Great
I have lived her for 3 years and it has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Staff is very nice. Apartments are huge. Just a all around great place.

Best place to live in Palm Coast
Love it here. I have been here over a year and would not want to live anywhere else (not that you have many choices in Palm Coast!) I am having to move for work, and am actually sad I have to leave Pine Lakes. They take good care of the grounds, the apartments and the people. Very quite, very laid back. My only complaint would be I wish my neighbors would clean up after their dogs!

Impressive
We've lived here for almost two years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the facilities (pool/tennis courts/fitness room). The apartments are spacious and very clean. The area is well lit and a safe community. The management and office staff are incredibly friendly! The maintenance crew is also great and quick to respond to calls and any issues that may arise.

Don't rent here
If you need an apt. only to store your belongings, you work a lot or travel a lot, this place will work for you. Other than that, rent a condo, they are about the same price and probably built A LOT better. This complex is 4 years old, owners fired the landscapers, the power lines are barely underground, so one by one, the building's power lines are blowing, causing them to rent a generator to keep the building up in order to replace lines. The roofs are caving in, you can see the roofs dipping from the outside(some with blue tarps covering the problematic spots), you can see the rafters in the upstairs apartments. Mangmt. has decided that they are no longer responsible for speeders (law enforcement tells you they are). Drag racing at night, tenants with pit bulls that mngmt. will do nothing about. It's the ------, right smack dab in the middle of expensive Palm Coast, shame, shame on the city for not regulating. The mngmt. here is run by young women who shut the office down early several days a week, close the office at least one extra day a week and never answer the phone. People breaking their leases and moving out. For a newer complex the owners really dropped the ball on this site.

No longer worth the price
Management is awful. When we first moved here, I thought it was a good deal. They have now fired the landscape company so the grounds look awful. Pool still not open and it is end of april and 90 degrees outside. Residents are moving and no wonder. Do not move here!
