I have live in many apartments since my days in college (1980), and the whole experience at Pine Lakes tops it. The facilities are second to none. One can always witness the continuous improvement of the community, as a whole. The Maintenance crew, Jessica and Katie are top notch group. Response time: excellent!, courteous: great! I may have to leave the place because I may be buying a house...otherwise I will gladly stay put. I strongly recommend Pine Lakes Apartments!....From the Maintenance/Engineering group to Management, to the facilities, which they are extremely well maintained and neatly kept.(Gym, Pool, Tennis court, Club house, etc). Thank you to all the crew for making my time and my son's time at Pine Lakes, as enjoyable as it could be. H&M

I have lived here for 4 years, and I love everything about this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds quickly. The apartments are really kept up nicely, and the grounds are really nice for taking a walk. They are pet friendly, I have a dog and we sometimes stop in the office for treats from Jessica or Kate! All around great place to live.

This is a terrible place to live!!! Do not move in here!!! The management is absolutely terrible and you will never get your deposit back. The manager might be nice to your face but she will stab you in the back believe me! There is no sound proofing of the walls or floors at all so you will always hear your neighbors. Its shady construction to say the least. The pool area is usually dirty and not kept up, not even in the summer when a lot of people use it on a weekly basis. Don't let the pictures on their website fool you, these apartments are completely overpriced. Don't move in here, save your money!

After getting my new keys, I went ahead to have a look inside the apartment and I was just astonished! The place was actually really really clean. I work in the health field and I can be overly clean, sometimes a germaphobe. I also found a bag with great goodies like paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Very thoughtful! The price of the rent is worth every penny! I lived in many places in Florida, California and Europe and this is the first time my place is ready (on my standard) to move in! The manager exceeded my expectations and made my move so much easier and pleasant! Looking forward to live in Pine Lake Apartments, and do business with you.

My husband, dog and I lived at Pine Lakes Apartments for a year before moving into a home. We had a great experience. I always felt safe walking my dog late at night. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly and the apartment mangers were always helpful. The apartments are beatifically landscaped and resident breakfasts, get together a and the bi weekly food cart were always fun. I definately recommend!

My daughter and I moved here eight months ago and we really love it. The place is kept up beautifully. The maintenance staff is very kind and friendly and if you need anything, they are there immediately. The office manager and assistant manager are warm welcoming, friendly and unbelievably helpful. All of the staff are genuinely good people, grounds keepers included, and the residents are friendly, kind, and considerate. It feels like family here. We will be sad when we go. It would be so wonderful to reside here long term if it were in my budget. But it was a wonderful place to get situated and settled in a new state where we knew absolutely no one. I have had beautiful apartments in the past with wonderful views too, but there is something very special about these apartments, the entire staff, the neighbors, and the wildlife...I strongly recommend these apartments.

These apartments have improved look wise, but the rent is outrageous. You can rent a house for what they charge for a one bedroom, let alone a 2 bedroom. There is not a lot of kitchen space or enough storage. The kitchens could have been bigger (more cabinets and counter space) overall they are nice, but they need to lower the rent if they intend to keep tenants long term. It continuously goes up and that is not acceptable. You can live near the beach for less and we are in the B section of Palm Coast!

I have lived here for 2 years and the only reason I am leaving is an out of state move. The management and maintenance staff are professional and friendly. Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly and correctly. The entire complex is well maintained. I always felt safe.

My husband and I have moved into pine lake apartments, Palm coast, recently, and could not be happier with the place over-all. The apartment we selected, a two bdrm/one bath, is very spacious and has a nice layout. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and moving in went much smoother then expected. They rent at practically full capacity, yet everything is quiet and peaceful. The fact that the apartments are not "stacked" is another great quality in apartment living here. They also have awesome events/parties that they throw for the residents. I really like that all entries to bathrooms off of the pool, gym, + computer lab are coded, so you don't have to worry about keys. I would recommend these apartments over others in the area. Everything is well maintained , and updated, such as the new pool furniture, sturdy wooden blinds in our apartment, and really nice lights/ceiling fans in each room. You can't beat the location either, its very close to the main stores/shopping in Palm coast, 5 min or less to I-95. All other info you can find online, but I just wanted to mention the little details, and what we loved so far. :)

My husband and I have lived here since July, 2014. We have been very comfortable here and very pleased with everything. The complex is beautiful, the pool is kept up nicely and it is very quiet in the section we live in. The office staff and maintenance are great, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this complex to others.

After moving out, I can state that the process was easy with no hidden fees. We ended up getting our security deposit back, which was a nice surprise compared to most apartments out there. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. The front office (Jessica and Katie) staff are lovely people, who always go out of their way for the tenants, while the maintenance staff is just as efficient and always present with a smile and a wave. If you're looking for a quiet, and safe environment with lots of wonderful amenities in charming Palm Coast, I suggest you look no further than Pine Lake Apartments. I know if we didn't have to move to a different city, we would have stayed. The pool was nice, the other tenants were kind, the grounds were well manicured, the apartments were spacious, and it was very pet friendly (which was a must for us). I hope this review was helpful in that you got to hear from someone who moved out how the process went as that's usually a concern as well as the actual living experience. It was truly a wonderful process from start to finish.

The best apartment development I have ever lived in. The manager and assistant are awesome people. courteous and always willing to help. Monthly resident breakfasts and other activities provided to give residents an opportunity to meet and socialize with each other. And-the Christmas party that was thrown for residents was amazing. Great food and fellowship. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants a quiet, caring, safe environment. The maintainence staff is also very friendly but professional. They respond in excellent time. Great place to live.

I've been here June 2014 . I love it! The staff are so friendly from the office staff which are both 2 angels to the maintenance staff which are all friend, so polite and always willing to help you. We were set up with an apartment perfect for us! I love the location is perfect, not far from supermarket, drug store and a short drive to the beach, and an easy commute to Daytona or St Augustine. The apartments themselves are beautiful, I love my balcony. Our neighbors all around us are friendly and so polite. Its so well taken care .We've never had any problem parking close to our apartment, and the lighting outside keeps everything feeling even safer at night! I must mention that I love the Idea of getting residents together in different activities to we can meet. Yesterday we had our monthly breakfast, I was able to meet new residents that recently moved, it was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Pine Lake Apartments.

I've been living here for going on 1 month, the office personnel were so friendly with me I felt at ease. They helped me get into a one bedroom apartment which is very lovely and has many amneties which I need. I love the landscape of the grounds. I like the water fountain in the pond, as well as the swimming pool. So far what I experience has been worth the money to live here. Oh I forgot to mention the picnic tables and outdoor grill's!, and fitness center..I may buy an owl head to scare away rodents such as squirrels or wild cats which I believe jumped up and set off my fire alarm one morning, but at least I know it work's! Any who, overall The neighbors stay to their self. And no loud noise here it's peaceful. I like being near shopping outlets and I-95.

We love our new apartment. What a beautiful community around here and so peaceful. So close to many stores, restaurants and not too far from I 95. Our new apartment is so clean and love all of these beautiful fixtures. We plan to stay here for many years. We would recommend our friends to live at Pine Lake Apartments.

I've been here a few months now and absolutely love it! The staff and residents here are all friendly and welcoming, and we were set up with an apartment perfect for our family! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Palm Coast, a short drive to the beach, and an easy commute to Daytona or St Augustine. The apartments themselves are great too! We have neighbors all around us and we can't even hear a door slam through these walls. Its so well taken care of, you would think these grounds were built last month. We've never had any issues parking close to our apartment, and the lighting outside keeps everything feeling even safer at night!

I have been here for a few months now, and could not be happier to have chosen Pine Lakes for my family to live! Jessica was absolutely fabulous and so welcoming when we came to see the apartment, we signed that day! She was so good at making me feel like I was already home, even though she could only give me pictures since they were leased up. Maintenance has been on top of anything I could need within the work day! They're friendly and professional. They keep the grounds looking beautiful, and well working. The amenities too. I love the pool here! There are plenty of chairs and loungers, while my son can swim and play! He loves the playground too! My dogs love it here too! They love all the grass areas on walks, and get off leash at the dog park every day. They would never know it wasn't their own private yard. They love visiting the office staff, as well as the staff loving them to visit! Our apartment is so spacious and open, it feels like a house. The walk in closets make it so my son has his entire bedroom to play in, without feeling crowded by you boxes and dressers. The storage through out the apartment made it am easy transition from a house to an apartment without feeling like I gave up anything. I love the drive to work being only a short distance too. St Augustine and Daytona are only 20 minutes drive max and the shopping in palm coast is at most 5. It's perfect! You are missing out if you aren't at pine lakes!

I have lived in Pine Lake Apartments for 8 years. 2 years in a one BR and 6 years in a two BR. I absolutely love this apartment complex and staff. Indra and Jessica are pleasant and easy to work with and always made me feel as though I was a part of a community. The grounds are beautiful and always kept clean. I'm having to move now due to location and it saddens me because I don't know if my new apartment will even compare to Pine Lake Apartments. Everytime I needed some sort of maintenance issue resolved, it was fixed within 24 hours no questions asked. The apartment complex is located in the middle of Palm Coast so it's easy to get to either end of the city within 10 minutes. The pool is immaculately kept and has recently been updated. I feel like I'm staying at a resort when I swim there. If you want to live somewhere safe, homey, beautiful, and clean...move to Pine Lake Apartments.
