Office personnel very cold, very u welcoming environment within office. Maintenance personnel kind and personable! Apartments and landscaping well maintained. Office staff woman in main office rude and snippy when I came in person to drop off rent. Community very restrictive of churches. Car wash vacuums still broken despite reaching out to office.

However, we're surprised and disappointed to know that any interaction with our office staff has been anything less than exemplary. We take great pride in welcoming our residents with every interaction, and it's very possible that our recent mask requirement inhibited any conveyance of happiness to see you. We'd also like to mention that our car wash is operable, but if you ever notice an issue we ask that you let us know right away. We'd like more clarification of your comment about our restriction of churches as we deliver the same five star service to all. Community has trash throughout, staff no where near friendly by any means. Older not taken care of units. way over priced for the amount they're requesting for rent. Everything from the shingles on the roof are miss matched. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Renters go to surrounding communities with better amenities, professional and friendly staff, and better units all together!

Trash always throughout the community. It’s never clean. Staff are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Moved in to my unit with feces and urine from previous tenant after they supposedly had the carpets professionally cleaned.

Over priced for a 2 bed 1 bath upstairs all carpeted apartment.. my allergies are killing me with all this carpet! Wish we had the option to remove it. Very pleased with our maintenance tho, they are quick and respectful

The maintenance crew are fantastic. They know their job. The mulch was much needed and looks great. I do wish they would blow the debris out from our place not under our door. Appliances someday need to be updated. Very old. We have new neighbors upstairs that have apparently never lived in an apartment. We often think there are elephants upstairs rather than people. We hadn't lived in an apartment for over 45 years but we try to be respectful.

Not happy with Office staff. Allow better quality people to move in. Saw a woman get arrested at 6AM. Quality of the look of the property has declined. Dangerous breeds allowed to move in. no events

I moved in February of 2020 right at the beginning of COVID so it wasn't a normal scenario all in all I renewed my lease for another year a lot of amenities were shut down but as soon as they were able to safely open areas of the complex they did

It sucks. They only care about their money. They even sell parking spaces, so you lose a space close to your building. They change their rules all the time. Save your money, and get a house. ---- them

I love it here. The Manager Kristi is mean and is not friendly. But I love living by the lake with the water fountain. It needs a light!!! Ashley is a doll. I only go into the clubhouse when Ashley is there

I hadn't lived in an apartment setting since the '70's, so it was a bit of an adjustment. I am quite glad I picked Pine Lake. The Staff is always helpful, the maintenance crew is on top of everything, the facility is always kept nice and neat. My only issue is renters who can't seem to observe the posted speed limit. One day there will be a collision in front of Bldg #4. We need some speed bumps. But5 I like it here!!

Overall, I don't believe the amount of rent is worth the place. The appliances are out dated and they try to charge you extra fees for everything. My air conditioner has not worked properly since I moved in.

Nice and quiet ... wish my patio was more private. Want to comment on the landscaping, seems the perimeter of the complex could use some cleaning up , looks a little shabby and unkept. I like my apartment and plan on staying a bit longer .

It's ok. Some residents are friendly, some are not. Many dog owners do not clean up after their pets (I have a dog and clean up every time). Moved in during pandemic so my experiences here may not mirror others. Was not kept up with but seems to be getting a little better. Price is high!!

My experience is that when I first moved here, I loved it, but then the Managemant changed and changed and changed and changed until it was no longer a great experience. The grounds got worse, the upkeep worse, the management worse and the rent got higher. I'm looking for another place to go.
