

A friendly and quiet community in which most people keep to themselves. The area is surrounded by a beautiful well kept lake with lawn and plants are kept and maintained daily. It is a great place to live.

Overpriced, old, dirty, cheap appliances, worn out carpet, low water pressure, old mechanicals, thin walls. The common areas and pool are nice. When I moved in 2014 I was paying $200 less AND had a garage. Now my rent has gone up $300 and everything is old and worn out. I'm moving!!!!

Warm friendly quiet community on beautiful landscapes grounds. Clean and well kept even if my AC breaks down after hours or on the weekend. Pricey but at least you have a reliable landlord. Fair housing practices.

Quiet community and friendly staff. Also dog friendly. Grounds well maintained and the maintenance staff efficient and helpful when problems occur. Even change light bulbs. Easily access shopping and medical facilities in community.

Since being at this apartment there has been 4 different managers at the property. The pricing tier is extremely high for the value of the resident, but they realize they have minimal competition and can control their pricing. Narcotics needles have been located on property. LEO has also removed residents on various warrants and needed to respond due to domestic issues. The grass has died and irrigation water used smells like sewage. They have have bought what appears to be new grass to install though. As an older single woman it's nice to have on site maintenance to help when i have issues with appliances. Overall the apartment prices are too high, especially when you must pay for trash, water, electric, cable, internet, nad pest control all separately.

Maintenance staff is friendly and gets things taken care of immediately. The dog park is joke and Sunday the pools packed with non residents. The rent is extremely over priced. New manager is friendly and has been making minor changes. However previous office staff are still there.

Everyone here has been helpful, friendly and nice to be around. Clint explained about our garbage disposal and dishwasher. He was very helpful and fun to talk to. I know we will love it here. We love the lake area.

I am very happy here at pine lakes the staff is very nice and pleasant to talk to i enjoy the privacy and quiet aand how nice the property is kept clean and attractive. Other resdents are friendly and courteous.

Pine Lakes Apartment is amazing! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are gorgeous. The staff and residents are so pleasant and polite. We love Pine Lakes staff like a family. The apartment is beautiful inside. They have Lots of activities for us to enjoy, my husband and I are learning to play pickleball and we love it. LOVE PINE LAKES COMMUNITY ! ??

Everyone is friendly, knows their job and do it well. The landscaping is nice. I made a lighting suggestion and it was implemented to improve the community.There are many activities planned throughout the year for all residents.

This apartment community has some nice features, including the amenities. Overall the staff are courteous. Maintenance is prompt. Some appliances need updating. Landscaping needs improvement with the exception of the main building. Pet friendly. You can hear your neighbors from above and around you.
