Pine Lake was a nice, hidden gem for me to live at before moving to a different city for a new job. My neighbors were nice, quiet and easy-going. Mostly young families and older folks living here. The dog park is helpful, and if you're in the back you'll see deer 20 feet from your door on a nightly basis. Only ten minutes from 95, right around an hour to Jacksonville and about an hour and fifteen minutes to Orlando. I would recommend living here.

Have not leased an apt. in more than 55 yrs., so this has been an experience. Especially since my youngest daughter was employed at the same apt. complex when it was new. Selling my house in less than a month I was fortunate at the time that Pine Lakes had an opening. This apt. complex was not #1 on my list due to not gated, but felt that reading security meant someone would be patrolling the grounds during night time hours. Wrong! I have had to call the local sheriff's office innumerable times for issues in the parking lot outside my bed room window . For example "campers" [ YES, believe it or not camping in the parking lot vs. a motel/hotel room!], drinking parties and individuals checking out possible unlocked .vehicles. Inside the apt. over 1 1/2 yrs. ringing of the smoke detectors and fire alarm during the night until eventually all replaced. Thank goodness I had overnight guests to verify! So as I said a new experience for me and wonder is this what I should expect in a luxury apt. community?

To many managers change. Maintenance is negligent and not good. Zero significant upgrades offered to residents who have been there the longest. Extremely overpriced. Maintenance manager is negligent and forgetful. Maintenance turnover has been bad.

Nothing luxurious about it. Everything they provide is standard. What's luxurious about having one trash can for the whole community? And then it backs up gross. Each complex in my last apartment complex had its own trash cans this helped out the seniors so they didn't have to walk their trash to the dumpster. With a state of an art gym. Not a gym that's restrictive and doesn't allow free weights.

Quiet community with nice neighbors and families. Staff in the front office is always pleasant and willing to help with any issues. Maintenance staff is quick and easy to get in contact with. Have never had an issue with bad, shoddy work.

This property calls itself luxury, but it definitely isn’t. It is seriously a joke for this place to be this expensive for as horrible as it is. Appliances are really old and barely work, AC breaks frequently, the walls are paper thin, people blast music past 11pm, parking is horrible unless you spend $15 to rent a spot, management is always changing- not always for the better, policies are always changing and there’s always a problem. You can rent a nice upgraded house for cheaper than you can rent an apartment here. You’d be happier somewhere other than here!

This complex is overpriced and not at all what they claim to be. All the good reviews come from an incentive program that each positive review you get points to redeem for gift cards. AC units constantly break and you need to wait weeks for them to be repaired because first it needs to be approved by corporate then contracted out. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbor splashing around in their bath tub. No chance of having any private conversations in your unit because your neighbors can hear every word and vice versa. Dog crap all over the grounds, roaches even though they do quarterly pest control. Leaking roofs, poor management. They are also not picky of who they rent to. Need I say more. Plenty of other options in Palm Coast. It is absolutely not luxury!

This complex has amazing management stuff that try to help you to the best of the abilities. The rent is in my opinion is pretty high for its location and amenities that are provided. If you are a person that likes to walk this is many paths along the community and in the area. This is a great place for kids with the pool and other activities but the park could be updated. They are very pet friendly.

Have not been here very long but so far I like the apartment and the grounds. Location is perfect, very close to all stores and restaurants. Lots of bicycle and walking paths. Very dog friendly. It's difficult to walk my dog when it gets dark. There are not enough lights around the walking paths and parking lots in the back apartments near the second entrance.

I like it very much. The new management team are doing a great job. My only issue is ants constantly on my door step. Also I think ther should be a little bit more lighting at night throughout the complex. But overall, I think this is a great place to live.

This is a wonderful community with a great location and a wonderful staff! We enjoy the amenities and have found everyone we encountered to be extremely helpful. The only issue we have found is sometimes parking is not convenient.

The management here, both in the office and maintenance, is excellent. They are very efficient and always available to be of assistance. I've only been here for a few months but I plan on staying for many years to come. I'm a very satisfied renter.

I am very happy with the grounds, the pool..but mostly the staff. Friendly nice neighbors also.I also lived here a couple years ago and moved back because it was such a nice place to live. I definitely will recommend this apartment community to friends.

I love this complex,, We have great people working here.. Colleen is so far the best Manager that has ever been here. She always has a smile and a hello, no matter what is going on at the moment. Dorthy is the best Asst. Manager we have had here also,,,, L avail is a great Maintenance person. He takes great care of the whole complex... I really like the special events that the Management Team puts together. I really like the fact that we can walk around the whole complex and not have to trip over bad sidewalks or debris on the walkways... We love this place a lot,, just signed our 3 yr lease. Go Colleen, Dorthy and Lavail. Ya'll are doing an awesome Job... Thanks for making everyone welcome to our little community.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The property is nice and full of amenities. I was disappointed with the three $1,299 we pay monthly for a "luxury" apartment that has so many cosmetic issues and leaks. The patio can't be enjoyed because it's infested with spiders and spider eggs that have not been exterminated or power washed away. Insect nests and debris make it nasty to sit in. Water heater closet is leaking water into living room rug. Just disappointed. I could have rented a house for $100 more and would make sure it looked presentable. Had I known I would have these issues I would have only paid $1,000 a month.

I lived here in 1115 back in 2016 and things are still great but this apartment has cheap counters, fixtures, faucets and it's not worth $1350 to me. The counter, it's peeling apart and wooden flakes always falling on my floor and dishwasher. It;s gross. The outside is luxurious, the inside is mediocre. Then there are the crap patch jobs on the cieling and walls, looks like s***. The staff so far are great, its just the quality has gone down inside. The people let in have gone downhill but I can deal with that. Maintenance works hard and is undermanned. This new company is cheap and just kind of crappy to be totally honest.

Love it here the staff is friendly and quick to respond. The area is safe and well lit. I don't like how often rent increases and by how much, in the years I've lived here rent has gone up 600$. Plus the renters insurance requirements are steep.

Beautiful community, appears quiet, relaxed and friendly with TONS of amenities. We are moving in from out of state. Sales office was very accommodating and helpful in making the transition from so far away.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The property itself sits on a nice wooded area with a sports complex, places of worship,close to elementary and middle schools. The property however is very dark. Not well lit, walking at night on the property is almost impossible. The grounds are maintained by a landscaping company. Trees need to be manicured , there is an overgrowth, that will damage roofs, gutters and AC units.The buildings need attention (gutters, roofs)and the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. tAdditional maintenance maintenance staff should be available. Also some kind of security guard or a roving security on site should be available.
