We have enjoyed our time here. Pros: the pool is so nice, lots of chairs and tables for lounging, the hammocks are wonderful for relaxing and the basketball court is great. Love the screened porch. The business center is convenient and great for printing documents. We have some great neighbors. Cons: appliances need to be upgraded. Handle on microwave is glued on and when they replaced the dishwasher the unit was obviously old as prongs are missing and have rust. Overall we've been happy. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Pine Lakes is a very nice pleasant place to live. I'm very happy and I feel safe here. The grounds are kept up nicely, never any trash or waste out. Nice friendly neighbors. Our office and maintenance staff are fabulous!

We are very happy in our apartment. The staff also make living here very comfortable and safe. The location is ideal as we are both close to our jobs and place of worship. Also very convenient to shopping.

Friendly, family, professional, and clean are just some words i would use to describe the staff and neighbors. I move from another state, a home to Pine Lakes Apartments, from day one it felt like home. I would recommend this location.

Property is well kept. People are friendly here. Location is great only a short drive to grocery stores shopping drug stores post office. Amenities in the complex are good and response for maintainence is excellent

Awesome place to live they allow pets and they have a dog park and a fitness center and a pool and the staff and maintenance are really nice they always help when you need it and the apartments are really nice I like living here

I love living here, the apartment is luxurious, spacious, and even though they come with carpets, these are very clean! My husband and I really love! The maintenance is amazing, they are always up to date on every task, the grass is always well cut, the pool is always clean. I think the rent is a little too much, they could lower it a bit, to make it more fit for more people to be able to enjoy and live here!

Love the community! Friendly staff grounds are well maintained and clean! Always answer swiftly to all emails. Quiet and safe! Lakes are beautifully maintained. Manager is always courteous and professional.

Rent increase 25% since I moved in. Prior management unresponsive to stray cats on property, carpet is hideous and disgusting, Air Conditioner constantly failing, appliances old and worn out, not enough cupboard space or storage, I used to have my apartment and a garage for $240 less than I pay now,

Staff friendly and caring. Maintenance of outside kept clean They have events for residents to meet and enjoy time together. Lived here 4 years, mom also lives here. Nice for elderly people to feel safe.

I stayed in the apartment for one year. I found the manager and he??™s property personnel to be extremely helpful and very nice. My apartment was clean well laid out. They were plenty of amenities and social gatherings. I have great neighbors and a really good experience with this community.

The staff is great. And Dorothy made moving from Kentucky to Florida so easy! We were nervous about moving without seeing the apartments first but we were not disappointed. The apartments are very nice and very well kept.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The office staff knows me by name, which is nice. They help me when I have maintenance issues. I've had some roach problems, but I know we are in Florida... The space is clean and well-kept. I enjoy the pool. The area can get a little dark at night when I walk from my car to my door.

I have lived all over the US and have never had a staff as nice, outgoing, and on their game as much as Pine Lakes. I would recommend Pine Lakes to anyone relocating or moving in the area of to Palm Coast.

This is overall a nice property in a relatively quiet area. The grounds are somewhat maintained but need more than a superficial trim. Management is unreliable. Problem solving is inadequate. You will hear your neighbors because the walls are thin.

My experience at this property have been very positive. I have enjoyed living here with the exception of the yearly rent increases, which I consider excessive. The amenities -- pool, fitnesss center, etc. -- are also very enjoyable.

This is a great community to call home. The staff are frindley and quick to resolve any issues. Pine Lakes is a quite community with an awsome park next door if you like to bike or walk, and accessible to everything you need within 5min or less. It's also very accommodating if you have pets!

I like it here because it is close to everything, quite and the people I have met are nice, and the apartment is just the right size for the two of us. Love walking the dog through the community, and can't wait until the weather warms up just a little so that we can enjoy sitting by the pool!!!

AWESOME place to live!! Very clean! Friendly neighbors and a great management team!!! Very happy to be a resident here at Pine Lake Apartments!! Maintenance response time is also excellent!! Resort Style swimming pool, weight room, yoga studio, and computer room.

this is a beautiful place to live!!! the staff is super nice and helpful.. if something needs fixing it gets done.. the neighbors are super nice and friendly and it feels safe.. then noise is close to none which is nice.. i just love it here

This is an amazing place to live! Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful! I've lived here 9 months and really enjoy it! The neighborhood is safe, quiet and well cared for. The neighbors are wonderful as well!
