very convenient to use partners but kitchen appliances need updating and the price does not match the quality it should be a little lower also the pool stopped working which is very frustrating when it is so hot outside 115

Overall good! Things went as expected. Happy with apartment and building. Pool is closed for fire. Needed to get mailbox number but messaged and got reply right away. Maintenance staff are prompt. Happy

The community is quiet, pleasant, clean and a nice place to come home to after a day of working. Management is very pleasant and helpful as well as the maintenance staff. It has been a peaceful haven for me this past six years.

The leasing associate was very knowledgeable answering my questions. The community was very nice I liked that you can park right outside your private door. The rooms where a good size and I liked the patio.

Love this community, however some of the residents leave peanuts around and the squirrels are taking over. Afraid this may lead to other vermin. Been here long enough to notice there are more squirrels and don't want them to become human dependent.

No complaints. So central to stores, house of worship. The buildings are in need of landscaping and face lift. Inside and out. The rent increases are outrages the manager is so far the best. Jake does his best to co operate and upgrade He is pleasant and extremely hands on and friendly. His office is always open to the public. We have had NO unpleasant experiences we have been living here 3 1/2 years. We are former home owners, and the maintainece is crew do a great job. Veronica and Anthony Boscaino.

I have lived at Pine Lakes for 8 years. I moved from New York. It is a big upgrade in many ways. A larger mor modern apartment for lower rent. I enjoy having my own thermostat to control my A/C & heat. I also enjoy having a washer & dryer in my apartment. The maintenance staff here are wonderful as is the friendly helpful managers. It is a clean,quiet, beautiful environment and very safe place to live.

I have lived here 7 years. I feel safe in this community Our Office Manager is always working hard to improve our amenities and our safety. Our Maintenance crew is the best, the grounds are always maintained and maintenance tickets are addressed in a timely manner

We've had an amazing experience from touring the community to living here. The application process was smooth with the help of the leasing staff, especially the property manager, Jake. Since living here, we really couldn't be happier. The community is very well maintained and it's a beautiful property. It's very walkable, and the amenities are great too (gym, swimming pool, playground, dog park, pickle ball courts, basketball court). The maintenance staff is incredible, always efficient in getting things done. We've never had a bug issue and only a handful of easy fixes around the apartment (been here almost a year). They care about engaging with the community by having frequent events, as well. I would recommend Pine Lakes to anyone!

The community is ,safe and clean and in a great location. I'm happy with my apartment layout, the size of walk in closet and bathrooms. My apartment is sunny and bright with little to no noise. Maintenance is slow due to lack of communication with apartment management I suppose, but it's always at least a 3 day wait before problems are addressed

Office - 4 out of 5. Maintenance - 6 out of 5. This apartment complex is not new, so if the apartment is not renovated you will be posting a lot of work orders. Hopefully, maintenance are great guys, they fixed everything and were quick. For families with kids, consider renting a house, since the walls are thin and you can hear everything. So somebody will complain for a good reason and without it, just because your kids are not perfect. Other than that, a great place to live, very affordable and pretty quite.Yes, sometimes random people play basketball after hours, but I never heard any loud music or something really bad. If not the thin walls we would consider staying, but I don't want my wife and kids going crazy about every loud noise they can make unintentionally or reasonably. And yes, you have to give a 60 day notice, not 30 days as in many leases. You have to this fact into account when renting, otherwise you'll pay a fee.

The community is quiet and peaceful, especially the surrounding neighborhoods. Unit neighbors are quiet and cooperative, and there havent been any issues with management or maintenance. The apartments themselves could use some upgrades but maintenance is super fast and efficient. The price is high, but definitely one of the more affordable options in the area for longer leases.

Home owners for too msny years to mention. Husband died, & sold house prior to move bACK NORTH. dECIDED TO RENT FOR YEAR BEFORE MOVE! Because of Covid continued to reside here and though covid emergency basically reduced for some strange reason still residing in Palm Coast, Florida @ Pine Lakes Luxury Apts. So must be a testimonial for Pine Lakes Luxury Apts., as recently new apts. built next door............

It was great, until recently. I was super spoiled because I didn't have anyone living underneath me for my 1st 6 months.....I never realized how thin the walls are. Due to how there front door fits it sounds like a car skidding and crashing each time they open and close the front door. I swear, because before I figured out what it was I kept looking out the window, positive that I would see a car accident. However, I am extremely grateful that I haven't experienced anyone rude! Really nice neighbors. I feel safe, even walking my pup at night or early morning. So definitely more good than bad!

I have been here almost a year, and I have to say, the management change is night and day. Jake, the Property Manager has made such an improvement and positive impact on this property. He is always out and about helping the property or maintenance out. Poor Russell has been working day and night!! I do not mind in the slightest that my work orders might take a bit longer to get to! He is only one person and can only do so much!

So far so good. Like living here it's close to almost everything I need. Maintenance is great almost show up within a day after asking for service. Grounds are kept up well. Only complaint is the big rent increases every year. Being a senior citizen living on a fixed income the increases put a dent in my income. Billing increases of $150 in rent will almost make seniors think about renting here. It's almost like you're trying to price us out of living here.

I was satisfied with community until 2023. My mailbox door rusted off. I have made numerous requests of Managment for a solution. Hopefully now that it is April 2024 a solution will allow the receipt of my mail.
