I have been a resident of Hawthorne Village for 15 years and have always had excellent service. Anytime I have had a problem is always taken care of. From the office personnel including the manager to the maintenance crew including the supervisor. I am very happy to be a Hawthorne Village resident.

It's clean, friendly, and for the most part enjoyable. Only wish is they had hardwood floors as the all carpet discourages ownership of certain pets. Other than that, security, comfort, and ease of access are all good.

This is a very nice community. Everyone here is very welcoming. The staff Aliyah Golden was fantastic and helps with everything. The amenities are a big plus with this place. I love how it is gated in. Thank you for making it easy to move

The maintenance is efficient and always helps right away. Everyone that works here are very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this apartment complex yo all my friends and family. They keep the community clean and peaceful.

The only negative is the soundproofing between units. I can hear my upstairs neighbors open and close their dresser drawers, their bed squeak, their cat running down the hallway, etc. They wake my baby up from naps all the time.

Maintenance team and front office staff respond quickly and courteously. * For being a resident for almost 10 years, my only concern is having upgrades to my apartment (ie: carpet and bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Otherwise the experience has been positive.

It's only been a month but I haven't had any issues so far. It's safe and peaceful. Love that the apartments are quite spacious. Aliyah was great she helped me through the whole process of moving in smoothly. Maintenance were quick in response to correct any issues that had.

Enjoyed living here. Very quiet neighbors. Maintenance is prompt and excellent job done. Office is very helpful. Would highly recommend Hawthorne Village to my friends and family. Nice sidewalks to walk your dog and handicapped accessible.

Beautiful community and amazing staff! Maintenance rocks! Close to everything in a safe neighborhood. Walls are thin, but that’s most apartments anywhere. Just renewed for our third year. Pool is huge and rarely busy

Hawthorne Village is a very nice apartment complex & is located close to nearly every place you need to go to on a regular basis. It has excellent management & maintenance with very pleasant landscaping. Best in this area!

I continue to be extremely satisfied with being a resident at Hawthorne Village. Management Staff, Maintenace Staff, Landscaping, Close Proximity to food and retail stores, quiet community, clean environment all contributes to why I like living here.

It's a friendly neighborhood! The Management and Maintenance team are great! I have never had a sleepless night since moving into the neighborhood. I love the way that the apartments have a common area that lets you get to know your neighbors!

Great clean apartments in a fabulous location. Amenities are exceptional as well. Maintained well, friendly staff. Whenever I have needed maintenance to come and work on anything it’s always been very quick and they’re efficient and friendly as well.

The staff is awesome. The ladies their show true care for the end individuals needing assistance.. I made years old and have asked for personal assistance billing for setting things up and they have been more than accommodating almost think of them as family now. And the repair staff are here almost immediately all the time and they’re very friendly and congenial while they go about their duty. I’m always happy see them on the road in the park and waving I like this.

Happy with my experience at the community so far. Like I had mentioned, the walls are just very thin and I can hear the people alive and next to me constantly. Aside from that, I’m very happy with the community.

The best apartment complex near or far! Spacious apartments in a quiet community! Office staff and maintenance team go above and beyond to help any way they can! Great location! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to move to!

I wish the parking was better. There is never a spot near our unit. We have been living here for 6 years and it has been a great place to call home. We are in a 3 bedroom unit and it’s pretty quiet. Maintenance is amazing and friendly as well as the front office staff.

It’s been a pleasant change from where we previously lived. Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. The amenities are amazing and we can’t wait to use more of them once the right season comes. The staff was very helpful when we were going through the process of acquiring the apartment

I recently moved in (3 months) however, thus far I am happy with the apartment and its surroundings. The management team is very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Hawthorne Village apartments of Port Orange to families seeking apartment rentals. The complex is kept very clean, with ample parking and pleasant neighbors.
