I am relocating from Columbia SC. I have not moved in yet but I did sign a lease. The grounds are very well kept. Jessica is amazing! Very friendly, as many times as I have stopped by she was always welcoming and the 100 times that I have called her due to the inconvenience of being in Columbia SC she has got back to me promptly and if I was not able to answer she has either e-mailed me or left me a message. The property is BEAUTIFUL! And as far as what I have seen it is a nice quiet community. I am looking forward to my move. ;-)

My review is long overdue!!! I just signed another lease at Pine Lakes. I have been here for 5 years and I absolutely love it. Beautiful grounds, modern apartments with great views, You could not ask for a better environment to live in. The staff I cannot say enough about- Indra and Jessica in the office are wonderful!!! They are so professional and will do whatever possible to make their tenants happy. There are not a lot of people that would go out of their way to help someone. Maintenance is super friendly, quick and great at what they do. If you are looking for a cozy, warm, quiet place to live, come check Pine Lakes out! I will be here for many more years to come.

A pretty, friendly, inviting place to live.
I have lived here for almost 5 years and have been pleased every minute. The staff is outstanding, friendly, efficient and goes out of their way to help. The maintenence is great and the maintenence staff is courteous and good at their jobs. Any complaints are handled promptly and professionally. There are proposed changes to the clubhouse etc coming which will make a nice center even better . The community newsletter keeps one informed monthly of any notices. The location of the complex is perfectly suited to getting to I95 and Rt. 1 quickly and not far from Rt. 100. Close to the center of town and yet far enough away to avoid some of the traffic. A nice, comfortable, well kept place to live.

Amazing place to live
My husband and I have lived in Pine Lakes Apartment complex for 1 year. We love it! The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very quick to respond to our every need and/or request. The complex is well maintained, and very clean and presentable. It's a wonderful place to have children and pets. We have also never had a problem with loud neighbors. NEVER! The apartments themselves are very updated/modernized and there is also an option to rent your own garage if you need the extra storage space. Parking is awesome, we have never had to search for a space. Contrary to other negative reviews, I did NOT write this review to receive any type of discount on rent or to win any type of promotion from the apartment complex. I wrote this to give potential apartment seekers an insight on how great this complex really is.

REVIEWS IN EXCHANGE FOR FREE RENT
Dont believe the reveiws you are reading they are running a contest, as explained by Jessica in the office. The people who are willing to write good reviews are doing it to win a promotion. This place is OK at best. Rent is too high for area where it is located and apartment buildings are not very well built. You can hear almost everything from neighbors. The staff is useless at best.

I have been living here for almost 2 years. It is a nice place to live.My children love the pool and the tennis court because they can walk to it.There is plenty of green areas for them to play and not have worry about cars. The elementary school bus stops right at the club house. The middle school is right up the block and is on the same side of the school. There are plenty of sidewalks for exerice in the complex. It is also good because you get to bring the dog with you. It is also close to many things like shopping, restaurants and parks. If there are problems in the apartments they are out the next day to fix anything. The staff are very nice and friendly. It is a nice place to live.

Pine Lake Apartments
I have lived in this apartment complex since it opened its doors in February 2005. It is situated in a nice area, close to schools, the library and not too far from shopping areas such as Publix, restaurants, banking and stores. The property is well taken care of by the grounds and maintenance staff. If something inside the apartment needs fixing, all one has to do is report the problem to the office and it is handled swiftly and efficiently. The office is pleasantly manned by an extremely professional, friendly and proficient Property Manager - Indra - ably assisted by Jessica. The staff genuinely care about the needs of the tenants. The complex offers sufficient parking and lightning and a well-cared for clubhouse which hosts a gym, laundry and computer rooms and an outside, gated swimming pool. Close by is a play area and a tennis court. Apartment life in Pine Lakes is as good as it gets!

Loving Pine Lakes Apartment!
Recently I moved to Pine Lakes Apartment and I couldn't be happier with it. The complex is well taken care of, units are quiet, and staff is very friendly. The neighborhood is safe and has little perks like a pool and gym!! If you're looking for an apartment complex to move into, look no further. Pine Lakes Apartments is a great complex!

I've lived here for a little over for years. Moved from CA without seeing the apartments in person. I absolutely loved it here. The staff Jessica and Indra made me feel so welcomed. They keep the property very clean. And are quick helpful when a problem arises. It's also quiet, and I feel very safe. I would recommend living here to any of my friends.

Miles above the rest.
When I relocated to Palm Coast from Daytona four years ago I found the hardest thing to be navigation through certain sections. I took the advice of peers and friends and moved into Pine Lakes Apartments. Like most apartments the management and staff welcomed me with open hands and provided assistance with locating all of the immediate services (hospital, schools). What set this place apart was the fact that the nice gestures and concerns continued throughout my stay there. Every time I stepped foot in the clubhouse, Jessica and/or other staff greeted me with a warm hello and a genuine concern about my day. I remember seeing her riding around on the golf cart (sometimes in the rain and nasty weather) making house calls and checking in on the residents. I recommend Pine Lakes Apartments to everyone I meet who s looking for a new home with peace of mind in a professional and family environment. Every great company has good, well trained employees who go above and beyond because it s who they are. Generally these employees often become the backbone. Jessica is that employee for Pine Lakes Apartments. Thanks for all that you do.

Great Place
I had no problem with Pine Lakes Apartments. Its a great place to live! Me and my family loved it!! My daughter loved the pool and the work out room and so did I. Its location is around very good schools and the school bus stops right in the front of the office of the complex. My daughter was sad when we had to move The reason why we move I was having a another child so we wanted to move to a house. The staff was great but Jessica Maenner was awesome!!! I 100% recommend these apartment!!

Great Place to live
I have lived here for almost 4 years and find the staff courtesy and quick to respond to the occasional request or maintenance problem. The pool, grounds, and club house are kept in excellent condition as well as all the apartments. Both my sister and sister-in-law had recommended Pine Lake Apartments to me and I have never regretted moving here.

Skip it, much better places around
Rented this place based on the website and wanted to have a place ready when I got to florida but not worth the money for the area and definately not luxury. The apartments have very little closet space other then the master closet and no linen closets and very little storage in the bathroom so be prepared to store not only your clothes and shoes in closets but also your towels, sheets, and basically everything else. Coat closet in living room in also small. There is a total of 4 full size, 2 up and 2 down, and 4 less then half size cabinets in the kitchen there is a pantry but if you use that for storage then no place to put dry goods. Maybe 4 total feet of counter space in kitchen broken up over 4 spots. There is a closet on the porch but the lizards, ants, red fire ants are all over and roaches are all around so I dont put anything out there. Janitors are nice and friendly but they always have to either go get a part or order a part or get a specialist, electrician, AC guy, so it can take some time to get things fixed. A/C are constantly breaking. The pool is small, if there are 3 or 4 other people in the pool you will feel crowded. The Gym consists of 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 ski machine and 3 weight lifting machines, computer center is 2 computers for a complex of about 200 or so apartments. Parking can be tricky if you get home later then other people you may have to park a little bit away from your building but there are usually always spots. For the price of a 2 bedroom apt you can rent a 3 bedroom single family home in the area. Office staff is there, one nice and one no-so-nice, but whatever you really dont have to deal with them if you pay your rent. Definately not worth the price thought.

desperate but not serious
Shame on the office staff for writing several positive reviews to up their rating on this site. Sadly, they are not even smart enough to space them out by a couple of months, they think people are gullible...well those who move in these apartments find themselves duped...not gullible. You can rent a house for cheaper, and you don't have to worry about the staff stealing your stuff, poisonous snakes throughout the complex - mostly right outside your front door. Aren't you all being sued for not notifying renters of that specific danger?, after a tenant was bitten by a pygmy rattler??

Nice Place To Call Home!
Pine Lake Apartments is a nice-safe place to live. The office staff and maintenance crew are on the ball. They answer the phones and reply to maintenance concerns. The grounds are kept nice, even when there are people who like to leave their trash in the parking lot. The management also ensures that the pet stations within the community are always kept filled with pet disposal bags. Unfortunately, there are some "irresponsible" pet owners who do not follow the laws and community policy regarding picking up their pet waste. When a neighbor is sitting out on their lania, we stop and say hello, even the staff as they pass by, will wave. We watch out for one another, as does the staff. The staff does special things throughout the year for the tenants, like advertising for the yearly community wide yard sale. This is no cost to the tenant. Some years, the staff would even throw a community Christmas party free of charge for us in the beautiful club house. Also available to tenants are the no charge DVD and book rental, and car care center. Sure, sometimes a sprinkler head needs to be fixed, a lamp post blows a bulb, or a small item needs repairing. These things are taken care of by the office. Anywhere you go, there are going to be issues. If you want complete silence, rent a single family house, because some tenants are noisy. Parking is sometimes a problem when friends/family come to visit a tenant and use up the available parking spots for the tenants. Pine Lake Apartments IS a nice place to call home. I am proud to call Pine Lake apartments my home.

Comfortable Florida Living
I have lived here for six years. I am very impressed with the maint. dept(problems solved usually solved within 24 hours and emergencies on the spot). Parking is very good and for the most part lots of space 24 hours a day.Noise is low and grounds are always attended too. Grass is always manicured. The apartment complex is safe night and day. As well there are plenty of Police Officers that live here to include retired officers like myself. The construction of the buildings and contents have never caused me any heartache. I find it very comfortable here and visitors are impressed when I have a social gathering. The office personnel are without question the reson people love it here. They go far beyond what is expected of them. I am now legally blind and can only see shaodows. I know that they are busy but they always make time for me when I ask questions or have problems relating to my apartment. When you live in an apartment complex you can't please all but I am.

Background checks needed!
I have been living here for several years now and each year this complex deteriorates more and more. Noisy, messy, low life people have no problem renting here and management does nothing about complaints. The rent is expensive, construction is horrible. You can hear everything, cabinets slamming, every word of your neighbors conversations, roofs leak, showers are falling apart. Cabinets are cheap and falling apart. Constant maitenence on AC units. Trust me look elsewhere, I will not be renewing my lease this year, I've had enough!
